I don't think I have ever met another group of people who work so hard to fit you with this perfect car. From the moment I made contact with the staff over the phone, I felt welcomed. I don't have the best credit, so I wasn't sure I'd even be able to finance a car, let alone find one I liked. Craig and the finance team fought hard for me and got me an auto loan. I was absolutely impressed with their drive to get me into my dream car. Just pulling up to the lot, you can see how expansive their inventory is. They have models of every shape and size, within multiple price points and packages. And he best part? All of their cars are practically brand new, usually had only 1 owner (mostly as rentals), no accidents, and super low mileage! The highest mileage car I looked at only had 22,000. Their prices are more than competitive--the best I've ever seen. I got a 2014 car, 15,000 miles, sport package, 18 inch wheels, super sporty look, sun roof, back up cam, and the works for $14999. You won't get that anywhere else. I worked with John, who was beyond awesome. He knew my price point and stick to it. I never felt one bit of pressure to buy a car at all, let alone one that I wouldn't be able to afford. I was able to test drive any car I wished, with no pressure on how long. They even allow you to test drive without the sales person! (Which I found shocking) These guys worked with my poor credit and limited budget. I bought a beautiful car that I look at and smile everyday. I still can't believe it's mine! This was the first time I purchased a used car. I had some doubts about the process and healthy awareness of potentially getting a lemon. The facility was clean, chaos free. There is complimentary coffee and beverage station at the small kitchen area towards the back of the showroom floor. Employees appear to enjoy working with each other, even at times dancing to the overhead music. I worked with Jaison Gallagher, he was excellent. Very helpful, friendly, respectful of what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend. I was able to find what I needed and stayed within my budget. Never tried to offer me a car out of my price range. Low stress environment compared to a dealership where employees are paid on commission. I test drove three cars, he gave a quick tutorial about each and answered all my questions. Even when he had another appointment he was courteous and worked with both of us when he could and had help fill in when he needed to be two places at once. Also pulled experian review as well as recent service records. Was patient and eager to provide as much information as I needed to know that I was getting a car without hidden problems. At every step of the process he was giving me the options and what the standards were for a purchase from CarSense. Even when the car didn't come with two keys he voluntarily stated that every one comes with a second and it is now on order from the manufacturer, I will return to pick up in a week (there is option to have it shipped to your home). Carfax was an option but I had the information I needed without it. Financing etc took about 1 hour before I was driving off in my used car. I had a great experience at CarSense. I emailed the night before I wanted to visit with a list of cars I wanted to test drive and a time I planned to be there. They had them ready for me when I arrived. Then I narrowed down to two cars to show my husband the next day. Luckily both were still there on day 2 and we made a decision. The weather wasn't great and they even had them in a heated garage for us ready to go when we arrived for 2nd test drives. In the meantime I explained to the CarSense representative what payment I was comfortable with and he sat down and took the time on day 1 to tell me about what we would need to put down get to that payment. Because there was no haggling on price I was able to have the math worked out without all this sales pitchy speculation about trade in values and total cost of the car etc. so on day 2 we already knew what we would be paying. They also offer some additional warranties to give you piece of mind. We worked with Nicholas Rossi and Robert Schull. Not only were they both enthusiastic about helping us, they were genuine and enthusiastic to share the CarSense story with us. My experience at CarSense in Robinson was excellent. I am a new graduate just beginning my career and have no knowledge of cars. I made several phone calls prior to making an appointment, being that I am a first-time car buyer, and all of my questions were answered simply but thoroughly. I was able to work with the same woman each time I called, so by the time I decided to make an appointment to look at cars she knew exactly who I was and what I was looking for. Within 20 minutes of being on the lot I had chosen a car. Each car in the lot is beautiful and looks brand new. Each car is labeled with the mileage and price, so there is no swindling or bargaining. This is something that I found extremely comforting. After all was said and done, I drove away in my new car the same day after two and a half hours. Family members who know much more about cars than I do each have told me that I got a great deal on a beautiful car with a fantastic warranty. I can't sing the praises of CarSense enough. I absolutely LOVE this place! We have purchased 2 cars from there, and both experiences were incredibly pleasant. We had to buy the second one after our first was totaled, but we got to work with Jaison both times, as well as Chester the second time. When I mentioned that I was in the market for a car, both my sister and brother-in-law suggested getting a trade-in quote with Car Sense, as their experience was that they were given a very fair value, and one that was higher than most dealers. This was true. I went in not really thinking of buying, since I was looking for a specific vehicle with a manual transmission, but a quick conversation with JAISON GALLEGHER not only confirmed they had two of them they could bring in for me, but his approach was so laid-back and non-pressure that I ended up buying there. The sales staff do not work on commission, and everything was very simple and up-front. I have not had excellent experiences with buying cars in the past; until I came to Car Sense! The staff was very pleasant from the moment my wife and I walked through the doors. The Robinson location is so beautiful, clean, and inviting. The salesperson (Mike) was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and pleasant to deal with. No hassle pricing is a welcomed relief for the same-old sales pitch I have received in the past from other dealerships. We test drove 4 vehicles and ended up buying the 2013 Subaru Outback Limited. By far the easiest, simplest, and quickest car purchasing experience we have had. As playing the back and forth horse trading traditional process of car buying irks me, at best, I like that at Carsense it is "here is the price we want for the car" and that is that, and by the way the price on the sticker is, aside from sales tax and title/plates, the entire price of the car, there is no dealer prep or other assorted costs tacked on. From showing up at the dealer to driving off with our car, it took all of 90 minutes, and that included the appraisal of my trade-in and financing it thru them. I went into carsense last week to just look around at the cars and I was a little nervous at first because their set up is a little different than most car deals, you can't just go look at the cars you are forced to go inside to get out to the cars, but to my surprise their customer service was exceptional and they don't nag you or bother you they let me look with no pressure.
