Simple review: Clean place, nice and helpful staff, decent food/drinks. This was our second time to sit at the bar for a few drinks and appetizers. Both times we had good service, despite coming near closing time. I see the restaurant as a whole to be a nice Italian option, but nothing to write home about. That being said may be pricy depending on your taste. I did take a picture of the happy hour deals because who doesn't like a happy hour? We got the Espresso Martini (good but could do without the chocolate), Smoked Old Fashion (on the sweeter end but I enjoyed), Mezzaluna Fritta (simple fried ravioli, good but I wish the sauce was thicker), and the crab cakes (those with us that like crab cakes enjoyed them). read more

Extra Cheese CHEAPSKATES! On several occasion we have ordered Carraba's lasagna as a takeout. Crucial to its full enjoyment is the grated cheese that is generously supplied provided you are dining in the restaurant itself. Take out? One has to BEG and PESTER to get any at all. Today, Father's Day 2026, my wife decided to treat me to the lasagna on a takeout basis. She in fact ordered TWO that ran in excess of $40. She asked for four of the little cups of cheese. These cups are at most 1 inch in diameter and a whisker over 1 inch deep. We got 4 cups alright... each filled a depth of 3/16"! Had the contents of all four been put in one of them it would not have filled it much past 1/2". This was so outrageous that it came off as a smart aleck response to this modest request. Tell us Johnny Carraba.. Is the cost of extra cheese for take outs threatening to bankrupt you? read more

I'm sorry to say that I was disappointed by the overall experience. The service was decent, but the food was not the greatest. For the prices they charge, you should expect more and get better. I've eaten in restaurant a few times and always had a descent experience, so I was surprised by how disappointing my recent takeout order was. This was the first time I've done take out with them and certainly the last. I ordered the lobster ravioli (amidst other things). What I got was a pretty small portion that is almost laughable to put the $25 price tag beside the image. The soup that came with it was also tiny. My husband and I ordered takeout a few days ago from this Carrabba's and I ordered the pasta Weezy, which I haven't had in quite a while. I substituted scallops for the shrimp and that part was fine, but I have to tell you the so-called Lead Alfredo sauce on that pasta was the biggest joke ever! That Alfredo sauce was so runny. It was the consistency of 2% milk. I even paid for extra Alfredo sauce because I wanted to have extra when I reheated my pasta the next day. I couldn't even eat the fettuccine with the Alfredo sauce because it was so runny and dripping all over the counter when I tried to eat it. This particular pasta dish also used to have some kind of brown butter sauce on the top that was phenomenal and my order didn't have that at all. I have to say I haven't been that disappointed in a meal in a very long time. My husband had the lasagna and the lasagna was pretty good. I also asked for two loaves of bread and extra herbs for the olive oil and they sent one small to go container of the herbs and no bread at all and no olive oil at all. It just felt like they haphazardously shoved stuff in a bag without thinking about what they were doing. The Carrabba's I've always known there was one to do much better than they did this night. If that is their new formula for the Pasta Weezie, I'll just have to order my pasta from somewhere else. read more

I went to Carrabba's for the Father-Daughter date night special ($45 for 2 meals). While the food itself was fine, the service was extremely poor and made the whole experience disappointing. It took an hour just to get our drinks, another 25 minutes before we could even place our order, and then 30 minutes just to get olive oil with the bread. The restaurant was busy and clearly short-staffed, but it doesn't excuse how slow and inattentive the service was. Throughout the evening, anything we asked for had to be repeated multiple times because our server either forgot or took far too long. What should have been a nice dinner ended up lasting nearly two hours just waiting around. Overall, it ruined what was supposed to be a special night. Definitely not the kind of service I'd expect from Carrabba's, and I wouldn't recommend this location if you're looking for a smooth, enjoyable dining experience. read more

we have eaten at this Carabbas a few times and always enjoyed it. So last night Valentine's Day we made plans to eat there again. I always get the veal piccata. We were seated and I immediately noticed no veal dishes on the menu. I questioned our server and she confirmed no veal. That was a huge disappointment and the reason we had picked Carabbas. So in an effort to not be driving all over looking for another place I scanned the menu looking for an alternate dish. Noticing price increases across the board. One of the new selections caught my eye. NEW!!!! it said next to the picture. Pistacio crusted trout with a sauce of your choice. Mind you it is not late at night, more like 4:30pm. The server was fumbling with her ipad obviously not comfortable using it. She finally excuses herself and leaves our table. She returns and says they don't have the trout either. That's it!!!!! a new entre not available on one of the three biggest days for a restaurant during the year. Trout is farmed it's not seasonal. So not sure WHY they did not have it. Spiedino di Mare was what looked like on the Menu to be a beautiful, appetizing plate of crispy sea scallops, the reason I ordered the menu item. What I got was tasteless scallops at $27 a plate. The scallops were not even a little crisp and little or no seasoning, and I'm not sure there was any kind of butter sauce on them? I also ordered a side of spinach, which I have had before and it was usually good, not this time. In hind site, I should have returned the plate after my first taste of the scallop...but I was hungry so I endured the scallops. I have never been disappointed in Carrabbas, except this time. If this were my 1st experience, there would not be a 2nd. I'll be back, but will avoid this dish, or take them to task for anything this expensive coming from the kitchen.
