We came to this restaurant because we've had a family members say it was amazing. And we went in a large group, intending on sitting outside because we had a dog. (Service dog). But it was already getting way too hot before we ordered so they allowed us to be inside. Ordered a lot of food and spent a few hours there and everything was great. I got a vegetarian large sized pizza and I never got tired of eating it even after we brought the leftovers home. The crust taste slightly sweet around the edges. I personally didn't try the other pizzas, but everyone loved them. The owner came over and talked to our group because he knew someone in our group. Overall great experience when we will be back. The picture I posted is of three slices because I ate it right away, and I forgot to take a picture beforehand.

I have no idea why I haven't tried this place considering they've been in business 50 years! Prices are reasonable. The meatballs and spinach calzone were equally delicious. Share the calzone. It's huge!

First time ordering from here and we'll be ordering again. We ordered a half cheese / half sausage pizza and it was great. Having lived in New York, I'm picky when it comes to NY Pizza and Carmine's was excellent. The sauce is good, right amount of cheese and the sausage is delicious. Our delivery was quick and the pizza was packaged well. Can't comment on the service since I ordered through my phone. I looked up the place online and looks like a cool place so will need to go check them out in person!

Ordered pick up...and good thing. The place was packed!! I'd like to try dining in to see if the food is any better fresh to table! Because I just wasn't as impressed with what we ended up with at home! It was just lacking. We don't live far, but everything was cold, like maybe it had been ready a bit before yelp updated that it was ready for pick up! I would have preferred more flavor overall. But I will give it another shot...just maybe not for pick up or delivery.

Absolutely wonderful experience! We are so happy that we have tried this location! Family owned and operated since 1976, Carmine's Pizza Kitchen is the perfect selection for some old school NY pizza and Italian food. Frank the owner greeted us with a friendly handshake and a big welcome. As we ate our food ,the owner came to our table explained the history of Carmine's. It is such an inspirational story of extraordinary Italian family that created delicious recipes that have been lovingly passed down through generations. This was our first visit to Carmine's and right away we felt like we were in a friendly Italian home. Our server Denise was so friendly and helpful. She is definitely a huge asset to the restaurant. Everyone is very welcoming and treat you like a family . They have indoor and outdoor seating and a full bar area. A great place to dine in or get takeout and when the weather is nice, sit outside. They sometimes have live music on their beautiful patio. The food was outstanding, and the portions are pretty large. - Starter bread was perfectly warm and freshly baked. - The Chopped Salad was so good, nicely dressed and delicious! Not over powering. - The pizza is a New York style with a wonderful crispness of the crust . All the ingredients were perfectly balanced. The pizza sauce didn't taste too salty ,it was just right. - The Italian sub was great. Large slice of mozzarella. Roll was good. - The Rigatoni Carmine was delicious. Creamy. - The meatballs and spaghetti/meatballs was good. Soft meatballs, great sauce. - The zeppoles were fried to perfection with just the right amount of powdered sugar, topped with strawberry and chocolate sauce and served with 3 scoops of vanilla bean ice cream. Yummy Overall: I have to say Carmine's Pizza Kitchen made it to my list of delicious pizzas here in Las Vegas! Highly recommended!!!

Good pizza spot. Solid slices. Sometimes the pizza lacks enough sauce and is doughy when I order a pie to go.

Bolognese is good if you want something that has a red sauce taste to it. We also had the Yellowtail Crudo for our appetizer which was probably the best thing we had all night! I was shocked at how good this was. Portion size was small, so if you can afford it I would get two of these dishes. We had the pistachio ice cream for dessert which was phenomenal as well. They were thinly sliced, perfectly seasoned, and crispy, making them the perfect appetizer to kick off our culinary journey. For the main course, we had the breakfast carbonara pasta, chicken parmigiana verde, and short rib hash. Each dish was delicious, and we couldn't go wrong with any of them. By the time dessert arrived, we were already stuffed. We indulged in gelato (chocolate and pistachio) and Italian donuts, which were both refreshing and satisfying. This restaurant is an absolute must-try if you're looking for an elevated, affordable, casual, and cool dining experience.

