While the food and service were fine, my dining experience ended on a sour note. A male server was hanging out with a table full of lady customers (he was not their server) and was hanging a grand time and cursing LOUDLY with small children around in the restaurant. I'm used to other patrons doing this and I know I can't control the way they behave around my child, but I'm irritated that this server showed such a lack of class and awareness while on the clock. Quite possibly the worst Carrabba's I've ever been too. First, two of the main reasons I love going to Carrabba's is the Chicken Caesar salad and the free bread and dipping sauce. This specific Carrabba's had the WORST bread and dipping sauce and the Caesar Salad tasted spoiled. In addition, the chicken Marsala was rubbery, and felt like gum. It lacked flavor and was definitely not worth the wait. The chicken on my Caesar salad did not come out like the usual grilled chicken you get at other Carrabba's. The waiter was terrible and had zero personality. I could just feel the vibe that he did not like his job and did not want to be there. He didn't even come back to check up on us. We didn't see him until he brought the check over and incorrectly charged us $4 extra for the Chicken Marsala, which I deducted from his tip. I love Carrabba's, but this specific Carrabba's was just terrible. From the staff, to the dirty bathroom, the nasty food and the horrible waiter. Just terrible!!! Never going here again and will never recommend this place to anyone. If I can give less than one star, I would. One star is just me being kind. Terrible place! read more

The lady on the phone stated the manager left me messages . Which wasn't true because my voicemail isn't even set up yet on this phone. They then told me I couldn't substitute mac&cheese because it cost more and had no way of processing my payment. I took it as a loss and paid for something that I didn't receive. The lady on the phone hung up on me. The Uber driver apologized and said she was sorry for the rude lady. Never again. Enjoy the $11 you guys basically took. Sarah was a great waitress and extremely attentive to our party of four. The food was good but they did get my daughter's order incorrect. When we informed the manager, he's response was, it comes with Chicken. Sarah quickly spoke up and said, the customer ordered it without chicken and I wrote it on the ticket. She was very polite about it. Her manager did not offer a response, but Sarah quickly apologized for the mistake and offered to send it back to the kitchen. We had a great meal tonight as usual, and super personal service. (also visited in mid December 2020, and mid August 2020). Lisa was very attentive tonight. Food is great- veal marsala, eggplant parm, I asked for penne pasta as my side item and was offered a choice of other pastas and sauces if I wished to substitute. I really liked that! We also had the mushroom appetizer. As early diners, we also got drink specials and could have had half price appetizers (except mushrooms which are already pretty cheap). I've also had spiedino grilled shrimp and scallops. We saw a couple servers we knew from past visits so that makes me think they are treating employees ok since they seem to stay. Decided to give this place another chance as once COVID first struck we ordered a family bundle of the lasagna, when they still offered it, and it was horrible. The lasagna had the texture of a weird cheap frozen TV dinner and the taste was off. Today I order another family bundle of rigatoni campagnolo. Which was very skimp on the sausage that was supposed to be in the dish. It looked like they mixed noodles with pasta sauce and sprinkled in some sausage. After spending $50 I wouldn't expect a family meal to include sausage that I could literally count on both hands. I wanted a complete pasta meal not a Barilla ready to go meal. Highly disappointed. Slow to get things going, quick to walk away from the table before we were done speaking. As a younger family, we're unfortunately accustomed to being treated as less than by waiters / sales staff who think we'll be poor customers. Appetizer of bruchette was delicious. A little heavy on the red onions. Fresh bread was brought out that was very good. The olive oil seemed bad to me, left a horrible after taste. Husband was satisfied with his chicken trio and veggies, as in, it filled a void of hunger, but nothing else. Son loved his cheese pizza (hard to mess that up). I ordered the 6oz sirloin with an Italian salad and garlic mashed potatoes. Salad was old, visibly wilted and horrible tasting. Didn't make it past two bites. The 6oz sirloin was old and overcooked. Requested medium, got something halfway between roadkill gray and medium well. Tough, flavorless. Didn't finish it. Even if it had flavor, the sketchy gray color was so off putting. Mashed potatoes had an ungodly amount of salt on them. It's been a few years since we've eaten here, we should have tacked on a few more years to that. After we were seated it took a long time for our waiter to show up at the table. When he did he was