This was my first experience with Carrectly Auto Care, and I couldn't be more happy with the service. I purchased the interior detail because someone recently got sick in my car, and the remains of that sickness were still in the passenger seat and floor. I loved that they came and got the car and then returned it once done. My car is LIKE NEW! They even somehow erased some scratches on both the driver and passenger front bumpers! 5 stars for customer service; Vlad (owner) and Michael (manager/phone interaction) are good people and they have best intentions and even go out of their way to provide for a good customer experience. I have had good outcome with their auto detail services. 1 star for what happened to me. I have a Volvo SUV with check engine light (CEL). Engine code was "P0171 system too lean." They performed diagnostics, and said I need new spark plugs and gasket cover; Parts and labor for $1600. The car is 2016 with 37K miles, and manual says spark plug change at 60K miles, but I did not push back on that because I feared if CEL did not resolve they would use this as a reason why. The work done did not resolve CEL. Multiple conversations later and two more trip to the shop still did not resolve check engine light. Then I took it to Volvo dealership, and they diagnosed it as an oxygen sensor, fixed it for $650, and everything resolved and car back same day. Unfortunately I had to pay $1600 for spark plugs and gasket cover that did not resolve the problem. Their argument is gasket cover has a leak, but I believe if oxygen sensor was diagnosed and fixed first, it would have resolved check engine light. Whether the work they did was necessary is up to you to decide. What are the chances spark plugs, gasket cover, and oxygen sensor all fail at the same time to all cause CEL? They probably saw what seemed like a leak in gasket cover and did not do their due diligent with checking other things, such as oxygen sensor which is near the top of the things that could be wrong to cause this engine code. Multiple trips back to shop still didn't help, and oxygen sensor wasn't on their list of possible things being mentioned to me. They are probably good with wash/detailing and routine maintenance, but my experience questions their ability to take care of things beyond that. I do appreciate the small discount they gave me and their pleasant attitude, but my time and money lost on this issue will not have me return. read more

I brought my car for routine maintenance at this place recently and it's safe to say that I'm going to stick to this place. They're not lying about being 45% cheaper than dealers and 15% cheaper than independent places. And they don't overcharge you for parts that don't need immediate attention. I went to the dealer two years ago and they charged me $3k for everything. And here at Carrectly, they put the order in the most transparent manner. Though they recommended to replace the suspension struts, I decided to come back at a later time to see if it'll require greater attention. In the end, I only paid $500 for all work and labor and the car feels much smoother to drive the moment it was handed back to me. One more great thing is that I need not to even drive to the place to either drop off or pick up, the concierge service is very on time and I can just sit at home to get my car maintained. My car was filthy: I smoke, eat in my car, have a dog, it was a long winter and I was sick & tired of it being a mess. I decided today was the day to finally get it detailed. And so I called 3 places. Carrectly got right back to me and said pretty much said, 'yeah, sure, what time is good for you?' I was pleased right away. One other place was way too expensive, and the 3rd place couldn't get me in today and I wanted it done today. Wow. I can't give a positive enough review of my experience with Carrectly. My 12 year old car spent its first winter parked on the street...and the interior showed it. The floor was caked with salt, the seats under my kids' car seats were disgusting, and it just generally needed a good cleaning. Upon searching for places I could take it, I found Carrectly. They picked up my car in the morning, then returned it in the evening looking like an entirely different car. I don't know how they cleaned it so well. Not only was the work phenomenal, but they texted me to arrange pick up and drop off times that would work, called me when they were 20 min away on both ends, and the whole process was gloriously seamless. Hadn't previously had a car detailed (that's what happens when you drive old Corollas for 15 years) but wow these guys made the Prius look like it just rolled off the lot! I went with the mini detail and added wax which was very competitive price-wise with other places I was looking at - none of which do pick up/drop off like these guys. 3-4 hour detail took 8 hours!! Vladimir picked up my car 3 hours late. When I asked for updates i got "be there in about 30 minutes" TWICE and ultimately the car was picked up 3 hours after the pick up window he provided. Same with the return, "about 30 mins out" turned into an hour and then an hour and a half. Between me waiting 3 hours longer for pickup, an extra hour and a half for the return, and the 4 hours he spent working on my vehicle, it took up my entire day. My advice to this business is to deliver on your promise to customers. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the detail itself was decent, but there are plenty of other detail shops that can do the same quality in TWO HOURS instead of EIGHT at a competitive price. I was originally just looking for detailing, the ended up recharging AC, doing an ozone treatment, addressing a funky smell I had in the Vents, buffing out an orange spot on my hood from previous owner AND taking my car for Emissions Testing in the burbs. I didn't have to leave my residence! They picked it up on a Tuesday morning and returned it Saturday morning. Clean as a whistle and TRULY satisfied. Oh man, i got my catalyctic converter stolen off my car and WOW they made it easy for me to get fixed. I know nothing about cars, and thought my car was going to explode when I heard it turn on.
