First, the positives: The customer service in the office was amazing. I talked to several people, and they were very professional, patient, and accommodating. The cleaning service was very good. We've hired many companies, but this service was great and the price was reasonable. No hidden fees or gimmicks. Highly recommended. The process of having the carpet repaired was confusing at times. I had two areas repaired. One area was completed expertly. The other area had some issues. They sent someone out to review the area. Nevertheless, the repair patch did not look like my carpet at all. Not at all, and I have very run of the mill carpet. The technician suggested that I shop around. Luckily, the lady at the font office suggested that I try to have the repair team match the carpet with something that is in stock. I was confused because that's what I thought was going to happen, but I followed her advice. The repair team explained that it would be an extra charge to match the carpet closely. The repair team came back to get samples of the carpet, and the technician installed the carpet. It would be a better practice to offer the basic service (basic color match) and an upgraded service (collect a sample and match it closely). In regard to the installation: I think the replacement carpet could have blended better and there was a small patch that wasn't glued down. Overall, it did the job. The technician was kind and accommodating. The front office was very helpful. I recommend them. I plan to have them install carpet in a rental unit I own. It would be good to know that the installer can also repair if there's an issue. read more

Timing of return for the rugs was shorter than first mentioned. Not sure if it is, but it has the atmosphere of a small business with people who care about service. Zach and his partner arrived promptly at the top of the time slot to provide their service. We had our 1-year old, alabaster, L-shaped sectional and a small bathroom rug cleaned. Both Zach and his partner were fast and efficient; asked questions to better understand how to approach certain stains, and worked effectively to remove them. It's the first time we've had a couch cleaned professionally and the only mildly uncomfortable but manageable issue was the strong, lingering smell of the cleaning supplies. It was a clean scent but we couldn't open our windows until after the couch dried because the cold air would affect the drying process (overnight). Overall, we're really satisfied with the service. I was amazed, they were able to get out marks my daughter had made on my bedroom carpet with eye makeup (!) and after they were done the whole room looked great. I wish I had called them out a long time ago, I thought it would be pointless to try to get the rug to look better but they got it to look so much better than I thought was possible. I have had my carpets cleaned annually for years - these guys did a great job (sorry I can't remember their names). This is the first year I used them. One item to note, my carpets took 2 days to get "completely" dry. They cleaned them and finished around 3 pm. The carpet pad was still slightly damp in a few spots the morning after so I gave them an extra day to dry. read more

I have a large, handmade, heavy oriental rug that was supposedly cleaned by my local cleaners. The cleaners said rugs are sent out to a plant that specializes in cleaning rugs. After being cleaned, my rug came back just as dirty and stained as before it was cleaned. The cleaners claimed the stains wouldn't come out. CCG re-cleaned my rug and was able to remove every pet stain and dirt from the rug!!!!! My rug is fantastically clean!!! A five-star experience from start to finish! I was going to have my bedroom carpet replaced because it was damaged in the middle of the room. Decided to try this first and glad I did. Requested a quote on Yelp, and they responded within an hour. A few days later, a workman arrived on time and repaired the carpet perfectly. Later that day, different workmen arrived and cleaned it.
