Nice spot for drinks and food after work, but not for date night. The food was really good but the initial vibe didn't match the expectation. The music had nothing to do with the restaurant theme or rooftop vibes; it was 80s anthem tracks all night. The food was good but it took a really long time to come out. Views are great but again, it entirely missed the mark in combining the food with the physical experience... a better spot for getting drinks and some bites with friends.

The food was good but the tacos were too spicy for my taste even though I normally like spice and the smashed avo was not my favorite. The service was great! The ambiance is the highlight of this place it's beautiful and has a nice rooftop patio.

Oh my god. This place is one of my absolute favorite. We went for Denver restaurant week so we got to try a little bit of everything, and I'm so glad we did. The Peruvian ceviche was easily my favorite. The white fish with lime was so fresh. It also had different textures and flavors that made it easily the best. One of the surprises for me was the Pork Belly Anticucho. I don't love pork but it was amazing. Melt in your mouth. If you're thinking of the carne asada for the main meal, you should. It comes with fresh tortillas and chimichurri I can still taste. Oh, and don't forget to order the sopaipilla. Rooftop views, great service and will definitely be back.

Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous rooftop bar. What a lovely spot. Great (expensive) cocktails and the guac looked amazing but didn't get any food. Sat outside on a sunny afternoon and it was lovely

Cimera -- pronounced See‑Meh‑Rah -- from the Spanish for "summit" or "peak," is Denver's new Pan‑Latin rooftop destination atop @thesourcedenver in RiNo. @cimera.denver marries modern urban design with Latin American spirit, featuring retractable glass walls for an open‑air experience and interiors that are, quite simply, drop‑dead gorgeous. The vibe strikes a perfect balance: a Latin soul with a distinct Denver rooftop sensibility, equally suited to casual gatherings or memorable nights out. We did the four course holiday dinner. Every course we sampled was thoughtfully composed and deeply satisfying.

We came during HH to experience Cimera. We were told that we had to sit at the bar for HH, but then a couple walked in behind us about 10 minutes later and were seated at a table. Not sure what that was about, but they should allow HH customers to sit at a table, especially since the bar is so high and the stools are difficult for short people to sit on. At least two people were working behind the bar the whole time we were there, and they were pretty attentive. We ordered margaritas, the guacamole appetizer, and the pork belly skewer to start. The Pork Belly skewer was amazing. If I were hungrier, I would have ordered more. We follow up with the ceviche, which was flavorful and interesting in both the texture combinations and flavor profile. I will be back to try a few of the main dishes and to take in that incredible view!

This week, I had a delightful dinner at Cimera with a friend. The drinks and dishes we ordered were fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed the stunning ambiance, complete with large open windows that let in the beautiful scenery. Although I visited during the winter, I can't wait to experience the rooftop bar when the weather warms up and the garage doors open. What we ate and drank: GARDEN COLLINS (Vodka, avocado, cucumber, mint, lemon, manzanilla) CRUSHED AVOCADO (Avocado, lime, pomegranate, egg, quinoa, jalapeño, pinto beans, tomato, spring onion, corn, queso fresco, red onion, cilantro, bacon, sesame seeds, & tortilla chips) PERUVIAN CEVICHE (White fish, lime, red onion, chili, charred sweet potato, cancha) ESQUITES (Corn, chili, cotija, cilantro) CARNE ASADA (Bavette, chimichurri, salsa rajas, tortillas) TART TATIN (Caramel ice cream)

Super nice rooftop views but the ambiance was slightly underwhelming.when you walk in, you think youre gonna get a cool michelin experience, the interior is very pretty and you're on a rooftop. Unfortunately the music was blasting 70s-80s music, I presume for happy hour vibes, but it really did not match what we expected for our dining experience. Not to mention, it must gave been a Playlist from a phone as it would intermittently have static like if someone was walking too far from the receiver/speaker. The apps were good, the skewers were tender. The steak tartar was delicious and actuslly pretty filling for 2 people. The octopus was also very good! The chicken plate was a large portion, definitely shareable but very salty. Honestly my favorite part of the meal was the salad accompaning the chicken dish and the fries. Our server was very nice but often took a while to come back. I would probably come back just for drinks and apps.