The calamari and shrimp, fried mozzarella, and the fettunta. Everything came out quick which was great because we were starved. The calamari and shrimp was nice n fresh. Nicely coated with batter, served with their delicious marinara. The shrimp were big and there was plenty for all of us to share. The mozzarella sticks were nice n big with a great cheese pull, along with the marinara for dipping too. The fettunta definitely never misses. The char-grilled bread with cheese on top is wonderful to sop up all the sauces in our entrees. For entrees we had the margarita pizza, the chicken saltimbocca with angel hair, lobster ravioli with diavola sauce, chicken picatta with penne pasta, and the rigatoni al forno for myself. The rigatoni al forno was a new try out for me and it was a hit. Rigatoni pasta with Gouda cream sauce, peas, mushrooms, and prosciutto cotta, dusted with breadcrumbs and baked with bubbly mozzarella cheese. This was so good that everyone at the table had a try and went back for another bite. The chicken saltimbocca was wonderful. Thinly pounded chicken breast cutlets with prosciutto, mozzarella cheese, butter/sage, white wine sauce served with a side of angel hair with the same sauce. The chicken was fresh and tasty and the sage amount was just right, not too overpowering. The lobster ravioli was probably the only miss of the night, it was just decent. Not a whole lot of filling in the ravioli and you definitely could not taste any lobster. The sauce was a tad on the over garlicky side but, it had just the right amount of heat. This one could definitely be improved. More filling if the ravioli and maybe a few pieces of crab for the presentation on top. The chicken piccata is my girlfriend's go to when we eat here. The lemon butter caper sauce was perfectly balanced over the thin chicken cutlets. She always opts for the penne instead of the angel hair so she can enjoy more of that lemon butter sauce as it soaks into the holes of the pasta. My son always has to get the margarita pizza. They have outstanding dough, perfectly charred everytime. It has that perfect crisp but is nice and pillowy inside. The topping are always delicious and fresh. Because it was my birthday the very kind and attentive staff brought out a nice piece of the house tiramisu. The lady fingers were soaked just perfectly, the mascarpone & heavy cream with the coffee married very well. Served with some fresh sliced strawberries on top and HAPPY BIRTHDAY spelled out in chocolate syrup on the plate. They all joined in the singing of my birthday song and took group pictures of us as well. The dessert was on the house which made a nice birthday gift!

Inside is a small counter with only two seats. They have a couple tables, and a few booths. They have maybe less than 10 tables. The chef has been James Beard Awarded so I thought this must be a great restaurant to try. We shared a slice of plain pizza and also tried the branzino and the chicken parmesan. I thought it took a while but eventually our slice of pizza arrives. It's a very large slice and smells very aromatic. It's DIFFERENT and unlike any pizza that I've tried anywhere. It's thin, charred, with many thin crisp layers (almost like a cracker). The pizza is topped with a rich sauce, quality cheese, and delicious seasonings. I now realized that pizza is the specialty here. Soon the other dishes arrive. I got the Branzino. The fish was smaller than what I normally get from other Italian restaurants but on the other hand other restaurants don't give you a big pile of pasta with the fish so it works out to be even. The fish and pasta were both cooked perfect. The fish was topped with a generous amount of sliced mushrooms and sweet roasted tiny tomatoes that elevated the dish. The chicken parm is not the American version that most of us are used to and is more Italian style and is not breaded. It also came with a generous serving of pasta in a very good tomato sauce that was elevated with tiny sweet roasted tomatoes. Today the chicken was over cooked but my husband didn't tell the server (like he should have) so they didn't know. We were pretty full but might have tried the house made gelato if it was available in a dish portion. (they only offer the gelato by the quart) So we passed on dessert. Our server was sweet and pleasant. If you are a pizza enthusiast then you need to try a pizza here!

