I had the pepperoni with jalapeno and hot honey, and it was absolutely perfect! It wasn't too overpowering, and Jed just enough kick to make me break a little bit of a sweat. I had the Caesar salad and it was absolutely perfect. It had a ton of Parmesan and mozzarella and the Caesar dressing was really really good. Of course, you can't have all that kind of stuff without having some sort of dessert, so we opted for the terms too. The tiramisu was okay, but I'm telling you, the pizza salad were the star of the show! I would give this place Tim Starz if I could. Bottom line? Really disappointed with my recent experience with Joe's. 10 or so years ago they had hands down the best pizza in Vegas. It was worth the exorbitant prices they have on the menu. Now though, it's definitely not worth a $28 large pizza for 3 toppings on half Joe's fell off HARD. I can get similar quality and flavor from a random NY style pizza place for half the price. I can easily see why they haven't won any awards since 2015 (which they still advertise on their box btw) Sandwiches were sad and almost entirely bread with very little meat, but they put the sauce on the side which I appreciated, to avoid soggy food Garlic knots are fantastic though.