very confused about what a vodka soda was. We ordered two appetizers a piece and one to split. It took forever for the drinks to come he kept saying the bartender was working on them. When the water glasses came they were dirty. We could not drink out of them. When he brought the food he only brought one order. When we asked him where the other order was he said oh you wanted two? My gf was over and decided to order some dinner for four of us, she chose Carrabba's and picked the family bundle - Chicken Parmesan. WHY have I never ordered from here before?! The chicken parm was amazing - crispy before the sauce, flavor was great, and topped with cheesy deliciousness. Side Caesar salad - was fresh and the dressing was bomb. They also included bread with packets of oil and their seasoning in little containers on the side, it's all in the details, right? We also had a side of broccoli, no complaints. The bundle is supposed to serve up to 5 people, we had four very hungry grown ups and still had leftovers. This is 100% the best non-home cooked meal I can remember having in a very long time. We ordered for delivery (thanks, COVID-19) and everything was packaged nicely and it arrived looking and smelling great. Did I mention it serves 5 people and is priced at just $53? The "proprietor" John Harper, refused to speak to me respectfully and shouted over me during our conversation on the phone. I could barely speak with him talking over me. He would not take any responsibility for the missing items and tried to blame the delivery service. He wasn't apologetic whatsoever. I asked him for his store number, and he lied and gave me the incorrect number. I repeated and asked if the store number I had was correct and all he says is "sure". This man is rude as hell!! The gentleman who answered the phone was very kind and let me know that the food was indeed ready but the door dash driver was 45 minutes late. No fault of the restaurant. They gladly offered to remake my food so it was fresh and warm, as well as threw in a free dessert as my card had already been charged the delivery fee. Dining in is great, but takeout is an absolute disgrace. They always forget something, and once they forgot my entire order altogether. Last night was no different, my meatballs were left out and all i was eating was a soup and the meatballs. As a dieting gal, I found this particularly upsetting. Additionally, the serving sizes are half of what they should be. A bowl of soup was two half filled cup containers, a few spoonfuls. My partner's fries were also barely half the container. What a disaster used to be our favorite spot. We were impressed with the way they were handling things early on, maybe there is new management. My food took forever and was cold. The bartender smelled like he had been drinking. The one lady I assume was the manager was just walking around aimlessly. The others were running around back and fourth with bags of food. I tried to get the attention of the one lady but, she was oblivious. The guy seating people was also bussing tables, is that safe? We saw him not wash his hands multiple times. The other bartender blonde lady kept pulling her mask down while making drinks. Bunch of Iddiots there. On Sunday afternoon I took two close relatives to celebrate around 3PM and I asked the person seating us to give us some privacy and NOT put us near that one and only group that had loud kids. So she did anyway. Then they kept putting others right next to us. Two ladies with a lot of perfume and more loud adults right next to us. This place is quite large and we are all jammed into the same area just so the Servers don't have to walk so far. What's wrong with these places that do this. It happens all the time. Let's start with the negative. The soup was cold. Not warm. Cold. It was a busy night but there was no excuse. Soup was returned and a hot bowl was brought out to replace it. We ordered a pizza and it was never made. I asked the server "B" to show me his order pad. There it was. Right on there. At the bottom under all the rest of our order. I understand mistakes happen. "B" was very apologetic and offered to have the pizza made "to-go" but at this point we had been there long enough and couldn't wait any longer. Not sure why he didn't bring this to the attention of his manager. He was pretty attentive with the rest of our evening but this was a huge mistake. Kids had 1 pepperoni pizza and 1 cheese pizza. They were served cold so we can only assume that they sat and waited to be brought to our table too long. Now the positive. The Ciopino was decent. Wasn't hot. Was luke warm but was tasty. Would have been so much better if it was hot. The chicken parm with arugula was very good. Chicken was moist and not greasy. The side pasta was just ok. Was also cold. The fried calamari appetizer was awesome. Cooked perfectly. Good size portion. The fried mozzarella was also excellent. 6 pieces fried to perfection. Not sure if we can return. Came here last night for dinner. Lived out of the area for a while, first time back in about 6 years. The service was excellent!
