First I have to say, I've had a nightmare experience in the past, at a place that will remain nameless (for now), where my diamonds were switched for fake stones, literally worst case scenario when you leave your ring behind for repairs. So, needless to say, I was scared to say the least! Henry's had wonderful reviews and even the one bad review I saw had a thoughtful and polite response from the owner. So, I had a good feeling. Upon being buzzed in, I was greeted by who I think was the (or one of the) owners who immediately smiled, noticed my hand wrapped up and said how sorry he was for the pain I was in...super friendly! I told him about my nightmare experience, he was shocked and promised only the best service. He looked at my ring very thoroughly through the loop to be sure my prongs were in tact and promised my ring would be ready by Monday. This was perfectly reasonable given that this was Friday around 2-3pm. I was pleasantly surprised when just a few hours later I received a text letting me know my ring was done.
