Free Hayrides were nice. My pumpkins were rotten after a week, though, which was strange. Maybe because all of the rain, I dont know.

I wanted to try a new orchard and have a nice time before the cold really sets in -- so I decided to come here with my family who adores farms and such. We purchased an apple bag that granted us access to the orchard and pick some apples. However, when we were loading them into the trunk of my car, I heard someone say, "are yall gonna pay for that?" Obviously we had paid for them already inside and I explained this to her but she insisted on saying that we weren't allowed to pick apples unless we bought the bag and that stealing is not something that they allowed at the farm... which really irked me because I already bought a bag and explained to her this but she seemed so bothered and didn't understand. Her customer service skills are nonexistent and not here at all. it's extremely rude to assume we were stealing apples when we obviously had a bag with the logo of the farm. Why would anyone jump to the conclusion that we were stealing? I definitely didn't like the experience and I won't be coming back here. I would rather take my business elsewhere where I can shop in peace and enjoy family time. If they're going to be this unhappy and rude, don't work at a farm. Simple. Won't be coming back to this especially if blondie wants to be so rude.

We started with the Chicken Marsala Stuffed Mushrooms, which were packed with rich, savory flavor. I ordered the 'Shroomy Grilled Cheese, and it was next-level comfort food; gooey, earthy, and perfectly balanced. My husband and aunt both had the New School Smash Burger, and they couldn't stop raving about it. Every dish was bursting with flavor and truly "to die for." Our server, David, made the night even better. He was attentive, upbeat, and genuinely kind; an overall great spirit with a fantastic attitude who elevated the entire dining experience. David even brought us some of their popcorn, which was so delicious and such a fun extra touch. We loved the food, we loved the service, and we will definitely be back; highly recommend.

My sever Lilly was very friendly until I responded HONESTLY to her question, "How was everything?" I did respond politely.... I did expect a Manager to come to the table but that did not happen. I guess it was My Fault for ordering a $65 skirt steak without knowing the size (no more than 6 ounces). I did ask my waitress if it was a big piece of meat; Her response was, "It is for me" or something like that. I would say a fair PRICE for this DISH would me $40. It was tasty but not certainly not worth $65; Unless it had double the meat. We sat outdoors, which was very nice and will certainly be back to do it again! I would like to see a reply from management, but we will see if I get one.

I had some time at the end of my day to swing by Chepachet to finally try Who Cut The Cheesecake…read more The RI FOOD FIGHTS #bestscoopshopri coupon brought me in, but they were already on my radar as a cheesecake lover. The inside was cute, wooden walls that reminded me of a cabin, even though they were in a small strip of stores. It had a cozy feel to it. They not only offer cheesecakes and ice cream, but coffee, cake pops and other treats. I got there not long before close, so I did my best to get in and out quickly. The woman who helped me was kind and friendly. I got a few cheesecakes to go with my ice cream and then got in my car to head home. I ate the ice cream on the way. I chose strawberry. It was a solid strawberry ice cream. Good flavor, decent texture. When I got to my kitchen, I took a bite of each of the cheesecakes I got, because I NEEDED to know what they tasted like. Mango Tango, Key Lime and Lemon Blueberry (can you tell I like fruity flavors?) The cheesecake itself was thick and creamy but not too rich. Each of the flavors came through. The mango was tangy, the key lime refreshing, and the lemon blueberry delightful. I'll be snacking on those bit by bit this week. The crust was standard graham cracker, firm texture but your fork will still cut through it easily. The paper that wraps the minis lays flat if you open it up, making it like a built in plate! The shop sits at the edge of a small shopping area in Chepachet. If you like antiques, trinket or gift shopping, that's a great address for that, then you can swing by Who Cut The Cheesecake after for some coffee and a sweet treat!

