To those auto pay monthly membership customers, I suggest you carefully review your card statements. I have cancelled the service well over 2 months ago and have not visited this car wash. They continuously auto charge the monthly service on my card. I have put those charges in dispute. The manager says "no problem, we will credit your account." That is their sweet talk. Instead of credit back, they charge over and over again. This is called "FRAUD!" Stay away from them and protect your money!!! read more

I was coming to Carrollton and stopped at this car wash and gave it another try. I told the clerk when he rang me up and took my money that I had had a bad experience at their car wash before. He said that I would not have a bad experience this time and they would do a great job and he would make sure it was done correctly. When I came out the end of the tunnel I pulled into the drying rack. There were five cars there and one person drying cars. The one guy drying cars was in no big hurry and there were some people who had been standing there for over 20 minutes waiting on their cars to be dried. I went and found the supervisor and and told him what the situation was in the drying and vacuuming area. He said that he'd had three people quit on him that day. I didn't told him what you need to put a sign up and before I could finish speaking he pointed and said I have one up and the sign said now hiring. And I said no you need to put a sign up that says that you cannot handle the workload or that the car wash is closed. I told him that I could not wait any longer that I had to leave. He never said I'm sorry our let me refund your money or anything to that effect. I left and I will not be back. read more

The wash... it's just ok. I didn't have a problem with that. What I do have a problem with is the roving band of cunts you have working the wipe down afterward. I come out of the tunnel and discover that there are only two lanes occupied by workers, and they're both closest to the building. That turn would be challenging for a Mini Cooper, but it's fucking impossible for a quad-cab long bend truck. NOBODY tells me which lane to go to. I had to perform a three point turn in reverse (in front of cars exiting the wash) to get into the empty slot in the first lane where they are working. And I wait. I wasn't in a hurry mind you, I just wanted to get the wipe down and tire shine. The car in front of mine was getting its balls tickled or something, because they pulled it forward and continued to work on it. Again, not in a hurry here. Someone comes by, wipes the truck down and shines the tires... so I'm done. The ball tickling in front of me has turned into an all hands on deck event, and I have nowhere to go but back. The old lady working the car in front looks at my receipt and gives me this "no you don't gringo" look, shaking her fucking finger at me. I'm not trying to get a free nut tickle or something, I'M TRYING TO GET THE FUCK OUT. She points backward, and goes back to the car she was working on. So I have to back my own ass out in a 22' long truck, into the path of cars exiting the car wash, with my mirrors all askew from being wiped down. No help, nobody telling me it clear, NOTHING. FUCK THIS CAR WASH. There are less expensive options right around the corner, without all the fucking attitude. read more

No way other to put it but to say that they are the best car wash I've ever experienced. I have my car washed every week at least once a week and this team does a great job d*** near every time. They have a monthly package set up that is an awesome deal if you're like me and go at least once a week. For a while they're system wouldn't charge me and they gave me FREE washes while it was getting fixed. Awesome kind people who care about doing a good job. I'll get my car wash if I get the free one with an oil change. I have had 3 of the full service washes/packages, which aren't cheap, & every time I have had to do something else to my car.....better wash the windows inside, wipe spots they missed, & including shaking one of my mats out because they totally missed vacuuming it. This place use to be amazing, but has undergone new ownership. The prices are higher and the washer barely sprays any soap now, mainly water and barely any suds. The spinning brushes beat my side mirrors in. On top of that?they charged me more & for a lot less service. I spoke with the toothless "manager" about my experience & he didn't show any concern or care. Two thumbs down! It's a shame, but now I've gotta find a new car wash. Came here today to get my Rubicon detailed and washed, as we have been for years after our big trips getting it dirty up on the 4x4 trails in the mountains, and was told that my jeep could not be put through the automatic washer and would have to be hand washed. Now, we have been coming here for many years, have put it through the washer many times, have been able to choose the package wash/detail we would like to spend, which is usually around 25-30 dollars, depending on how dirty we have it. Today, we were told we HAVE to spend $45.99, there is no other choice because they have to hand wash it. I explained that I've brought it here many times before and was never told this, and it went through the washer fine. The attendant argued with me, and said no, and shrugged his shoulders saying that was my only choice. They lost our business today. We drove a mile away to Star Car Wash on Old Denton Rd. and was treated with a friendly attitude, gave us a choice of washes and the amount we wanted to spend, and lo and behold, our jeep went through the automatic washer, before getting a beautiful, shiny rub-down all over by the smiling attendants. Sad, that CASTLE HILLS AUTO SPA is NOT putting customers first, and so nonchalant about losing customers that have been coming there for years. Won't be back there ever again. read more

