These guys are crooks. My car was towed there after an accident (I was never asked where I wanted my car taken to). They literally held my car hostage, wanting over $4,000 for storage fees which broke down to $175 a day! They would not take calls from my insurance company, nor would they return calls. The adjuster was unable to get to see my car. No one was ever available to speak with and, at one point, they actually wanted me to agree to paying them $1,000 AND sign over my title to them! After 25 days of them holding my car hostage, the insurance company told them I had had enough & was going to contact ABC News, News12, and retain an attorney. I also went to the village clerk's office & registered a complaint. That's when they finally released my car. I have advised the Village of Lynbrook of the situation and have asked them to NOT renew their tow license. These guys are despicable, disgusting crooks & I have no idea how they sleep at night. They would never stand for their wife/daughter/mother ever being taken advantage of they way they tried to take advantage of me. read more

Worst Collision place around. That being said. We went here on a good friends recommendation... what a mistake! I had a accident in June 2016. T-boned in the right front of my 2011 Ford Explorer. The other driver accepted all responsibility and was paying for the damage. We were recommended to go to different collision places, but listened to our friend. MISTAKE!!! The repairs were done poorly, headlights were put in crooked, they broke off my roof rack and claimed that was part of the accident. Paint was chipped and not repaired. Parts were VELCRO inon my windshield!!!! They were paid After this mess. We refuse to deal with this incompetence, since we brought it back to them numerous times for them to fix their mistakes. We took it to FORD and paid out of pocket for our stupidity. Shop around!!! read more

Hands down THE BEST auto body repair shop around. Mike the owner and all his staff are so beyond professional and helpful. When my car got hit and needed to be repaired, the made the process so easy and super convenient. They set me up with Enterprise for a rental right up the street, who were also phenomenal. They even showed me the marketplace they use for parts and showed me the different options that are out there for my vehicle. They explained all the details of my repair thoroughly. And even the secretary at the front was so on top of all the logistics with the insurance companies involved and kept me in the loop the entire time so I knew exactly when to expect my vehicle back. They charged around $75 / day to store my motorcycle there after collecting it from a collision site, then rounded up the number of days (they picked the bike up at night and only had it in their facility for 4 hours - still charged me $75 for that day). When I picked up the bike, it was tucked away in a corner literally not interfering with any of the businesses functions. $75 a day for that? They know they're just milking customers for money. That's their right as a business. And my right as a consumer is to leave them a poor review for being a business I would not voluntarily deal with again in the future. read more

Love this place!! I would never bring my car anywhere else! My car is always done fast and they always clean my car before returning it. The people here are very friendly, plus they have a dog there as well ( he is extremely friendly). Would highly recommend. read more