Everything is portioned more like a cupcake than a full slice, so you can actually try multiple flavors without committing to one. Side note: you can order whole cheesecakes along with custom cakes for those special occasion's as well! I went with the cookie dough, cookies & cream, and birthday cake cheesecakes. Across the board, they were solid. Lighter in texture, not too sweet, not overly dense, and easy to eat. If you're expecting that thick, classic New York style bite, this isn't it. But that's the point. These feel more like a hybrid dessert cheesecake meets whipped, flavored treat. The surprise of the visit wasn't even the cheesecake. It was the chocolate chip cookies. Perfect execution.. thin, soft, chewy center with a crisp edge. They had that exact homemade quality you can't fake, like something straight out of your grandmother's kitchen. Balanced sweetness and proper texture. I could've easily gone through an entire tray without thinking twice. From a menu standpoint, they're clearly built around: - Flavored, individual-sized cheesecakes (cookie dough, cookies & cream, birthday cake, etc.) - Rotating or staple dessert flavors that lean more fun than traditional - Classic baked goods like cookies that honestly compete with (or outperform) the main attraction If I'm being critical--this isn't a destination for purists looking for a traditional cheesecake experience. But if you want variety, lighter texture, and more flavor-driven desserts, it hits. Overall: came for cheesecake, would come back for the cookies.

There are tables and benches in the complex nearby. While the vibe was relaxed/nice, I just picked things out from the fridge to-go. A small note: I'm kind of pretty picky about baked sweets. Along with ice cream, they have cakes and cookies, and milk of the chocolate or coffee variety. I got a cow cake (no photo since I forgot), Valentine's Day cookie, and coffee milk to take home. The cow cake was good! Not too sweet, but could maybe could taste a little more chocolate. It had a creamy taste to it. The Valentine's Day cookie was really, really pretty and is more of a treat for the eyes. It's a sugar cookie, so yeah it's sweet, and was mostly buttercream (I believe it was buttercream but correct me if I'm wrong) than cookie. The coffee milk was pretty sweet, but yummy, which is surprising because I don't like coffee milk that much (sorry RI). But I would get Wright's coffee milk again. The pricing was roughly $7 for a cake slice (a box of cake really), $5 for cookie, $2 for coffee milk. I thought it was fair pricing! Overall, it's really nice having a creamery here and I would recommend coming here if you're looking to treat yourself or needing cake and/or ice cream!

The menu & reviews looked promising. I'm glad we had reservations, as they were packed on a Saturday night. I was pleased that we were seated within 5 minutes. I was also pleased that their huge booth fit 4 of us comfortably & they were happy to add a chair at the end for our 5th guest. A basket of warm rolls was immediately placed on our table. The large menu had something for everyone in every price range. We started with drinks, all of which were good. My companion & I shared a bottle of Clean Slate Riesling ($33) which we enjoyed. She & I both ordered the baked sea scallop special, which came with 2 dinner sides for $24.99. The scallops were delicious but I would have been happier if my baked potato & steamed broccoli had been cooked just a few minutes longer. They were edible, just not quite as soft as I prefer. Our friends enjoyed their meals... citrus swordfish (also one of the specials), French onion soup & salad, and a chicken salad sandwich. My companion & I shared a piece of lemon meringue pie for dessert, which was good. It wasn't as big a serving as at some restaurants, but it was enough. I have no idea of the cost as prices are not listed on the dessert menu, a practice I dislike. I also didn't like the fact that I asked for a fork as I don't like eating cake or pie with a spoon & was told I couldn't have one as they were all needed. Our friends enjoyed their peanut butter pie & coconut cake. Our server was adequate. We had to chase her down to ask for water, lemon, etc. I understand she was very busy but a smile would have been nice. I do appreciate the fact that we were not rushed out, and we were allowed plenty of time to catch up with our friends. Also, the hostess was gracious enough to take a photo of our group as we were leaving the restaurant. This restaurant used to be the Country Inn on Market Street in Warren. They have a decent sized parking lot, although it seemed barely sufficient for the amount of volume they do. I would rate this restaurant a 3.5 if I had that option. Will I return? Probably not.
