The food is always fantastic. The service I receive is always wonderful and the people are kind at this location.

I came with my daughter for the mommy and me event and I was blown away on how detailed it all was and how amazing the service and owner was. Our waiter Erika made sure we were taken care of the whole time we were there. The owner gave a very beautiful speech and walked around making sure everything was good. I am super pleased with my dinner here. The salad was fresh and the dressing was delicious. My Chicken Bryan could not have been better. This has been my favorite dish since 1997 and it never gets old. Consistently good and I am glad they brought back the larger chicken pieces. We have such a great experience when we go to Carrabba's Miami Lakes. The service is just perfect we enjoy the recommendations we are given and we are always greeted with such joy and happiness. Our go to waiter Nico is exceptional. He is professional and always making sure we are satisfied with the service and food. He consistently comes by and checks up on us to make sure we don't need anything or give us an update on our order. The food is great. We placed a late-night order over the phone, but my steak ended up being incorrect. The next day, I called to check on the order and spoke with the manager, Diane. She was so kind and professional; she immediately told me to stop by so she could make it right. When I arrived, Diane personally came outside, warmly apologized, and hand-delivered the correct steak. She didn't just replace the steak, she remade the entire meal fresh! Everything was delicious. Our server was Anthony. He was amazing. He listened well. Checked back regularly to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. And although the food was actually delivered by others, if Anthony hadn't listened carefully to our several special requests the food wouldn't have come out perfectly. This place is a total disaster. We arrived at 7:30 pm told wait was 25-30 min and at 35 min were told the manager could not come to see us because she was busy with kitchen backup. We had a great meal at Careabbas tonight. I ordered two Margaritas. I asked for a tall one first, but our server forgot. I enjoyed them a lot. My boyfriend ordered a Bloody Mary. It was served in a much smaller glass than what I had. I thought that was odd. He loved his soup and said it was flavorful. My salad was fresh. The filet mignon melted in my mouth and I even brought home some. The mashed potatoes are pretty good but I think they used to be better. Broccoli is broccoli. In all the years I've been living never experienced Carrabba's and i'm glad I finally did. This location wasn't too far from my nail tech and decided today will be the day I try them. I was greeted by the hostess and seated immediately. For a Friday evening they had some seating available but were filling up quickly. My server greeted me shortly after with bread and seasoning mix. I was conflicted between what drink to try so I asked for a recommendation, he advised the most ordered was the Sangria-Rita. The menu had a wide variety of pasta to choose from, I opted for their new Filet & Shrimp Toscana. Your meal does come with either soup or salad...of course I went with caesar salad. Let's start with the Rita...it was AMAZING. The bread and seasoned oil mix was good but do need to jazz it up with some black pepper but that's my preference. The caesar salad was not bad, the dressing was well made. My food came out after finishing my salad, and the plate was hot along with the food. I got my steak medium and it was cooked perfectly. Only downfall of the meal was the shrimp had a very strong smell and that didn't sit well. Also wish instead of a garlic cream sauce that it was made with a spicy tomato cream sauce it would've complimented it way better. Overall I enjoyed my meal and will be back. The food was very good and you get a soup or salad with the entree which is a good value. The downside is that the price is the same as a nicer restaurant. The service here was good as far as taking your order and bringing the food but they didn't pick up finished dishes and we had too many dishes on the table. The overall experience I give 3 stars because I can have finer dining with similar pricing but a 5 star experience somewhere else. read more

I came in impromptu as I was at Sanitas literally next door. Unfortunately I could not take any photos as my phone had ran out of juice. The inside is pleasant with a nice calm atmosphere. The music was Michael Buble and other jazzy tunes. They have lunch time specials from Mon to Fri, so I took advantage. For my choice of 9.99 you could choose a soup, a salad and a dish. I ordered the chicken soup, which tasted like a lovely homemade soup that maybe an Italian relative (if you are lucky to have one,) would serve you. I ordered the Italian salad with dressing on the side. My dish was alfredo fettucine. The portions are plentiful. This is the third review I give this restaurant because I used to like their food and keep giving them chances hoping they get their BS together. We went for Fathers day and we were basically like the 4th or maybe 5th customer in the restaurant at noon. The service was terrible we came with my grandkids and son to celebrate Fathers Day. We order our lunch and the kids lunch which are 5 and 7 and about an hour and a half later we got our food. My husbands food was cold , my sons food was not great and my food I could not even eat because guess what, the food that should have been served first that was the kids did not come. I had to call the server and ask him where are the kids food basically they did not know , they went back to the kitchen and it took about another 20 minutes to bring out three chicken strips and 4 kids ravioli, the manager did not even come to our table, not even offer a free dessert or at least taken of the kids food off the bill. I have given this restaurant many chances and forget it I'm done!!! I'd rather eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich at home than go to Carrabbas at least at this location!!!! It SUCKS!!! Pros: server was nice, parking available because it's in a plaza, and bread and oil are yummy. Also, the lentil soup was very good. Cons: Pasta did not taste like absolutely anything, and we ordered 3 different types of dishes (I forgot to take a pic of the lasagna) and they took away their wings which were delicious. Fail. Carrabba's is a chain restaurant, so of course you get what you pay for. I understand that. But when you go to a chain restaurant, they should at least be consistent with the taste in their recipes. Italian food should be tasty. Whoever is in the kitchen needs major help, won't be back. read more

I'm not coming back. It's absolutely ridiculous that you can't manage holiday takeout or curbside orders. I've gone to a lot of restaurants for pickups during holidays and never had to wait over an hour for my food that was supposedly ready an hour ago. The SAME thing happened on Valentine's Day. But I thought I would give it a pass since staff that say were nice enough but no, now on Mother's Day it's the same thing. Waiting for my food for over an hour from when it was supposed to be ready and 2 hours from when I ordered. This is the last time I come here. Management and staff consistently drop the ball and I'm tired of being disrespected and having my money taken hostage from me because once I've paid I have no other choice than to wait for the food. Went here for dinner this week. The place was pretty quiet on a Monday night. They sat us in a booth, and the server, Alba, was outstanding. She was very friendly, helping us with menu choices, and quick at getting us what we requested. Unfortunately, the main courses were very disappointing. We ordered the Lasagne and the Eggplant Parmesan dishes. The eggplant was a huge portion but it wasn't hot, and the breading was soggy. The lasagne was a small portion and tasted mainly of sour cheese and sauce--it was just awful. We didn't eat much of either dish. My sister requested the beef short rib with mashed potatoes, while I ordered the fettuccini pasta with peas, mushroom, and chicken. I was ecstatic with my meal. The proportion of pasta to meat and sauce was just right. The chicken had excellent seasoning and was cooked to perfection. The pasta was also properly prepared. I continued by trying my sister's short rib, which was incredibly delicate and flavorful. The mashed potatoes also came out perfectly.
