He came out originally on a Tuesday to give an estimate on a sectional. I was not ready to schedule at that time as I was having some pillows repaired. We scheduled for the following Sunday. Friendly but within a week, the carpet had stains (there were some stains they couldn't get out to begin with because they only used some spray bottle and steam machine). I understand the padding underneath might be dirty but I saw the PRISTINE carpet multiple times during open houses and for inspections so I know it's not to the point of unsavable. 1 week is ridiculous. But more importantly they left black scrape marks all over the walls at the bottom where their machine scratched the moulding. Tried to fix one problem and now I have 2. He said he would arrive between 10 and 12. Before the arrival window Adi called me and informed me he would be arriving closer to the 12 time frame.
