I have been here several times and it's 10/10 every time! I make sure to take anyone visiting Denver to this spot too. You can beat the views, drinks, service or food! Their happy hour menu is also great which is when I mainly go. I've had their crushed avocado, ceviche, shrimp tacos, and Al pastor tacos- all great every single time!!

Came here with friends for drinks on Saturday. The service and drinks were great. And the views were even better! I would come back here, and I recommend you check them out. I just can't give them five stars without trying the food. But I'm intrigued enough to want to go for dinner service. See you again, soon!

Hostess took great care of us, explaining the menu carefully! Absolutely try the Ceviche and Shrimp Tacos to get that Pan Latin American feel that the restaurant is. It's a rooftop with a gorgeous view and is located in Rino. The building is gorgeous this is a great opportunity for a ladies dress up and rooftop girls happy hour!!

The patio!!!! The views!!!! Yes- it was absolutely worth checking out. The food was all good- I loved the tuna dish (so pretty!). Everything was so flavorful and presented beautifully.

In town for the weekend and ate here, as the people I was with had a credit to spend there since the hotel (the source hotel) that it is located in was terrible, they gave them credit towards Cimera, Temaki and Safta. They chose to use it at Cimera since they had a ribeye. We had a 9pm reservation and went on a Sunday. When we came in there was an unpleasant smell since the entire hotel smelled like sewer (part of the reason of the credit). The smell wasn't as pungent as the rest of the hotel and I didn't really smell it anymore once seated at my table in the back near the patio. Our server was initially friendly (James/john one or the other) and then it was like a switch flipped and he wasn't as pleasant as his initial greeting. He seemed annoyed and ready to go home. Anyways, I enjoyed the ambiance a lot, it's really nice and a lovely spot for dinner or drinks. They have rooftop seating which I'm sure it's nice to sit out when it's nice out. The food was AMAZING! The best food we'd had the whole Denver trip. The ribeye was unfortunately unavailable, as that's what we came for. We ordered a few dishes to share. The Pork Belly Tacos: 10/10!!!!

Our girls night dinner at Cimera was above average - the staff was incredibly knowledgeable about food allergies and even brought me a menu with notes on it detailing what I could/could not have and how to modify each dish. I have very complicated food issues and it was so reassuring to know that I was going to be taken care of. Our server Charlie and her boss Joe were incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to make sure our experience was incredible. The food was delicious. I'd love to share more photos with you but the truth is, we devoured it and I completely forgot to get pictures. We had the smashed avocado, croquettes, empanadas, ceviche, mushroom tacos and carrots. We will definitely be back. We're planning another - bigger - girls night here in September.

The food was good but the tacos were too spicy for my taste even though I normally like spice and the smashed avo was not my favorite. The service was great! The ambiance is the highlight of this place it's beautiful and has a nice rooftop patio.

Came here for a date night with my husband and I was overall satisfied. The food, cocktails, and service were all great. It's a cute rooftop restaurant with a nice view of Denver. We sat inside but if I had it to do over again, I'd want to sit outside for the view. My only complaint about this location is I wish they had valet. The parking situation is a small lot and a garage, but it would feel more elevated if a valet service was offered (although this seems overall rare in Denver). Overall would come back, but may take an Uber next time.

Cimera -- pronounced See‑Meh‑Rah -- from the Spanish for "summit" or "peak," is Denver's new Pan‑Latin rooftop destination atop @thesourcedenver in RiNo. @cimera.denver marries modern urban design with Latin American spirit, featuring retractable glass walls for an open‑air experience and interiors that are, quite simply, drop‑dead gorgeous. The vibe strikes a perfect balance: a Latin soul with a distinct Denver rooftop sensibility, equally suited to casual gatherings or memorable nights out. We did the four course holiday dinner. Every course we sampled was thoughtfully composed and deeply satisfying.

Oh my god. This place is one of my absolute favorite. We went for Denver restaurant week so we got to try a little bit of everything, and I'm so glad we did. The Peruvian ceviche was easily my favorite. The white fish with lime was so fresh. It also had different textures and flavors that made it easily the best. One of the surprises for me was the Pork Belly Anticucho. I don't love pork but it was amazing. Melt in your mouth. If you're thinking of the carne asada for the main meal, you should. It comes with fresh tortillas and chimichurri I can still taste. Oh, and don't forget to order the sopaipilla. Rooftop views, great service and will definitely be back.

