Please tell me this business is not currently running?! They closed down (2020?). How is this listed here? You have 30 days after the initial purchase to get free maintenance and they won't do it. Either they literally won't take the car or they will bring it in and just let it sit there. * Can't prove but there's reason to believe they sell cars to customers and if they don't like you, flag your vehicle to be stolen back so it can be sold immediately after you pay it off. They keep trackers in your car to repossess it if you don't pay but it's also to take it once you've paid it off (unless you have a garage). They also add extra charges; when I called in to dispute the charges they tried explaining it away with some sort of policy they apparently have. I told them it's not okay to have a policy that's not written down and asked for my money back; they just repeated what the policy is to me a second time as if to educate me on it and would not acknowledge my request for a refund. I said "I know that now, but I didn't know before you charged me money." The person on the phone said "oh so when someone DOES tell you something, you yell at them?" I went it person to make a payment right after that and the manager went outside to the front entrance and brought a tall man with her she was yelling at him but I couldn't make out what they were saying. she pointed at me through the door ( I was the only customer there) and said "PLEASE!" and crossed her arms. He looked down at the ground and knodded and said okay, okay. So, I'm never one to give negative feedback on any establishment unless it's to the point of regard that it's just been repetitive and not improved. Ever since I had witnessed my boyfriend make a car deal with this third-party dealership they have done everything to destroy the vehicle that he has purchased with them, I've never seen such unprofessionalism in a dealership and all of my life coming from a family who works in car sales for most of my life. Every time my boyfriend went to schedule a warranty service it seemed there was always an excuse in the matter of not being able to get him in in a timely fashion more alone or being they were not able to get him in until they could run out his warrantee as long as possible. Once they were able to get the vehicle in for service, it seemed they gave the vehicle back and returned it to him in worse condition than he had originally left the vehicle. It was supposed to have an AC problem corrected; which never did get fixed, and once the vehicle was picked up the four-wheel-drive that had absolutely no problems did not work at all and the front bumper had been hit and paint had been scratched off the bumper to the point of visibility but you could tell it most certainly had just happened while in their care. Aside from the unprofessionalism when it came to honoring their contracts regarding the vehicle, it seems that no one knows what's going on at this dealership and seemed to have a circular pattern of passing along the problem until the point of frustration where nothing ever got fixed handled rectified in any means whatsoever. Now with the car having less than 11 months until being paid off; they've taken money for payment, and have still tried to repossess my vehicle to the point where I've had to have a tow truck; that's come to my home twice, call the company supervisor/GM and correct the extreme out of order of business corrected by their boss and leave my property! If I would have to give any recommendation to anyone thinking about using this company/dealerships services, I would certainly instruct you NOT to! If you need a car there are other third-party dealerships out there; that do not have or create these fraudulent side issues! If you need a car, and are willing to pay cash for it monthly. This dealership is a scam artist dealership, and I'm sure will most certainly have lawsuits if not already! Considering the grounds of how my family has been treated, and the way that they do their financing is responsible/cars 2 go is responsible back and forth in the circular pattern mention above [this is most definitely there M.O. in their ways of scamming people out of their money] -please do not make this same mistake! I went in 23rd of may 2018, I was looking at a lincoln towncar 06 softtop, the manager (Daryl Conn) at the 24th street and McDowell, told me I needed an i.d., mail with current address, paystubs, and 500 down payment. I was approved and everything only to have my car repoed 9 days later due to Daryl putting on my application that I was a customer support instead of driver that I clearly stated and was clearly on my paystub. When I told the repo manager by the name of erika rangel, she said that the company is not responsible and doesn't deal with any sells tactics from their sellers the day the contract is being written. In short she clearly said f-you we dont care if the dealer typed your info wrong. Within three day my car I just bought started breaking down now I only have days or 500 miles warranty and they prolong even seeing my car their mechanic Goerge was very rude and only stated he can give me a number to their lawyer. To make a long story short since we have had many issues with Cars2go and their in house finance Dynasty. RUN RUN RUN. Erika is by far the worst person and unproffesional woman I have ever dealt with in my entire life. We put so much money into our "new to us cars" every month and have replaced almost the whole cars. She had told us if we can't afford our cars we shouldn't have bought them. wrote a review the first week we bought the first lemon we bought from them. They had told us they wouldn't let us leave their dealership or do anything for us unless we took the review down. The first car they traded us out of they refuse to take out off of our credit. They will not answer emails about it. My husband doesn't have a heater in his car. They took the core out in Feb and have dicked us around ever since. I have been driving on a bad timing belt since March when I bought my car giving these guys the benefit of the doubt. Now they are telling me that the guy in service who promised to make Right isn't in service anymore and they don't want to eat the cost of a timing belt. We owe over 10k on each of our cars. They are old and falling apart. We pay these guys 800$ plus a month and they don't stick to their word nor do they care about making right. They don't report to credit companies like they promise ypou when you by. They will lie to you to get you to sign your life away and put you in bad spots. We've almost lost our jobs from bring late so much due to these cars breaking down so much. Go somewhere where they treat you well. Do your research. Just because you're in a tough spot with credit doesn't mean you have to settle. We learned our lesson. Do not buy a car from this place! My daughter has a 2006 Toyota Camry that she STILL owes about $9K on. Her payment was due June 1st and because she went on maternity leave with work and had a baby on June 11th, she was unable to pay. She called prior to make an arrangement to change her due date to the 15th instead, which they gave her a hard time about. She decided this past Sunday to just trade it in to get a newer better car for her new baby and 2 year old. She has a new car with Peoria Nissan and she was trading in the Camry. Dynasty, which is the finance company, will not release the pay off amount to Nissan so she can get the new car. They are telling her she has to pay what she is past due plus repo fees since repo is on its way over today and then they will release the pay off amount to Nissan. BAD BUSINESS. This is a gimmick to get cash from her which is not necessary since Nissan is paying off the car as a trade. I say she lets them repo it and tries to finance the new car without the trade which screws her anyways and makes her payment higher. read more
