Westons newest addition. I used to eat at the one in Miami Beach often years ago. My reason for 3 stars: i got the strawberry passion smoothie with mango- I ordered one yesterday, it was amazing. I was so excited to get it today. When I got it, it tasted so off and different from yesterday's, and completely watered down. I also got the impossible burger. I was not impressed with it, I think the bun was great, but just something for me didnt click. Overall, I'm excited we have a new healthier option in Weston, I will most certainly give this place another try. Maybe this burger just isn't for me, and the smoothie hopefully will be better next time! They have a lot of potential, maybe it was an off day. read more

I previously rated this restaurant 3 stars. I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail when customizing orders. There were three times in a row that they screwed up our order. But.. we've given them a second chance more recently and they've been doing a great job of getting the orders right. Also the quality had gone downhill about 6-12 months ago, but more recently I've been impressed with how they've gotten back to how they used to prepare their food when I first started eating here a couple years ago. Nice place. Service was quick although it was full and staff was very kind. The prices were pretty good. I was a little overwhelmed by the options but really enjoyed my salad. I wish it came with more dressing but the portion was huge. I was not a fan of the grilled chicken platter, nothing about it was very good. I wouldn't order it again. I've had carrot express a good amount of times this year due to working long hours and no time to make dinner and the legal wrap has not failed me. It's definitely filling so the price is well worth it. The sweet potato fries are also yummy and taste fresh. A lot of these orders were to go but I have dined in several times for lunch. You order at the front and then wait for your order. And it's in Weston town center so good location for us in Weston. read more

Don't get me wrong the food is great but damn they take so long to make this food. I have an addiction to this place now. My wife and I ate there 3 times this week. That Chicken Cesar wrap is my go to with sweet potato fries and Cesar dressing on the side. My son who's 2 years old ended up eating all my fries lol and dipped them in the sauce. I also tried for the first time a hazelnut brownie. Carrot Express keep doing what you're doing. The best carrot cake I have had in a long time, but I have never had a chance to try anything else. Too bad the four other times nobody even looked up to acknowledge us! This is a common theme nowadays. I understand, good people are hard to find as I have run numerous retail facilities in the past but it still prevented me from actually eating there or even considering it the past few times I have been to Town Center. In regards to the food- it is ok. Nothing special. I was so excited to have a healthy option in Weston open up since there are very few spots and since Juicery RX closed. What I didn't appreciate to see is I ordered to go. This blonde female packing my order was eating while she packed my food. Im not sure if this is the restaurants fault for not giving their employees proper break times or if this was just her enjoying a snack on her shift. She was eating pineapple with her hands and then touching my food which I am not ok with. On top of that they work at such a slow pace. The restaurant wasn't busy when I ordered and waited almost 25 minutes for a wrap and two smoothies. I hope they do better. read more

Received an advertising flyer for this new restaurant in Weston. So we thought we would check it out. Food was okay not spectacular. Server dropped the food off but never came back to check if we needed anything else. So maybe it's not this kind of restaurant where you get table service. Not sure. When we placed the order at the register we asked if we could have a different side dish they said okay but never told us there was an upcharge of $2 each. Not sure I would come back. This is the best Carrot Express I've ever been to and I've been eating at various Carrot Expresses for many years. The food is great! And the customer service is beyond excellent. They are always so kind and hospitable which is not the norm in South Florida. They also have great lunch specials here that I haven't seen at other locations. Patricia is incredible! We ordered 2 Grill Chicken Salads and 1 slice of carrot cake and were charge approximately $60.00 which is way overpriced for rubber chicken that is not even grilled. The staff is young, overwhelmed, and service is slow to say the least. Most of us were standing around for over 15 minutes waiting for our overpriced orders. I typically love Carrot Express however over the weekend I went to the new one that opened in Planation walk. If this was my first time eating at Carrot express I'd probably never go back. First the cashier could hardly speak English, all of our food tasted nothing like we have had at other locations. I'll start with my Asai bowl. It was awful, definitely premade and not fresh, so frozen that I could hardly eat it. I also ordered a turkey burger bowl to go and it was clearly over cooked with no flavor. My daughter had the salad with the tuna and she said it was also terrible. Sadly for them as a new establishment, they need a lot of help. I'd wait until they get things under control.
