Got quotes from multiple vendors and Carpet Kings was the most reasonable. I needed someone to get pet urine out of my carpet. They were able to come out the next day and got the job done. He was very personable and gave me tips on how to keep my carpet clean. He brought in a portable machine so no long cable required or water connection needed. My carpet was left smelling nice and clean. Will contact them again. read more

I called Carpet King based on reviews and they did not disappoint! I called in the morning and they were able to come that afternoon. I had an area rug, tile floor and a large sectional with a lot of pillows deep cleaned. Usually this would take hours but there were 3 of them and they got it done in 2 . There was a large stain under the sectional that they were able to remove. The scent they use is fresh and not strong. They were fast, efficient and thorough. read more

Adi steam cleaned a some of our furniture for us. My kids had gotten my mother-in-law's couches really dirty. I felt really bad about it but we just moved and were working with a budget. Adi came over and gave us an estimate. He provided several options and he worked with me on accomplishing what needed to be done in our budget. When I ran my dryer there was a burning smell which was very concerning. After looking online to see potential root causes I found that dryer vent cleaning was the first thing that should be addressed (which we had never done since we moved to the house 6 years prior). I requested a quote via yelp and Jason from Carpet Kong's responded within 10 min, we spoke over the phone to discuss the issue I was having, the quote, and he said he could leave right away and be to my house in 30 min. As I found that dryer vent are a major cause of house fires I wanted to address it quickly so asked him to come right away. He arrived 30 min later and quickly cleaned the dryer vent/duct. Jason was very friendly and provided great service. There was a *crazy* amount of lint build up (see photos) so very glad I took care of this. Thanks so much!! read more

What I would of liked was an explanation to me that the screens were going to be bent because of the way they are before they actually did the work. I wouldn't have agreed to the work if I had known the trims were going to come out the way they did. Also I let them know that my condo was on the 2nd floor. Why did they not bring any ladders? They were maneuvering and trying to get these screens in place all from the inside and long sticks outside. Lastly, no mention that I needed a water spout. Lucky for me I had one in my garage, but condo communities don't have that. They did offer to fix the issue within 2-3 weeks which I can be thankful for, but I didn't like the way the business was handled from the beginning and my condo was being sold.

Fito Parra arrived on time, with a truck that held a lot of really specialized equipment; this wasn't a side-job, but a profession, and I could tell that he really cared about what he was doing. He was able to get tough stains out on a patio that had not been cleaned for probably 15+ years. I had bought a power washer from BestBuy and tried to do it myself, but it took me an entire Saturday to literally do a quarter of what he did in almost four hours. Fito/KC Power Clean uses steam, some light chemicals (or you can say no) and industrial power wash equipment. I was also very impressed by how he cleaned the dirt splatter off the walls, and did an excellent job. My driveway and patio looked brand new! Kevin followed up asking how the service went, and sending me before and after pictures, which was another professional touch. I'd recommend looking at their Youtube channel and watching what these guys are about. They seem to take care of their employees, their customers, and are growing the business, which is nice to see. I could have paid someone else less to use Lowes/HomeDepot pressure wash equipment and chemicals or simple green, and my patio would have looked just a bit better. But considering this is licensed, insured, and the equipment on the truck was professional (for example, they have some motor on it that heats the water to make the steam, and a machine that could wind the hose back up), I felt that there was significant value. I will be using them again for other services and have already recommended them to my parents and my neighbor. I will also be referring them to my HOA to do their pressure washing. Thank you!!

1/21/26 Downstairs floor replacement project…read more Our downstairs flooring only lasted 4 years due to high humidity and no underlayment. When we first installed, the manufacture did not recommend an additional underlayment but the humidity simply killed our vinyl planks. We tried glue, filler and then clear tape. Nothing worked and it was simply terrible in appearance. I reached out to Alan end of last year to report the need of new flooring. He came to check out the areas and agreed it was due to humidity. We chose a new flooring only lasted color and type since our current one was discontinued. We opted for a new water resistant laminate that requires an underlayment which was needed in our case. We got the floors redone 1/21/26. The guys finished in 4.5 days. Good team and workmanship. I felt really bad that we were supposed to move all the little things beforehand and it completely slipped my mind. I thought they would move the furniture from one side of the room to the side but they ended up moving everything out in the garage. Due to all the cutting dust, everything brought out was covered in a layer of dust. I had to clean everything off upon the move back in which was tedious. I wish they would have recommended me to buy some plastic coverings. The half day on Sunday, the guys helped move the pool table back, completed last minute touch ups and re-installed my quartz on the vanity to fit under the mirror. They did a fantastic job and considering they had to reuse my old baseboards, it was nicely preserved for reinstall after the new floors were laid. Despite of the small hiccup with lots of dust on furniture, I was very satisfied with the crew's install. It's so nice to have flat and smooth floors again. As always, Alan visited in person daily to ensure progress, and address any concerns we had. We have been loyal to Alan for many years. I appreciate his continued transparency in business practice. Ironically, I received a call just before closing that the rest of the shipment had arrived and would be ready for pickup the next day...but only after I had reached out first. The Carpet Kings are amazing! I have a 2014 Honda Civic that became our "beater" car. Soccer practices, outdoor hiking, taking the dogs to the beach, etc. all took a toll on our seats. Well, the beater car is about to become my daughter's car (she just returned home from college). The seats were in terrible condition. I called the Carpet Kings in the morning and asked for an estimate in the cleaning. I was very happy with the response. I was told that the professional cleaning would range from a low of $150 to a high of $300. I was happy for the representative/technician to come over and give me an estimate. By 2pm on the same day, Karl came by and gave me the estimate. It turned out to be the highest, but I was prepared for that. After working hard for almost 2 hours Karl was done. The owner, Adi, came over to check that I was satisfied and to see if there was anything else that I needed. When I spoke with Jason he told me he will do inspection and than would be able to provide a quote. He than came to my house and told me he can clean it and quoted me a fair price $$$.
