The only issue I had there was that they come in a bag that is not vacuum sealed, so they looked really freezer burned and dry. I guess if the flavor was good, they were fine? But they really should consider vacuum sealing these. The rib eye was not as red as it should have been. It seemed a bit brown, as though it had slightly oxidized before being vacuum sealed. And it was very small, only 12 ounces. I expected at least a pound. Lox was very flavorful, albeit a bit leathery/dry. Again, like the rib eye, it seems like it was a bit oxidized before being vacuum sealed. Sausages were good - as long as you vacuum seal sausage, it's fine frozen and really just a matter of personal taste. Ordering and delivery process were easy and efficient. No complaints there. I will definitely try them again, with a keen eye on reviews of specific products so I know what to expect.

Okay, so those are the outcomes of my foraging the wilds of Wallyworld for Pillsbury croissants, Black forrest ham, sharp cheddar cheese. See how purty they came out? It looks like a bakery did it. Nope. Ya boi got skills. Yes, they came out of a can. You just have to apply some patience in letting them get to room temp once opened, a loose rolling up, egg wash, and boom! Puffy, goldeny, purty rolls. Anyway. It all started by Wal-Mart having everything I was looking for to put it together. I do not get the low rating of this location.
