I didn't have any issues with my car before Carrectly. I booked the service for "Regular Maintenance" and they returned the car to me with the AC making such a loud noise that it causes vibrations on the pedals, steering wheel, and driver's seat. We noticed right away before even driving. We had the car picked up and dropped off so I'm not even sure how the valet (pick up drivers) didn't notice the problem. Due to time constraints we had to pick up the kids from daycare, returned home w/in 30 minutes and called right away. I spoke to Hayley who said she was going to ask the person who dropped off the car and the people who worked on it. Hayley told me she would call me the next day between 10am-11am. I received no call. I called again late afternoon and spoke to Oliver. He also said he was going to ask around and give me a call. I received no call. Fine. Moving on; maybe they got really busy. Decided to give them a second chance and booked for a "mini detailing" and a "free quote" so they can check out the AC problem. I received a text stating they didn't have availability for pick up on the day I chose and asked me what the problem was for the quote. I informed her of the AC problem and she proceeded to tell me the price for "problem diagnostics", $140, and only then would they tell me an estimate for the repair. So I guess they don't really offer a "free online quote for any mechanical repair". I also texted back that I already spoke to Hayley and Oliver and never got a call back. Diana stated that one of the teams members would give me a call and "advise on the proper way to tackle this problem. -Diana". Never got a call back. I followed up the next day via text "what is the status to my order request?" No response via text. I really wanted to like this place but it just didn't work out. They didn't have availability for the days I picked not once but twice. They were responsive but never followed through. read more

I have used Carrectly twice now-- once for some major work, and once for detailing & routine maintenance. Both times, I was super impressed with the service they provided, as well as their prompt, responsive, and consistent communication with me throughout the process, from quote to invoice. Actually, I was a bit anxious the first time with Carrectly in that things seemed to be going so smoothly & conveniently that I figured I must have been duped somehow. But the service really just is that good! I also really appreciate the mutual trust that seems to play a big part in their company; I trust them with my car (as you do with any mechanic, but the concierge service felt less stiff or formal than at a shop, if that makes sense, so it felt like more trust was involved somehow), and they trust me to pay my invoice (which has been sent both times after I already have taken my keys and my car back home). A new approach for sure, and one that I love! Unfortunately won't be staying in-state much longer so won't be able to take advantage of Carrectly's services again, but would highly recommend to anyone looking for a capable, trustworthy shop! read more

I had been ignoring my car's warning signs that my battery needed to be replaced for a while. When my battery finally stopped, AAA estimated a 15 HOUR wait time. Instead, I found Carrectly. I filled out the form online, got a text a few minutes later, and arranged for them to come to my building the next day to replace my battery (they could have come the same day if I wanted). First and foremost, Vladimir is a prompt and clear communicator. He literally responded in detail to inquiries on Yelp within minutes. I gathered a few quotes for my job, and ended up choosing Carrectly because of their awesome Yelp reviews and because he was so clear about what would and would not be included and was so responsive. They weren't the cheapest bid, but I felt most confident entrusting them with my baby and felt that the convenience of scheduling a pickup and dropoff at my home or workplace were at least worth the price of an Uber to and from another car wash. Vladimir did an awesome job working around my schedule and communicated excellently throughout the process. I had bought a used black 13-year-old SUV from a private party and it had a ton of dog hair hidden everywhere that wasn't immediately apparent on the test drive. Door hinges, cigarette lighter, cup holders, under mats, in the spots in the back seat where the seat belts and latch system bars are hidden, etc. I had gotten a few hand car washes since buying the car, but kept finding more hair every time, so I knew I needed to invest in something more thorough. I hired Carrectly to do an interior detail with a focus on trying to eradicate the dog hair as much as possible. They didn't eliminate 100% of the dog hair, which I have since learned might actually be physically impossible, but they definitely got rid of more than 95% and they overdelivered as far as shampooing the mats, dressing the leather upholstery, vinyl surfaces, and doing light detailing of the exterior and engine compartment, which was above and beyond what they had promised. I will strongly consider using them for an exterior detail in the spring and I completely understand why they have such stellar Yelp ratings. Honestly, I was skeptical because it's an on-demand service so you just hand your car off to someone. But this service is fantastic. They answered all my questions and brought proof that the man picking up my car is the one I had been communicating with. I opted to use Carrectly when my check engine light came on because of their pick up and drop off option that worked with my busy work schedule. They called me with the results of their diagnostic test, explained what they had found, got the okay from me before fixing it and had my car back in a day. However, within just a few days the check engine light was on again. I reached out to them and they said they would run a free diagnostics test. They again called me and explained what they had found but did not give a cost estimate for the repair. They then dropped me off the car and proceeded to charge me for the repair and $100 for the diagnostic that they had told me would be "free" and for which I just paid $100 for less than a week prior. I disputed this and they refused to make any adjustment and tried to claim lots of excuses that didn't make any sense including that they were giving me a "discounted" diagnostic despite the fact that it was the same as I had paid the first time and they had said it would be free. Would not recommend and will not be using again. read more
