Fun and funky ambiance. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when ordering. I love this local spot. The food is delicious and fresh. If you love a soft roll on your hoagie, then you found the right place.

Toni's subs!I won't go back! I think the dude is old, and this is how he's going to increase his margins.

They are usually great! But if I ever get a sub like this, I will never return. He's simply going cheap because he's old and retiring.

Tony's has the best subs You will ever have, and they are made with perfection. Very friendly owner and workers inside. They also have good sausages, meats, cheeses, and olives in the deli. It's located right off 7th street and Dunlap, where it connects to cave creek. The inside is also a little store with tons of goodies, I posted some pics of the things you can find.

This is an amazing Italian deli. I have been searching for a great Italian deli for a long time. This is one of those old-school places that you would find in New Jersey or Brooklyn. The owner who I meant behind the counter was a polite gentleman, and his service was excellent. He cut me up some thin slices of capicola, and I bought some amazing Italian rolls as well as Italian cookies and some very authentic and beautiful chocolate from southern Italy. I also bought a salami and cheese grinder 12 inch sandwich which was amazing this place is a hidden gem and worth the drive. If you have a chance to come in here you should if you're hankering for old school traditional Italian American deli this is your place.

Time for Tony to sell and remodel this dump that's been here for 55 years. Returned for 2nd visit since 2017, but was met with similar garbage sandwich. That sandwich had bad lettuce, old crusty Swiss cheese, not fresh bread. Luckily, the small sandwich only cost me 6 bucks. How has this place survived.

Go to Tony's! Friendly service and huge selection of Italian specialty goods. The cannoli were amazing. We picked up some salsicc and pasta for dinner. Affordable prices. Store was a little cramped, but would go back!

These are the small sandwiches! Excited to pick up a few specialty items!

Greeted with warm smiles & hellos, sandwiches quickly prepared with care. We both had the small italian sub. Chose vinegar & oil...we added additional OO & a pepper spread when we got home. I'm sure we could have had that added if I had asked, but we had the stuff already. Prices..fantastic! We liked the freshness of the bread & veggies. I also purchased 1/2 lb capicola & it is mouth watering! The shop is packed with imported specialty items...the biggest selection that I have ever seen on the west side of the country, and Italian deli's have been our jam when traveling to many states. Ambiance is ole' school deli & I love it!!!!! I live in midtown, but the drive was worth it! I will be back!

Stopped by to pick up some lunch today and was very pleased with everything I got. Large special Italian was excellent, good portion size and the meat quality is great. Also ordered a small meatball sub with no cheese for my girlfriend who has a dairy allergy, the tomato sauce and meatballs were top quality. Everything is very affordable and I look forward to becoming a regular here. It's extremely convenient and the staff are very welcoming!

Italian sub was so good. The bread was super soft. And the meats tasted fresh. 10/10

Wonderful hidden gem of Phoenix. Walking in is a step back in time, full of character. Excellent service, excellent sandwich, all at a reasonable price. What more can you ask for? Thanks Tony's!

In some areas, it lacks variety. But, my recent stop just blew me away. I came in specifically for produce and was shocked at how much lower Winco was compared to the big-name stores. I still had my receipt from the previous week's shopping elsewhere so I started wandering around, comparing my list item for item. The difference was significant. The bulk section gives you everything from spices (You can buy just a little of something you don't use often.) and they had some interesting base mixes for things like gravy or hummus. I did pass by all the bulk candy. Even though they did it for me, I did carefully check out the Sanderson Farms chicken I usually buy elsewhere and their non-sale price was lower for the same brand and quality. I was looking a little lost and an employee did pop over to ask if I needed help. My cashier was fast and friendly. I'm not a fan of the self-bagging. It feels rushed when there is a long line and the bags are thin. I doubled most. They don't take credit cards. However, in these days of high prices, the minor annoyances are outweighed by the savings. I will be doing my major shopping here next week.

It has a huge entrance and exit area. As you walk through the store, there's stocked items on the left & right of you. There's also a incredibly large bulk section, from candy to pet food. This store has a vast variety of things to buy from bake goods to laundry detergent. Some items are 20 cent to 3 dollars cheaper than Walmart, but a large portion of items are the same price. Also, WinCo only takes debit cards, cash and personal checks. The only true standout is that it's open all the time, but if you want to buy a 3 lb pack of Jennie-O ground turkey, it's the same price at their competitors. I live several miles from Bell rd, there's a Walmart less than a mile from home, so......

The Poblanos would've been good for me, but they had corn in the stuffing. Being diabetic, I tend to avoid corn. Because of that, I think I've lost the taste for it altogether. I still have a few things in my freezer that I have not yet tasted, but I'll update this review when that happens. I did not interact with any staff except the cashier & bagboy and they were both nice and friendly. I'd return to this location again and recommend it to others.

Yes. Did the cashier look me in the eye and say literally anything helpful? No. I had to learn through social media that these innocent-looking little worms have allegedly sent people into emergency negotiations with their digestive systems. So now my bag of sweet-and-sour gummy worms remains sealed because I, for one, prefer my organ systems unchallenged. No warning. No, "Hey maybe don't eat these before a road trip." Just, "that'll be $3.99." One serving of these gummy worms, eight pieces, has 14g of fiber. That's 50% of your daily value! The only warning on the front of the bag is a cute little worm declaring that the gummy worms are, "not a low calorie food." At least the Trader Joe's, "Just a Handful of Pitted Salted Manzanilla Olives" for $0.99 were good. But the amount of olives I eat in one sitting, I would need the Costco size container.

The first thing I noticed was the entrance it's positioned on the side of the building facing smaller neighboring businesses. It's a bit unusual and honestly made me second-guess parking and going in at first because the exterior gave off a slightly off vibe. The layout just feels like it could be clearer or more inviting. Inside the bakery section, a very friendly gentleman was going through and tallying up leftover baked goods. I asked what he was doing,( because I'm noisey lol) he explained they were accounting for what was left some items get sold and some get discarded. It did make me think about food waste and how leftover items could potentially be put to better use. I was still able to grab what I came for, and the service overall was good. It also seemed like they were in closing cleanup mode, even though the store was still open, likely due to a slow "happy hour" type period with very few customers. Only real downside for me would be visiting later in the day when it gets dark the exterior and setup don't feel the most comfortable at night. During the day though, I'd return again. The employees in bakery definitely deserves credit for being helpful and handling everything smoothly There's plenty of parking in front