This week, I had a delightful dinner at Cimera with a friend. The drinks and dishes we ordered were fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed the stunning ambiance, complete with large open windows that let in the beautiful scenery. Although I visited during the winter, I can't wait to experience the rooftop bar when the weather warms up and the garage doors open. What we ate and drank: GARDEN COLLINS (Vodka, avocado, cucumber, mint, lemon, manzanilla) CRUSHED AVOCADO (Avocado, lime, pomegranate, egg, quinoa, jalapeño, pinto beans, tomato, spring onion, corn, queso fresco, red onion, cilantro, bacon, sesame seeds, & tortilla chips) PERUVIAN CEVICHE (White fish, lime, red onion, chili, charred sweet potato, cancha) ESQUITES (Corn, chili, cotija, cilantro) CARNE ASADA (Bavette, chimichurri, salsa rajas, tortillas) TART TATIN (Caramel ice cream)

We came during HH to experience Cimera. We were told that we had to sit at the bar for HH, but then a couple walked in behind us about 10 minutes later and were seated at a table. Not sure what that was about, but they should allow HH customers to sit at a table, especially since the bar is so high and the stools are difficult for short people to sit on. At least two people were working behind the bar the whole time we were there, and they were pretty attentive. We ordered margaritas, the guacamole appetizer, and the pork belly skewer to start. The Pork Belly skewer was amazing. If I were hungrier, I would have ordered more. We follow up with the ceviche, which was flavorful and interesting in both the texture combinations and flavor profile. I will be back to try a few of the main dishes and to take in that incredible view!

On the top floor of the Source Hotel, you will find Cimera, a newer rooftop bar and eatery in the RiNo area. Luckily, the weather was phenomenal for our visit this past Sunday and the view and temperature was perfect. The plant/tree decor is very prominent at Cimera as it lines the walkway from the restrooms, pool, elevator, to the host stand. The cocktails were creative. I had the Prickly Pear Margarita (comes frozen only) and it was quite tasty. I look forward to trying some nibbles the next time we head back to this area. Our server was so kind and friendly and checked on us quite frequently. The service and her kindness added to the wonderful Sunday afternoon on the rooftop in Denver. A great time! Will definitely try again!

Bedlam was recommended to us for late night drinks by staff working in one of the restaurants at our hotel. During our short stay in Denver, we went to Bedlam twice. The first time was around 11:30 on a Thursday night. We had a few cocktails along with a cheese and charcuterie plate. The second time was around 12:30 on a Saturday night when we came in for a night cap. The first time we came in, it wasn't too busy, and we were encouraged to sit wherever we wanted. The bar was full so we chose a small table. Our server gave us menus, though specials were written on a chalkboard above the bar. We each tired a couple of cocktails and had a shot called the Master Shot. We also chose the make-your-own charcuterie board. Our favorite drink was the Woo Girl, which allowed us to choose our spirit of choice. I chose gin and my friend chose tequila. When we returned a couple of nights later, we knew already we were going to order the Woo Girl cocktail. It was packed on a Saturday night, but there was a small table in back where they seated us. This bar is more for spending time with the friends you come with, rather than mingling, as staff seats you at a table. It doesn't seem like they offer standing room or just squeezing in, though maybe we just didn't experience that. That said, all in all, I really enjoyed Bedlam and recommend it to anyone going to Denver.

And, wow - the space is amazing - lots of details, lots of interesting things to look at and fantastic bar. This place has so much character and style. We sat at the bar and chit chatted with the bar staff as the night began and folks began to stream in. They are a really well oiled machine, taking great care of everyone - at the bar, along the back wall and at the tables in the rear. The drinks? Really, really good - creative and inspired. This isn't your run of the mill place. Kudos to this team!

Lincolns absolutely delivers on the speakeasy vibe - from trying to find the door, to figuring out how to actually get inside (LOL), to settling in with drinks once you're finally through. It makes the whole experience feel interactive and memorable. **Tip: it actually isn't too hard to find. I won't completely spoil it for people who want the fun of the hunt, but I'll leave a few hints at the bottom. The drink special that night - their version of an Old Fashioned - was excellent and absolutely worth ordering. The other cocktails are liquor + mixer with the soda or bar gun. We tried a local gin (can't remember the name) & soda and a Four Roses Bourbon & Pepsi. There was a odd flavor that came with that round and tasted watered down. Stick with the special. So good! I'd go back all day for the special alone. The staff was a little bit of an outlier compared to the rest of the experience. Everyone was nice, but they didn't seem especially engaged, and the attire didn't really match the speakeasy atmosphere. That said, the space itself is large and immersive enough that once we had our drinks, we just leaned into the whole experience and had a great time. HINTS: 1. Go to the address listed... duh. 2. Something is COOKING through the glass. 3. Find the stairs down. 4. If you hear music and see some impressive doors, figure out how to LIFT the handle to get inside.
