The best carnitas and surtidos tacos in town. The portion size is generous. One taco is an equivalent to two. I usually get one carnitas and one surtidos taco and a bottle of Mexican Coca-Cola. The carnitas and surtidos whole hog mix will be tender and juicy, full of delicious flavor. It makes for a hearty meal that will last all day. First time trying this place. A friend suggested LAS CARNITAS URUAPAN (guess there are 2 locations) Its in the same parking lot as Amazon on Bear Valley. Really good carnita tacos. Meat was soo good and tender. I can eat alot of tacos and im not exaggerating when I say 1 taco here will fill you up. 2 tacos and you'll be stuft. They are MASSIVE! I walked in there Sunday for the 1st time ever. It was so full of people waiting to order and waiting for food and also sitting down but the girls working the front were very efficient and pleasantly polite. I called and they told me to bring it back I live 25 minutes away from this place. When I arrived it was pretty busy, I waited in line, when I arrived at the counter I let the employee know very discreet to not cause a scene, she just took it back and was very dismissive like it wasn't an issue or it was something she had seen before. And just asked if I wanted my money back, She still weighted the meat and only refunded me for that, I had only taken a bone out when I noticed the bug I paid $9.79 and was refunded $9.29. They have a big display of TVs which I assumed were menus but were all tuned off. How am I supposed to know whats available or what the prices are?