And the food is pretty good too. Unfortunately, I have to knock the review down one star for the following reasons: 1. A couple of days ago we came in and ordered some stuff to go. The entirety of the waiting area was filled with school-aged kids, which isn't bad in itself. However, it looked like only two of the kids ordered anything, which means they were taking up space for no reason other than their friends got a coffee or ice cream. And they were LOUD. If you aren't a paying customer, don't take up every table. 2. Tonight we came in and got some food to eat there. The antipasti was fantastic, and the lobster ravioli was really good. Dining room was 2/3 full and people were still coming in after I was seated. They do have valet parking as an option if you have mobility challenged party members. Entrance to dining room is one continuous level with no stairs, for those that look for that info, making it wheelchair accessible. Also surprised to see half bottles of wine at reasonable prices. I went for a half bottle of Chianti, as I love a good table wine. It was a 2021 Nozzole, which perfectly complemented the food, even though the starter would normally pair with a white. I am a wine heathen, but at the same time Chianti pairs with anything. Arnaldo was super knowledgeable about wine pairing selections, which again denotes a level of care and passion that translates into a great meal. 17 year veteran of Italian fine dining. Bread offering had variety and was authentic Italian dipping of balsamic vinegar and olive oil with four fresh baked selections of bread, all delicious. Starter - went for the shrimp scampi. While I personally would have liked some angel hair pasta with it instead of the fried shoestring potatoes on first glance, I will say they added a textural variation I wasn't expecting. Nice start. Arnaldo did let me know that in the future if the angel hair pasta was what I craved, the scampi main comes paired with exactly that. Staff does extra touches; waiters that weren't assigned to my section kept my wine full and checked in often. Props to the front of house manager/staff. For main, O went with the risotto of the day, which Ronaldo highly recommended. My normal go to is chicken or veal Marsala; but he recommended that day's risotto as his absolute favorite, so I took the recommendation. It was a creamy pistachio pesto risotto. I have never had - or even seen - a pesto risotto, so I thought it would be interesting. The risotto was cooked perfectly, with the nutty pistachio blending extremely well with the pesto. The sausage was mild, so it did get lost flavor wise, but texturally gave some differentiation that the dish needed to work. The kitchen staff's love shone through on this one and I was really pleasantly surprised. It was earthy, woodsy, creamy and the sausage gave it a hint of smokiness. Would recommend although YMMV since they cycle out risottos daily. I should also mention that the portion size was about 1.5 times what I was expecting, so you'll have leftovers if you're going for dessert. I've included a photo of the dessert menu as it's not on their Google Photos; Renaldo highly suggested if I was going to go gelato, to do the pistachio tortufo, but also recommended the tiramisu as best in town. I went that direction since I had a pistachio main. He also gave me a dessert espresso amuse bouche gratis that was fantastic. As someone who has been to Italy multiple times and taken classes - in Italy - to make tiramisu, I can say the claim is not bravado. They do put chocolate sauce on the plate - which isn't necessary, but the tiramisu is classic, creamy, decadent and I believe it to be the best I've had in the city proper.the ladyfingers prove JUST the right consistency and texture to break up the rest of the layers. Staggeringly good. Receipt included - 119 for a full, excellently executed Italian mid fine dining experience per person - off strip - is extremely reasonable before tip. Make sure to take care of your wait staff, especially when they are as professional and articulate as Arnaldo. 1.5 hrs Entry time 8:45 Exit time: 9:51 - no rush even 50 mins after close. Highly recommend for business engagements, dinner with quality friends or for foodies in the greater Vegas area looking for quality Italian fine dining made with love. --Mark

For food, my mom and I both ordered their tiramisu French toast. I didn't read the whole ingredient list on the menu and I wasn't expecting it to come with chocolate gelato and a waffle cone on top! Wow!!! My dad had the NY Steak skillet with two sunny side up eggs, which came out sizzling. Included inside my French toast was mascarpone cheese but the cheesy flavor wasn't too overwhelming. The French toast was so, SO good that I felt like I was on a different planet afterwards. One qualm was that my parents' cappuccinos tasted like that they were watered down and didn't have a whole lot of flavor, so they had to request extra sugar as a result. But otherwise everything else we had here was absolutely 100% amazing, from beginning to end. It was totally worth having Sunday brunch here and we got lucky getting here before they really started getting busy.
