My car takes 5-20 weight. The estimate and the bill said 5-30. I kept mentioning that and he assured me that they put 5-20 into the car. Bottom line is that I was given the classic auto repair shop bait and switch/overcharge attempt. I have told friends about this and next time....I will drive the extra distance to Oil Changers.