I got my oil change there today. I have been a loyal customer since I moved to the area in 2012. I believe in being a loyal customer because you usually get a little better treatment, not so here. Through the last four years of getting my oil changed here the service has declined, and I have probably continued going for much longer than I should have. They have a system where they mail a coupon out before you are to get your next oil change. The coupon is for $5 synthetic or synthetic blend oil change or $10 off a conventional oil change. I stayed and watched them this time and they put in Mobil 5000 5w30 conventional oil. The employee and the manager both argued with me that it was a synthetic oil aeven after I pulled it up on Mobil's website in front of them And proved it was conventional. It wasn't what they wanted to hear. I also proved it on their own labeling on oil in their shop. It wasn't what they wanted to hear or read that time. The manager said he'd call his distributor, I said "let's do it." He refused to. I asked to speak to the owner, another excuse. I had them look me up so I could show them I've been a loyal customer, he didn't care. What I got from him was that it wasn't fare to other customers if he gave me the money that he owed me. Neither my wife or I will ever get our oil changed there again. The service has declined and now they refused to honor their own coupon which they mailed to me. My usual Coppell Car Wash was sold and is in the process of being remodeled so I ventured outside of Coppell trying to find someone to detail my Yukon XL after coming home from a summer vacation. I am very particular about my SUV and have done hand wash only on it since it was new. When I pulled up I looked at the menu and requested a full detail that was shown on the menu for $125.00. This was $25.00 more than I usually pay but was willing to pay the additional cost since my usual spot was being remodeled. I told the attendant that I wanted it hand washed as part of the detail. He then went into office and came back out informing me that he would need to charge me the charge for a hand wash and the charge for the full detail. I normally pay $40.00 at Coppell Car Wash for a hand wash so I thought their charge would be similar. Well I was wrong! They charged me a total of $215.00 to do hand wash full detail. I gave them my number and requested they call me when done. I never got a call telling me it was ready but they closed at 6:30 p.m so I went to pick it up at 6:00. When I got there they said it was ready. I was hopeful for what I had to pay for a detail it would be immaculate. Well I was wrong. Fender wells were still dirty, windshield still had bugs on it and was streaked, the interior was soaked in armor all, and they didn't clean interior of console. I will not be back. I am counting down the days for the new Coppell Car wash to open. I am hopeful they bring back the old staff that took such good care of my car. read more

The car wash service maybe wonderful but the oil service was so bad I didn't stick around long enough to find out I'm never going back! I was told my oil change was $69.99 when it can time to pay it was $82.00 I didn't know I was paying $10.00 for an extra quart of oil! read more

Months later (told it was on order) the owner now changes his mind and states I cannot prove they did it. I would have given 0 stars if it has allowed me. ARROGANT, RUDE AND NASTY IS WHAT THIS BUSINESS IS ALL ABOUT. I would never recommend this place to anyone. You want your car to get damaged and then get treated arrogantly by rude and nasty people, this is the place. While driving to the track on automatic cleaning, I checked with the guy if it is mounted correctly on the track and he nodded even without bothering to check it properly. Near the end of the track, my car got stuck, which was terrifying. The car behind me started bumping into me so I got on the gas. When I complained it to the guy who I realized is Manager's son (I was informed the manager was not there), he blamed it on me. First he said my car would not been in neutral, then he argued that I would have pressed the brake, then again he blamed the car behind me would have hit on the gas. I clearly told him that I was on neutral and never hit on the brake. It is worst customer experience I had. They kept on saying that their track has sensors and if it is in neutral it will push me out unless I hit the brake and also they are not liable for any damage if somebody hits you from behind. ATLEAST PLEASE ACCEPT YOUR MISTAKE AND LEARN TO APOLOGISE. They clearly knew it was the mistake from their side while mounting on the track they would not have checked if the tires was on the correct angle and got struck in middle or their machine malfunctioned. I would assume the issue would have been with mounting. Instead of accepting their mistake and apologizing, the manager's son, the guy who motioned on mounting and one more guy were all being rude, arrogant and nasty blaming it on me that I had hit the break. I know a few who does the car service there and I will make sure they will never go there again. read more

I have been a customer here for 5 years now and don't hesitate to bring any of my 3 cars here. They have always done OUTSTANDING work. You won't find a harder working group of men and women that take pride in making your car look brand new! I always get the diamond service, which is the way to go. If you want your car to shine I recommend the clay and hand wax. If I'm tight on money I will just get the diamond package and do the clay/wax myself, but they are much more skilled than I. Give Castle Hills Auto Spa a shot, you won't be disappointed! They also offer state inspections and have a lube center. read more
