Very busy coffee shop in the heart of downtown Carnegie. Had a lot of staff working to keep the line moving and prepare all the drinks and food. The coffee was good but the standout was the croissant breakfast sandwich. Had the spicy sausage that wasn't too spicy but had great flavor on a really soft croissant. The sugar rush donut was interesting too - a different kind of chewy.

This place is a local gem to me! I'm obsessed with their matcha. Their coffee is a bit bitter to me, but their breakfast sandwiches and baked goods NEVER miss. I love the seasonal flavor combinations they suggest and how the furniture is all mismatched. I spent a lot of time studying here before I moved nearby and am constantly bringing visitors here.

Awesome café restaurant in beautiful historical post office. Adorable small business district lots of little shops within blocks

Fast, friendly service. Good recommendation for sandwich. The Turkey Club was great. The Lucky Charms Latte did not live up to its competition albeit several hundred miles away. No deduction due to distance. Cute spot in an old bank or post office. The truck is to get a spot upstairs.

Amazing as always! Stopped in to meet some friends for lunch. The stuffed pepper soup was incredible and I had the peach iced tea which was refreshing post-workout. Service is always quick and super helpful.

I drove here on the way to the race track as I wanted a good coffee. I parked and walked in. Early on a Saturday morning. I was greeted quickly and the line was short. Placed my order and got a blueberry scone as well. My latte was oh so tasty and the scone was still warm out of the oven it was that fresh. I did drink the coffee while driving but the scone had to wait about 40 minutes but it tasted amazing as well. I highly recommend this location. I wish I lived near by so I could come more often. More than likely I will be back before I leave town. Excellent service and great coffee drinks.

I always have a nice time when I stop in. They had valentines seasonal lattes advertised. I went with their basic breakfast sandwich and I switched out the bacon for sausage and got a latte. The ambience is always full of kind people in plenty of seating. Can't wait for my next visit.

The set up here is really cool. I also enjoyed the funky vibe and the food was good. The only issue I had was I didn't love my coffee - but I'm not a huge coffee person anyone so wasn't that big of a deal. I think this would be a perfect spot to work one morning although we went on a weekend so it was pretty busy.

Coffee was very good! We enjoyed two lattes and two breakfast sandwiches. The seating in here is extensive! You could have a date, study session, friend or book club meet up. There is plenty of space. Even while busy everything was served quickly!

Carnegie Coffee was a delightful surprise! As soon as you walked in, it was easy to see this was more than a coffee shop! It is a true hub in the community... People were meeting, conversing and connecting. It was quite lively! There were also plenty of spaces though for people to work too if they wanted something a little quieter. The coffee was very good - a we tried both a solid cappuccino and refreshing cold brew. The breakfast sandwiches were average, but would 100% return! Loved the mixed decor - a very comfortable and warm space!

Recommend if you're in the area. The vibes are amazing. It's super cute. It does get a little overwhelming while busy which is something to note if you don't like busy/crowed places. The food was delicious!!! Coffee was good. It's a little pricey but honestly what isn't at this point. I will be going back again and again.

Wonky internet hang, coffee spot yes! Music man gets all the credit, and my long awaited reboot.

We made a reservation online, and upon arrival, we were immediately greeted and seated by the very kind young host. There is also a public parking lot next door that offers free parking in the evenings, which made our visit even more convenient. We were seated upstairs, where our waitress took excellent care of us throughout the evening. She was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful when answering our questions and making recommendations. After ordering our drinks, which were deliciously crafted, we were served two rolls accompanied by their homemade olive oil dip. I wish I had asked what ingredients were in the dip because it was absolutely phenomenal! For our appetizer, we chose the House Made Meatballs in their Sunday Sauce. The sauce was unlike any other, but had the perfect balance of tangy, salty, and sweet. For dinner, we ordered the Shrimp and Lobster Florentine, Carbonara, and Smoked Gouda Pierogies. Every dish came out quickly, the perfect temperature, and packed with flavor. We truly had nothing negative to say about our experience at DeBlaze at 131. We were hoping to try one, or more, of their homemade desserts, but unfortunately, we were too full. Thankfully, that's just one more reason to come back and enjoy another incredible meal!

We started with the bruschetta appetizer, which was absolutely delicious. For dinner, I had the chicken marsala, and the portion was huge with incredible flavor. We were seated on the porch, where we enjoyed a beautiful view and a great breeze that made the evening even more enjoyable. Between the excellent food, outstanding service, and relaxing atmosphere, it was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday. We will definitely be back!

We ordered the raspberry french toast and Guy Was Here. The French toast was coated in crushed corn flakes and it added the best texture! The raspberry cream cheese and raspberry puree made it absolute perfection. The Guy Was Here was a little confusing. The menu made no mention of eggs - and if you've watched the show Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, you know Guy doesn't like eggs. So it made sense to us that it didn't have eggs. We ordered two over easy eggs to go on top. We should have asked if the entree included eggs, that would have been the smart thing to do, Anyway, there were scrambled eggs. But the over easy eggs were a nice addition. The potatoes in the bowl were so good and the jalapeños had a nice kick. My only request would be more butter on the toast. There was one little spot of butter. That is literally the only thing I would have changed. Overall a great experience!
