It's a good store and has the coldest air-conditioning in town but I have a couple complaints I tried the breakfast burrito that reads made fresh on the foil wrapper and it was horrible. It looked like it was used as a hockey puck that was slapped around in the back stock room and definitely not made fresh. They should be ashamed to wrap something like that up and sell it. I went in to get a carton of milk a little before closing time and there's this long ass line because all the registers are closed down but a few Like I'm gonna wait behind someone who has a basket full of groceries when all I needed was a carton of milk. It is a convenient and clean store most of the time, but then sometimes it's better to go somewhere else. Do better Walmart. read more

I went to Wal-Mart neighborhood store yesterday for sustenance for myself and my family and fuel for the mobile transport unit. Wal-Mart is genius at this. My location is always clean, always stocked, and dtocked with helpful associates willing to help. The pics? Okay, so those are the outcomes of my foraging the wilds of Wallyworld for Pillsbury croissants, Black forrest ham, sharp cheddar cheese. See how purty they came out? It looks like a bakery did it. Nope. Ya boi got skills. Yes, they came out of a can. You just have to apply some patience in letting them get to room temp once opened, a loose rolling up, egg wash, and boom! Puffy, goldeny, purty rolls. Anyway. It all started by Wal-Mart having everything I was looking for to put it together. I do not get the low rating of this location. They retrieve the carts, keep the store clean, stocked, and organized. This store is 5 of 5 every time. Would my blanket O' pigs lie to you? Be well, everyone. This is the new spot that just opened, I must say its a lot nicer than I anticipAted (for now) I will say there is something about a Walmart parking lot at night that always has you looking over your shoulder, this place is no exception. The inside is great however I question the amount of registers with actual checkers seems really small and if you get a lot of groceries you will not want to self checkout. Staff (for now) seems nice however, Sheila the checker seemed reluctAnt to greet me when i checked out The Pizza in the deli is sooooo GOOD idk what kinda cheese they use but man, it is some delicious pizza right there! Give it a try!!!! The gas station has cheap prices for energy drinks and decent gas prices, but if you want a morning snack id hit up QT For a better quick food option if you are getting gas, and hungry at the same time. read more

I walked into this Walmart less than 5 minutes before close. I felt like a jerk but I only needed a fireplace lighter and the last time I saw them they were at the check out counter lane. When I got there, they weren't but, Ashley, the very sweet cashier told me where they were. I went to find one and could only found one really expensive lighter. When I went to check out, Ashley told me there was a less expensive and happily helped me find it way in the back. If I had someone walk in that late I would be incredibly annoyed and have an attitude and would try and rush out a customer (which is probably why I don't do well in retail). Ashley was so pleasant and helpful that it put me in such a good mood. Thank you, Ashley, for a wonderful Walmart experience! read more

I do not know why I try with this freaking store. Just walked out after going to the deli got get something. Two associate are talking one asks me if I need help. I said yes she calls over a short white lady with grayish blonde hair over. She says she will be with me in a moment. I said fine. This is where I have a problem. She tells me let me put my hair back. She steps away and proceeds to pull her hair up and put on a hair net bangs sticking out the front. I digress. She then proceeded to pick up gloves to put on. I asked are you going to wash your hands. She says well I'm putting on gloves but I can. WTF?! I'm like never mind and walk out. I saw you touch your water bottle that was on the cart you were working on before you went behind the counter. So you think I want gloves that you touched after touching your hair on stuff I'm going to eat? I'm sure it happens but I saw it and that is nasty. read more

I was so excited to see a new Walmart Neighborhood Market open up so close to home. So I thought I would give it a try. First the good. The store was clean and new, the workers in the produce and frozen food areas were excellent. They helped me located exactly what I was looking for. Now the bad. 15 people in checkout lines with only 3 checkers. So I proceed to use the self check out instead only to have the thing need "supervisor override" after I scanned my last item which apparently didn't weigh enough for the scale to realize I put it in the bag. I waited and waited and waited...Two of the 4 self check outs had red lights flashing with no one running to our aid. Finally after 15 minutes, I grabbed my 5 items that were already bagged and went to one of the 3 cashiers who were open, who as I was putting my items on the conveyor belt conveniently turned her signed to "closed". And said "sorry" and laughed. I said you have got to be kidding me and told her I've already been waiting 20 minutes in the self check out for 5 items so I told her forget it and just keep it all. She still never apologized or offered to get additional help. Walmart's service has always been bad but you put up with it for the cheaper prices. So now they want me to pay higher prices for the same stuff at The Neighborhood Market for even worse service. Even Sweet Brown wouldn't have time for that! It's not the prices that keep falling, it's their service. read more

I've been shopping at this Walmart since it opened. The store is clean and there is a lot of variety so that's good. The first problem I encountered is that the Walmart website says this store is open 24/7 so I went at 11:45pm one night and they announced they were closing. It's difficult for me to get out so I was very disappointed that I could only grab a couple items and leave. I then started using there grocery app so I could order my groceries online and pick them up. That went well for the first two trips. The last two have had wrong items pulled and poor expiration dates. The first time I let it slide with a phone call as it was clear they have a new, young person pulling the groceries. The last time they not only gave me a substitution (you have the opportunity to select "No Substitutions), but it was packaged meat and had expired in October! Irritated, but aware that we all are human, I took the meat back to exchange it. Not to be fooled again, I went in early (8:10pm), went up to the service table and waited... and waited. I left to find help and the worker told me Customer Service had just closed. I explained the problem and asked for an even exchange and he told me to go to a Superstore or come back tomorrow. I asked for a manager and was told the same thing. No apology, no even exchange, nothing! Target is closer and they will be getting my business from now on. Things happen all the time but the Customer Service totally turned me off. read more