Everything was amazing. The server, Moses, was incredible & recommended the best dishes. What had the beef anticuchos, empanadas, and the mushroom tacos. All the dishes were so flavorful and delicious. Would 100% come here again next time we visit Denver.

I have only visited Cimera for drinks so cannot comment on the quality of their service or food. I love taking customers or friends here because although prices are mid to high for most drinks, the views make up for that. It is very nice to be able to head up to the rooftop, grab a beer, and have a conversation while enjoying the sunset and mountain views (see pictures). I have only stopped by during weekdays so cannot speak for the weekends but when I've visited, I haven't had to wait to get a table or anything. Cheers!

I always find The Source a little confusing on which restaurants are where since they have a couple of different buildings. This is in the hotel building. You also have to pay for parking there. It's a beautiful restaurant with great views if you step outside onto the balcony. They have some interesting cocktails like a Horchata cooler. We just ordered a couple small plates like the empanadas, tacos, and esquites which were all good. The server was able to divide up our check amongst the two of us, but she got it wrong, so my friend ended up paying for one of my dishes.

On the top floor of the Source Hotel, you will find Cimera, a newer rooftop bar and eatery in the RiNo area. Luckily, the weather was phenomenal for our visit this past Sunday and the view and temperature was perfect. The plant/tree decor is very prominent at Cimera as it lines the walkway from the restrooms, pool, elevator, to the host stand. The cocktails were creative. I had the Prickly Pear Margarita (comes frozen only) and it was quite tasty. I look forward to trying some nibbles the next time we head back to this area. Our server was so kind and friendly and checked on us quite frequently. The service and her kindness added to the wonderful Sunday afternoon on the rooftop in Denver. A great time! Will definitely try again!

We stopped by Cimera for pre-dinner drinks, mainly to check out the rooftop, and it did not disappoint. Even though we came just for cocktails, it was *very* hard to resist ordering food after seeing plate after plate come out looking incredible. We grabbed seats at the bar, where the bartenders were not only quick and attentive but also great at offering recommendations. We ended up ordering the Chicha Morada Pisco Sour and the horchata cooler--both were perfectly balanced, strong yet smooth, and honestly a little too easy to drink because we finished them in no time. The real star, though, is the view. Absolutely unmatched--especially around sunset, when the whole atmosphere levels up. They've also got outdoor seating with fire pits, which makes it cozy enough to enjoy the rooftop even when it's chilly. Whether you're stopping in for a full meal or just a drink, Cimera is 100% worth the visit. Even a quick stop here feels like an experience.

Bedlam was recommended to us for late night drinks by staff working in one of the restaurants at our hotel. During our short stay in Denver, we went to Bedlam twice. The first time was around 11:30 on a Thursday night. We had a few cocktails along with a cheese and charcuterie plate. The second time was around 12:30 on a Saturday night when we came in for a night cap. The first time we came in, it wasn't too busy, and we were encouraged to sit wherever we wanted. The bar was full so we chose a small table. Our server gave us menus, though specials were written on a chalkboard above the bar. We each tired a couple of cocktails and had a shot called the Master Shot. We also chose the make-your-own charcuterie board. Our favorite drink was the Woo Girl, which allowed us to choose our spirit of choice. I chose gin and my friend chose tequila. When we returned a couple of nights later, we knew already we were going to order the Woo Girl cocktail. It was packed on a Saturday night, but there was a small table in back where they seated us. This bar is more for spending time with the friends you come with, rather than mingling, as staff seats you at a table. It doesn't seem like they offer standing room or just squeezing in, though maybe we just didn't experience that. That said, all in all, I really enjoyed Bedlam and recommend it to anyone going to Denver.

My friends and I tried a number of the signature cocktails and had a few hot toddys that were super good. I'm personally a big gin and soda fan and loved ther housemade tonic that was in their classic G&T. Did not try any of the food but the dawgs were definitely would be tempting if I was hungry. Loved the decor and the plants all up in the space. The space is a bit more dimly lit and I think of a reasonable volume for a date. Would love to come back and spend some more time here.

We also ordered appetizers of the burrata and the sweet potato croquette. Burrata is always fantastic! The croquettes were good. They were doing Star Wars themed drinks for May the 4th so Star Wars was playing in a screen (that you could barely see due to the sun).
