Initial damage to my parked car caused by a rental truck
    Dixon P.

Long story short, a truck rental hit my front bumper of my parked car where it was scratched up and partially hanging off and Oliver and the Carrectly crew turned around really quickly and fixed it and made it look like I just drove it off a car dealer's lot! Not only did they quickly turn around fixing my front bumper, they were super responsive and understanding with the situation in dealing with the truck rental company's insurance. They even drove my car back to my location at no charge and I came to the surprise they cleaned up the inside and even tidied up the trunk of my car! Talk about customer service! I will be definitely recommending their business to friends, family, and colleagues and will come back to them when I am ready to fix any other dents! Thank you so much Oliver and Carrectly!

This speaker grille was previously completely scuffed up - but they cleaned it, even though I did not get the interior detail package!

I had Carrectly do an exterior detail, a headlight restoration and I also opted for the stone chip / scratch service too. The porter came right on time and picked up my car, leaving his car parked on the street. He had me use my cell phone to take a photo of his company I.D. and his driver's license so that I would be reassured - after all he was driving away with one of my most expensive possessions. He had me drive the car out of my garage into the sunlight and he looked over the car and took some photos. He saw that I had done some touch-up to the existing chips in the paint, and he told me that because I had daubed paint onto the chipped areas, they would not be as effective with fixing that. I was OK with that, all I wanted was IMPROVEMENT not concours perfection. They brought the car back and it's SUPER SHINY and SLICK. The finish never looked better. They cleaned it up inside a little too, though I did not opt for an interior detailing. What I noticed is how well they cleaned and polished the windows, especially the inside of the back window, which is hard to reach. A nice touch. Something I noticed later on was they cleaned off some scuffs from the drivers' door speaker grille which I had not been able to clean off myself - scuff from kicking this a bit when entering the car. NICE! Their headlight restoration job was great, they looks new. It's a 12 year old car, and has been kept in a garage- even so those polycarbonate headlight bubble-lenses start to cloud over, but they cleared them right up. Their prices are quite in line with other top-level detailing shops- maybe a little lower in fact. Keep in mind that this is not just a "simonize" job at your local hand car wash, this is the full monty. One thing to take note of - be aware that if you have been doing D.I.Y. paint touch-up over time, their "stone chip" option might not really be best for you, it only really works on small blems that haven't been goobered up with D.I.Y. paint. If you leave the stone chips alone you can have them in-paint them expertly, but there's not much they can do if your prior touch-up efforts are less than professional. Their staff are great

I had contacted Carrectly and was in contact with Oliver. He was quick and communicated efficiently. He provided a competitive quote for my dent and was able to get me out same day. Other shops either were more expensive and/or wanted to keep the car multiple days. I also ended up getting the deluxe was wish was definitely well needed and made the interior of my car looking new. All in all good service and communicate on the part of Oliver and his team.

    Bent and cracked wheel
    Yinjie Z.

I was driving all the way from California to New Jersey and bent my wheel in the middle. My wheel was bent and had a crack on it due to a pothole I ran over. I called and visited almost 10 stores looking for people to fix it but every store told me to replace the whole rim and wanted to charge me from $675 to $950. Most stores also require me to go in their stores with my broken wheel so that they can check the condition. I understand it will be easier for them, but driving the broken wheel everywhere was scary. Luckily, I found Carrectly from Yelp's service. They asked me to send the picture of my bent wheel and was able to give me a reasonable quote. I told them that I had to leave the same day and they were able to prioritize my wheel's repairing. Now the wheel looks like a brand new one. I feel safe to drive again. Even I'm just a visitor for one day, their pro- active service deserves me to write a 10 mins review and let more people know about this place.

Finding a trustworthy body or auto shop to work on your car can be pretty frustrating. The process is often fraught with inflated prices, poor communication, etc. When I came across this business, I thought it was too good to be true. I'm happy to report that it's not! I scraped the side of a garage and needed a new front bumper and headlight, as well as a paint job. I reached out asking for a quote, sent pictures, car VIN, and quickly got a response the next business day. I felt that their quote was fair, clearly explained, and about middle of the road pricing of the quotes I received ($1600 of work). When I was ready to book, I was able to do it all via text, their crew was able to come pick up my car from my condo, and promised to drop it off when the repair was complete. The business was easy to reach via email or cell phone when I had any questions or needed updates about the car. They delivered it in the exact time frame they said they would with no issues and gave it a nice cleaning upon returning it. I recommend Carrectly! Especially for busy folx who may not have time to drive around town to get quotes/drop off their car. Their door to door service was much appreciated and made a stressful situation a lot smoother for my family and me!

