My wife went for a long browse and shop today. What a cool store, with awesome grocery food…read moreoptions, especially meats. Wild is truth! Healthy stuff, tasty (just had the cod and mixed vegetables), and the prices are very reasonable! Surprised. Definitely will be going back regularly. They flash freeze everything for freshness, and great shelf life. Stocking up was fun.

I was housebound this past weekend (meaning, no vehicle) but wanted to surprise my husband with…read moresomething special so I decided to give Wild Fork delivery a shot. I ordered a grass fed rib eye, short ribs, gravlax, sweet Italian sausage, and mild Italian sausage. I can't give everything 5 stars. The short ribs were way better than expected - I read lots of complaints about them being all fat, but mine were fantastic. We made a dinner out of them and used the leftovers to chop up into scrambled eggs this week for breakfast. The only issue I had there was that they come in a bag that is not vacuum sealed, so they looked really freezer burned and dry. I guess if the flavor was good, they were fine? But they really should consider vacuum sealing these. The rib eye was not as red as it should have been. It seemed a bit brown, as though it had slightly oxidized before being vacuum sealed. And it was very small, only 12 ounces. I expected at least a pound. Lox was very flavorful, albeit a bit leathery/dry. Again, like the rib eye, it seems like it was a bit oxidized before being vacuum sealed. Sausages were good - as long as you vacuum seal sausage, it's fine frozen and really just a matter of personal taste. Ordering and delivery process were easy and efficient. No complaints there. I will definitely try them again, with a keen eye on reviews of specific products so I know what to expect.

It's a good store and has the coldest air-conditioning in town but I have a couple complaints I…read moretried the breakfast burrito that reads made fresh on the foil wrapper and it was horrible. It looked like it was used as a hockey puck that was slapped around in the back stock room and definitely not made fresh. They should be ashamed to wrap something like that up and sell it. I went in to get a carton of milk a little before closing time and there's this long ass line because all the registers are closed down but a few Like I'm gonna wait behind someone who has a basket full of groceries when all I needed was a carton of milk. It is a convenient and clean store most of the time, but then sometimes it's better to go somewhere else. Do better Walmart.

Good morning, Yelpeeps. How are you doing today? Hope you are well. No, really. I hope you slept…read morewell and woke up with a sense of hope. I went to Wal-Mart neighborhood store yesterday for sustenance for myself and my family and fuel for the mobile transport unit. Wal-Mart is genius at this. My location is always clean, always stocked, and dtocked with helpful associates willing to help. The pics? Okay, so those are the outcomes of my foraging the wilds of Wallyworld for Pillsbury croissants, Black forrest ham, sharp cheddar cheese. See how purty they came out? It looks like a bakery did it. Nope. Ya boi got skills. Yes, they came out of a can. You just have to apply some patience in letting them get to room temp once opened, a loose rolling up, egg wash, and boom! Puffy, goldeny, purty rolls. Anyway. It all started by Wal-Mart having everything I was looking for to put it together. I do not get the low rating of this location. They retrieve the carts, keep the store clean, stocked, and organized. This store is 5 of 5 every time. Would my blanket O' pigs lie to you? Be well, everyone. Check on you buds, especially the ones keeping up a smile. Check in on yourselves as well. Today, we have sunshine. Immerse yourselves in its warm embrace. Put on short sleeves and get your vitamin D. Need supplies? Hit up my Wal-Mart. Bye now.
