Flakey, with a crispy bottom, perfectly rolled and the most delicate layers. The spinach and the meat are fabulous. The loaves are great too, especially when you want to make sandwiches all week without the added crap in the grocery store sandwich loaves. The dark one is amazing! My favorite is the sesame ring. Perfectly toasty and holds its own even without dip or filling. But hear me out: fill it like a bagel sandwich and it's absolutely transcendent. Light and airy, with the best crust and the toastiest sesame seeds. I love that they sell that tasty Avejar stuff - it's a red pepper dip and it's amazing as a sandwich spread or folded into a quick pasta. The owners are lovely too.

We chatted and feasted on delicious burek, a filled, layered pastry, and some cevapi sausages with flatbread. We had each veriety of burek- cheese, spinach and meat. I enjoyed the spices and flavor of the meat burek, and the mixture of ooey gooey cheese with more curd-like cheese in the cheese and spinach/cheese bureks. The cevapi was tender and was stuffed inside the flatbread, which was pillowy soft. It came with a container of cheese sauce and red sauce. This is a family run operation and it's great to see such synergy with each member of the family. It's easy to see why they've been in business for so long.

Samples out where you can try many snacks that are unique and fascisnting. As much as these Korean treats and snacks and drinks were absolutely, interesting, fun and delicious, OMG, the meals and banchan in the cooler that is freshly made?? . Soooooooooooooooooooooo delicious!!! I'm talking, the best food ever!!! One stand out was the pork belly with white kimchi... you have to try this!!! But the oh-dang (fish cakes), the rice noodle bites, seaweed soup and more.... I will be coming here often for these foods you cannot find elsewhere (and when I say elsewhere, I've never seen these items in the US!) but the preparation of these foods here, fabulous!!!

There were a lot of products in Korean packaging that I could not identify. The employee was very helpful, and offered a sample of what might just be my newest addiction. In spite of the name, these juicy gummy drops taste like real fruit and everyone has been asking for more. Everything is neatly displayed and they have an adorable kids' area. I'm intrigued by some of the snacks and will be checking them out.

One of my favorites to get is their spaghetti and meatballs meals. It comes with salad, garlic bread and the spaghetti and meatballs! Let me tell you the spaghetti and meatballs are so delicious! I would say this meal is enough for 2 people to share! The prices are unbeatable! Their deli sandwiches are super fresh, cut right there in front of you, made fresh and always delicious! Some others that are definitely worth mentioning is their pizza buying per slice (great portion size btw), and their pastas! A must when visiting is getting their pistachio Dubai chocolate cannoli! Their cannolis are made fresh and they really are amazing! The espresso tastes amazing! One thing that really stands out to me is that this deli/ grocery has been in business for a long time and the owners/employees are so welcoming and make you feel at home! They welcome you with genuine happiness. They have outdoor seating and they offer to go. They do have 2 spots for accessible parking and a few ramps. The aisles are pretty tight but if you ask the employers they are more than willing to help out! The entrance of the store is accessible and it's easy to move around.

I normally shop at 99 Ranch over in Chandler, and occasionally will go to Mekong or Lee Lee's and everyone once in awhile, I will venture to H Mart, so we are definitely covered here in the Valley with many options for Asian or international grocery. There is always fresh produce available, meats, seafood, freezer items. I like coming here to supplement what I can't find elsewhere. My purchases on this trip included: (1) ready-made spicy tuna onigiri ($3.99 each or 2/$7) - this was so-so, I can make a better one. (2) onigiri maker and silicone sushi roller - will be making my own rolls and onigiri at home. (3) burdock root seeds - going to figure out if we can grow these well out here (4) Nimboo pudina peanuts and chana (my favorite Indian snacks) (5) Asian sour lemon drink - Chanh Xi Muoi - this is my favorite with some seltzer on a hot summer day, so refreshing I found some unique items today and will be back again on my next trip out this way!