I took my car in because my sunroof was stuck open. They gave me an estimate to fix it and I agreed to have the service done. Ultimately they were not able to fix it and I still had to take it to the dealer for repair who told me the damage that was done would result in an even more expensive repair. Overall, I had a horrible experience with poor communication throughout. They had my car for several weeks and I had to chase them for updates. After the first week with no updates, I finally reached the shop manager and the response I got was to "be patient". This was the state of my car when I picked it up, which was not the state I dropped it off in. Although my car was over 10 years old it was in nearly perfect condition when I dropped it off. The car was hit while parked on the street outside the shop. When I saw the damage I went back into the shop and they sent me to their body shop to have it buffed out. Much of the damage came out but not all of it. Nothing was offered to rectify the damage done to the interior of the car. I sent emails to the shop with the pictures below, but got no response.

I came in with minor scuffing damage done by a sideswipe on the front passenger side, without any dents or damage to the headlight lens or any sensors. I was quoted an estimate to fix the car in about 5 business days - drop off on Monday, pick up on Friday. The first of many failed commitments as it took 11 days (including the weekend and Memorial Day, granted) to get the car back. The bigger problem is that as soon as I got the car, I noticed that the paint job was botched, with multiple (I counted 8 but there were more) pits on the paint that probably were paint bubbles that formed and burst during the rushed baking and curing process and then were completely overlooked during the (I am assuming nonexistent) quality assurance inspection. When I brought this up to my rep's attention, the pattern was established - still friendly and prompt, but complete failure to explain what happened to cause the pits, why the QA process was skipped over and to involve a supervisor immediately. The "apology" was basically "Sorry about that, but don't worry, you have a lifetime warranty on the repair" - words I would hear over and over again as you will read on. So, what can a guy do but arrange to come back to the shop, drop off his car and get an Uber home (which I paid for myself round trip, mind you - the shop never offered a reimbursement). The redo of the repaint took two days and then I finally had my car fixed completely! Right? Nope. This time around - having my trust in this place shot already - I do a very thorough inspection and yes, the paint APPEARS fine (although I wouldn't wonder if they skipped the primer this time and I have perforation rust in a year or two but time will show). HOWEVER, the wheel arch trim - which has to be installed brand new each time that car panel is repainted - is noticeably loose and popping in and out like a badly attached denture (don't ask how I know) at the mere press of a finger. See above for the already familiar process of how the shop handled this - the rep saying (second time in a row) "Sorry about that, but don't worry, you have a lifetime warranty on the repair". Still friendly and prompt, but complete failure to explain what happened to cause the botched adhesive, why the QA process was skipped over and to involve a supervisor immediately - at this point to apologize to me personally over a second failure in a row. Fast forward another few days (the part had to be ordered and painted in advance again) when I drove to the shop to have the trim piece removed and the new one attached. This time, it APPEARS to be fine, and so three weeks later and two failures later I finally had the car body work completed. Not only are these the only two examples of a failed body repair I have ever experienced in 25 years, but the repeated failures of the repairs and the lack of any QA - especially the second time when this should have become the focus of a manager's attention - are unforgivable. Final thought - when I mentioned this ordeal to my trusted rep at the service center I go to, he said he recommends to his clients to skip this shop, as they do the worst jobs ever and frequently show up with cars taken apart that they do not know how to put together again. Yikes. To recap - STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

The first mishap came when they told me my bill was going to be less than $1000 but ended up being about $2000 when I came to pick it up. They said they'd work with me but ended up knocking off only about $20 as if that made a difference. Then, I take a look at the work they did and it was just terrible. They gave me every excuse under the sun but ended up taking it back to "fix" a few issues that still remained on the car. We spoke about them fixing multiple issues, however, only one of them was addressed when I came to pick up my car for the second time. The service manager kept trying to tell me I don't know what I'm talking about despite personally working on a Best Paint In Show awarded car at Pebble Beach. The more I spoke to him, the more I realized how much of a scam artist this guy, and apparently the company, is. Either way, once again, they told me I could bring the car back for a third time to get the scuffs buffed out that they were supposed to take out already. The next thing that happened just goes to show how dishonest they truly are. The insurance company recommended a new bumper and EuroCollision both charged me for one and "confirmed" they replaced it. However, a few months later, I decided to sell off my car in pieces, and the "new" bumper that EuroCollision "installed" has a 2003 manufacturers date on it, in addition to very unique damaged that was present before my visit. CONFIRMED: EuroCollision practices insurance fraud and passes the BS onto its customers because they're not fulfilling the work they're supposed to be. Finally, upon removing my rocker panel, I found about 5lbs of glue to make the weather strip stay in place after they broke it and decided they didn't want to spend $10 to replace it. So while removing the rocker panel, the glue ripped off paint and is now destroyed. I will absolutely be doing everything in my power to get the word out that EuroCollision is a bunch of scam artists.
