I've been here a lot. My favorite thing to get here is the Pollo Rosa Maria but I've noticed it hasn't been as up to par as in the past. The food is still pretty good and we will continue to return here with family but with the quality seeming to drop I'm not sure I'll be choosing this place myself. Drawn by the lure of $ in our Rewards account, we went recently. We liked the options for what I think they call a Trio - we both had salad or soup, our own entree and shared a dessert for $45. My wife had Chicken Marsala and I had their lasagna. Both rated excellent. We love Carrabba's but hadn't been in years and had never been to this location. It was Amazing!! It was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated and we were greeted by a friendly hostess and seated in the bar. Stephanie gave us exceptional service and the whole staff worked as a team. Best service I've had in years! We both had the lunch trio special and they accommodated our request for double salad (since we aren't big soup fans) and the stuffed mushrooms were Delicious...and surprisingly filling! We finished with the Chocolate Dream dessert...and it was more than we could finish! They have a beautiful patio and a great looking Happy Hour $8 specialty cocktails and $8 appetizers that we're already planning to try! Super impressed!! read more

I have always gotten the chicken trio and it has been great. The Bryan has goat cheese on top and I don't like that. I can still taste it even when I scrape it off. It's too strong. What an amazing event at Cattabba's! I secretly hate to share this but I wouldn't be serving my Yelp duties if I didn't. Carrabba's's hosted a bourbon dinner and it was amazing! Upon arrival you're seated in the primary area with out name placed which was super cool to experience. From soup to wings to delicious steaks. The portion size is plentiful which I promise you will need a carryout plate. The drinks were delicious. Carrabba's really knows how to set the mood. The only thing I would like to see changed would be the service. There wasn't much explaining the pairing of the bourbon with the meal choices which I would have liked to have seen but overall I would definitely be back for another event! read more

Last night we went to Carrabba's for dinner. It was their bourbon dinner. Four course meal with a bourbon pairing for each. The pictures are the courses in order served. After dinner they gave each dinner a raffle ticket. They gave out several prizes. I won the last and biggest prize. They have an upcoming wine dinner. It's a little less expensive. This is always my favorite little spot to go and enjoy a dinner. We tried the three course meal for two which includes two appetizers, which is a soup or a salad, an entrée, and then a dessert to share for $45. The ambience was very nice and the food was absolutely delicious. I always get the lentil soup, which is very comforting a little spicy and delicious for my entrée. I got the grilled pork chop mashed potatoes and garlic broccoli. The mashed potatoes were very hearty as they do have the skin on the grill pork chop was cooked to perfection and the broccoli was a great vegetable to have. The chicken marsala was amazing. It was smothered with mushrooms and a nice gravy sauce. And of course, the bread and oil that comes to the table is always a great accompaniment. The service was pretty OK for it to be a busy night. I thought this would be a great date night experience at one of my favorite restaurants. Upon arrival they had it well organized the seating was already preassigned. It was communal dining although I thought we would have our own individual table, but it was cool because the group we sat with was hilarious and the highlight of our night. Every single dish served at the seven fishes experience was horrible. This event was a real scam of what felt like leftover wine that customers may not normally purchase and they were getting rid of inventory before the new year. so many glasses went back completely full , dishes served everything taste disgusting undercooked overcooked, no seasoning full of water in the pasta sauces. It was a 45 minute wait in between each dish serve served so what was supposed to be a two hour experience turned into an all nighter. Our entire table left early because we couldn't sit through much more of this experience. I would not recommend this particular five course dinner. It was not worth a penny spent. I really hate saying this because Carrabba's used to be my favorite restaurant but after this experience, I have no intention on returning highly disappointing. If you do takeout, check your order. My last two orders have been lacking. Missing sides and sauces that make the main dishes. I'll give them a 2 since the food does taste fine for take out, but at this price you should get what you pay for. Now that I think out it, I even left a tip. Before I start this review -- Jean was an Angel of a waiter. He was absolutely fabulous to us from beginning to end! My kids said "he was our best waiter ever" so if you have the opportunity -- request that man. Super great guy. Now onto the food! My kids are supremely happy with the Mac & cheese and never want to order anything else but I did order one of the kids the grilled chicken & broccoli kids meal and it was all just such great quality food. (Very enthusiastic on the pepper tonight though-- phew!) I had the Johnny Trio and everything was delicious! The chicken stole the show It's the melty goat cheese for me!!!! My husband got the chicken parmigiana and asparagus and loved it. I also had the house salad and it was a slam dunk. Husband said the soup was over-peppered and didn't super love that. Bread was a stunner as usual. Man. I love that stuff. And this might be silly but to me, these things matter and the Coke was PERFECT. My pork chops were so tender and well seasoned.So as usual I never finish my food(3 bites) but yet I still ordered the Tiramisu(truth be told,that's one of my reason for going) and shared it with my hubby.
