When you order a salad they remove a prepared bowl of lefy greens which is then placed into a large mixing bowl. As you select the extras they add it to the bowl and mix it up. The wraps are very large. You start with a basic selection then add what you want from their fresh toppings. I actually had the Panini which was excellent. My wife had a traditional salad with 5 toppings, she said it was great. The service was great and quick even though they were very busy.

We did enjoy egg sandwiches and breakfast burritos. The hotel didn't initially record us as having a breakfast card, so we made up a couple of days by having one breakfast in the restaurant and one "to go" which we had as lunch at the fair. The ladies working there were sweet and friendly. Seemed like a high-end burger joint inside of the hotel. We'll definitely be back whether we are staying there or not. It's worth visiting as a standalone business. There are TVs for watching sports and plenty of nice seating. We need to go back, of only to try their burgers.
