I really like that I can go online and book multiple services in one day. It is extremely convenient. Also when I book online, I get reminders for my appointments, which is really helpful. Krissie gave me the best looking gel manicure I have ever had. She was so nice to talk to and really easy to talk to. My nails looked so great! She did not cut my cuticles (which is the one thing I can't stand at nail salons) and she informed me that it is not healthy to cut cuticles in the first place. I will definitely be booking another appointment with Krissie. I go to Kara every few weeks to have my brows shaped. She always does a beautiful job and she fills them in after which is a plus. She is really pleasant to talk to. I am looking forward to booking a facial with her in the future. Drea T. was able to give me the straightest hair I have ever had! It blew my mind! My hair looked so shiny and insanely straight. My hair stayed straightened for three days (until I washed it). When I want my hair straightened again, I am going to Drea! Callie R. makes my lashes looking amazing. I have gotten both a "natural" set and a "drama" set of lashes done by her. Both sets are lovely and last for a good amount of time if you don't fuss with your lashes. I go to Callie to have my lashes done before events or when I feel like treating myself. But more than that, I loved my haircut with Marjan!! She was SO lovely and was the perfect balance of listening to what i wanted but also giving me some advice and things to consider. Also I had just started growing some hair back after losing a lot from postpartum, she noticed right away after looking at my hair and altered the cut accordingly to accommodate the new hair growth. These guys have no respect for their clients and for the health of clients and staff. I woke up sick today with what could just be a regular cold or could be covid. I don't know. When I called to cancel they said I would have to pay 50% of the service amount for the late cancellation. I said this doesn't make sense because I couldn't have known beforehand that I would wake up sick today. The manager said that is the policy, that they have to enforce it and they have no way of knowing if you're really sick or just making that up . I then said, ok, I'll go there and you can see with your own eyes that I'm sick. And the manager said: "ok, great, we'll see you later". I cannot believe that in times like these a business would behave so carelessly. Putting at risk all the staff and all their clients. read more

As a natural brunette, I knew transitioning to my desired dirty blonde look was not going to be easy and was really worried it would come off looking yellow, brassy and streaky against my natural hue. Boy was I wrong! Dani started with a full head of subtle balayage highlights and took the time (3 hours since I have thick hair) and effort to ensure these looked like sun kissed additions. The past two appts following, she did the same. Slow and steady and immaculately done, I have now reached my desired look (in the photo below). Alissa Young did this cut. One is right after I left the salon and the other is slept on and nothing done to it. Our daughter had a color done with a stylist (who is no longer with them) and the stylist recommended a shampoo that took her gorgeous auburn color and turned it bright red. Literally Ronald McDonald red. I called the salon and instead of being defensive they were unbelievably gracious and did everything to restore her original color. She went back twice because they were absolutely committed to getting it exactly as she wanted and she is now in love with her hair. I have been going to different stylists at Caroline's for many years. Loved the stylists and the salon itself. I fully acknowledge that if was my mistake, and that I missed my appointment. I had mistakenly written it down in the wrong day. When I was contacted about missing it, I apologized immediately. I was informed that I would need to pay a no show fee. Again- understood, as it was my mistake, but the charge was $75, which I think is rather high, considering that I have gone there for years with no missed appointments. Also- when my stylist cancelled in the past, it took them 5 weeks to get me another appointment. Not only did it take forever, but they booked me with a more expensive stylist without telling me. Nobody compensated me for that! They got my no show fee, but I'm going elsewhere in the future. read more

I can not say enough good things about Jasmin! She is absolutely amazing and she made magic happen with my hair! I have super thin damaged hair and I went to her after a friend recommended her to me to get my color where I want it. I'm trying to get my color to a better blonde before my wedding in March. I could not be happier with the outcome and how my hair looks after just the first apt! My color has been really yellow and gross because I've just been bleaching and toning for years. My color is already much better, she did an amazing cut and she even got my hair to hold curl for a whole day and THAT IS A MIRACLE, my hair barely holds curl for 5 minutes. It was my first time going to this salon and I was really excited because of the great ratings. My consultation went great and Hillary explained to me how we were going to go about dying my hair, as I had some left over parts that had been bleached long ago and were therefore a slight orangey/brown tone. Most recently, I had dyed my hair both purple and pink together, and I was excited to instead get purple balayage. My previous hairstylist who I'd been seeing for years never knew quite what balayage was. I got to the appointment and was told Hillary was running a bit late. I was personally fine with this, but I just a little worried because I had forgot to bring extra change for the meters and wasn't told how long the appointment would be. The washing, cutting, and coloring all went by nicely. No issues there. The only thing I would complain about a little was the fact that my stylist would always be chatting or going to help other stylists. Being social is fine, but she forgot about me at the hairdryer for a while as I sat there just waiting for her to finish chatting. I ended up being there for 5 hours, but I know that dying can take a while so I wasn't bothered by it much. The end result was very nice, there wasn't as much purple as I wanted, nor as strong as a purple, but the way the color blended with my hair was great and I was honestly ecstatic. The part that I wasn't so ecstatic about was the fact that by the end of two weeks, most of the color had seemingly faded away or was already looking completely brown. I bought the purple shampoo they recommended which seemed to do nothing. I later bought one from target which instantly made my hair more purple again after a single wash. Even after visiting family, they thought I'd had my hair dyed months ago, rather than just weeks ago. Considering the price I ended up paying, I was extremely disappointed in the state my hair ended up being. read more

Pros: - very upscale salon - Melissa did a great cut and that's not a compliment I give lightly - the prices are what is to be expected for a posh salon Cons: - the stylists don't seem like they have a friendly comradery - they are very busy and the staff does not pamper you the way I'd hope.
