I really wanted to love this place because of the reviews that I read I ordered ahead of time and went down the street to pick up my order to find two families in the dining area and everyone outside possibly a party not sure I got my order the pizza was a large. I didn't know how big it was, but this would be like an extra large pizza for sure. Also a chopped salad The chopped salad looked like it already had dressing on it and old The dressing that they gave me on the side in the little white container wasn't even half full. It wouldn't even been OK for half of that salad that I ordered. My pizza I got the Carmine special and it was so soggy toward the middle of the pizza you couldn't even eat it. It was like a wet paper towel. For the cost of this meal, I definitely will not be back. It was not worth it for me and my family. read more

We came to this restaurant because we've had a family members say it was amazing. And we went in a large group, intending on sitting outside because we had a dog. (Service dog). But it was already getting way too hot before we ordered so they allowed us to be inside. Ordered a lot of food and spent a few hours there and everything was great. I got a vegetarian large sized pizza and I never got tired of eating it even after we brought the leftovers home. The crust taste slightly sweet around the edges. I personally didn't try the other pizzas, but everyone loved them. The owner came over and talked to our group because he knew someone in our group. Overall great experience when we will be back. First time ordering from here and we'll be ordering again. We ordered a half cheese / half sausage pizza and it was great. Having lived in New York, I'm picky when it comes to NY Pizza and Carmine's was excellent. The sauce is good, right amount of cheese and the sausage is delicious. Our delivery was quick and the pizza was packaged well. Can't comment on the service since I ordered through my phone. Came here for dinner. Been here prior. Ordered Ceaser salad which was decent. Baked Ziti for $18 was ok at best but not worth $18 but came with warm bread. Large pizza was very oily and the sauce was not great. Service was spotty. Diet Coke was not drinkable and was returned. Ambiance was decent. read more

It is such an inspirational story of extraordinary Italian family that created delicious recipes that have been lovingly passed down through generations. Everyone is very welcoming and treat you like a family . They have indoor and outdoor seating and a full bar area. A great place to dine in or get takeout and when the weather is nice, sit outside. They sometimes have live music on their beautiful patio. The food was outstanding, and the portions are pretty large. - Starter bread was perfectly warm and freshly baked. - The Chopped Salad was so good, nicely dressed and delicious! Not over powering. - The pizza is a New York style with a wonderful crispness of the crust . All the ingredients were perfectly balanced. The pizza sauce didn't taste too salty ,it was just right. - The Italian sub was great. Large slice of mozzarella. Roll was good. - The Rigatoni Carmine was delicious. Last nyt was my second time trying this place. I fell in love with the spinach roll from 1st visit its yummmm!!! We ordered that again and baked ziti and honestly think its better than couple places we've been to. Needless to say, this is now our go to place for some Italian cravings. Pizza cravings satisfied! My husband and I came here for an early dinner on a Sunday night and it was a great experience! We were greeted right away and were checked on throughout our dinner. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Inside is smaller than I thought, so if you plan to eat there during peak times, make sure you get there early. We ordered a small basket of garlic knots and a large meat lovers pizza with a side of ranch. Everything was delicious! The garlic knots had a great chew to them and it was drenched in garlic butter and sprinkled with cheese. It also came with a marinara sauce, but honestly it tasted better without it. The sauce was on the sour/tangy side. The meat lovers pizza was so good! The bottom of the pizza was crunchy, and the top was soft and chewy! All the meat, cheese, and sauce worked well together. It didn't taste too salty or too sweet, it was just right. The ranch that we ordered on the side also tasted good on the pizza! We had a lot of left overs, and it tastes good the day after reheating it in the oven. I have to say Carmine's Pizza Kitchen made it to my list of delicious pizzas here in Las Vegas! Close to the Raiders practice facility, this has both indoor and outdoor seating. We were a large group and they easily accommodated the 9 of us. We ordered a couple pepperoni pizzas, salads, and garlic knots. The pizzas were greasier than I was expecting, but they were very good. read more

Oh man! Carmine's NEVER fails! I've been coming to Carmine's for a very long time long time and the food and service never fails! The Rigatoni à la Carmine's is exceptional EVERY SINGLE TIME. There is no deviation to the recipe. The pizza...to die for! The crust is crispy and chewy and the red sauce is perfect. I always order Carmine's Special Pizza since it has it all on it: pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, peppers and onions. But every pizza is superb. My food arrives to my table HOT and in a reasonable time. The servers are friendly and attentive. What great service.My fiancé was a little under the weather so we did not get dressed up, but we did watch the first game of the new season and our Oregon Ducks who crushed the souls of Montana State and after that he needed a little bite. Called up to order and the girl was very enthusiastic sounding on the phone. Showed up a little early and paid and she said either wait in your car or in the restaurant. I thought because maybe I was underdressed a little bit she was trying to shoo me off. But the reality is not five minutes later here she comes out the front door, bringing my food right to my car... This is my third time to Carmine's pizza kitchen on Raiders Way. I would like to say that first of all, the food is amazing! The pizza, Sicilian, and calzones are delicious! The taste of the cheeses and the sauce are so good, I am no longer in search of Italian food and a pizzeria near me. So besides the food being excellent, I must say that the service is also excellent as is customer service. I have been served by Gianna, Charlie and another young lady. I'm sorry I forgot your name. No matter what time or day I went with each different server, I always had a positive experience. They were so nice and friendly. The vibe to me was a family vibe where you can just sit eat and enjoy. In the back is a bar with some gambling machines which we don't bother with, but we eat in the front where it's so relaxing with pictures of New York and the Raiders and so many old things. The pizza was decent, but the real star of the meal was the ranch--seriously, it was the best thing we had! We also enjoyed the garlic fries. Service was fine, I'm sure the waiter forgot to put in our fries so we waited over 40 minutes, but I was chatting it up with my girls and it eventually came and everything worked out. Ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza for delivery along with other items. The amount of pepperoni was fine. However, the mushroom slices were so thin and few, equivalent to one whole mushroom; very stingy. What was sad was the crust which was burnt and bitter tasting. We've been going into Carmine's for about 3 months on a regular basis (3-4 times per week). The gaming bar is exceptional!! Great decor and intimate feeling. Gen, the bartender who works on Wed, Thurs, and Fri is BEYOND amazing! She is always delightful, attentive, and never lets anything interfere with a customer's experience at her bar! We just met Erin who is also a bartender, and she is equally delightful. In my humble opinion, Gen is who makes this bar what it is. They have pretty decent payouts and the food is to die for! Frankly one of the worst pizzas I have ever had and I feel ripped off. Lost a customer here. Rarely do I do it but I am throwing out the rest of the pie because it is so bad. C'mon Carmines.
