They said that's fine. After four days of letting my bike sit in their shop while they worked on 100s of bikes all throughout the week, I finally came in because I got the news. FedEx had lost my package. They were Johnny on a spot. The front cashier ALEIDA asked me if I wanted to go pick up a different tire and I told her that was my only transportation I told her I could Uber, but she said that she wouldn't allow that. so she went out her way and picked up my tire for me so they could get started on my bike. The mechanic LOGAN came up to me. He said there's a lot of bikes in front of you, but I will get you done today. So after hours of him working on 10+ ahead of me the team stayed late just to get me back on the road talk about AMAZING service and care for other Riders. Big shout out to ALEIDA and LOGAN. Sunrise is a great team. huge respect 10/10 would definitely be back for anything.

I pulled in and was immediately greeted and I made my request. They let me know how much it was going to cost if there was an issues and then had me sit in the waiting area. In about 10-15 minutes I was advised that only one of my tires had a nail in it and they fixed it up for me for $30. The service was fast friendly and I was satisfied.

My wife and daughter was looking for a place to get my daughter's car tire looked at because she had a slow leak in her rear driver side tire. So they found this place and my wife asked me to go with our daughter so the possibility of her getting swindled was little to none with me accompanying her here!. When I arrived ( my daughter got here before me ) she said they told her to park on the side so they could look at it, the gentleman looked at the tire size and asked us to follow him and showed us a used tire then asked what the issue was and then proceeded to investigate the leak in the tire. After further inspection he found out it was a piece of sharp bent up metal lodged into her tire that was causing the slow air leakage. The gentleman immediately said he could fix it which was a major plus because her tires were basically new and had a a lot of tread on them! After he pulled the metal out and plugged the hole it was as good as new and he stated it would last the full length of the tire life. I will say this was a quick and convenient transition by this gentleman, he was polite the whole way through and also asked how my daughter and I was doing today when we first arrived!. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but his professionalism was through the roof during this short transaction of getting my daughter's tire plugged up! They also let us know they had free air ( which is hard to find anywhere nowadays )! Other than Wawa I don't know anywhere else that offers free air anymore. Paying for air is preposterous but that another topic for another review on another day! I would definitely return and I'm sure my daughter will too. I would also recommend anyone in the area to give them your business if you're in the need of tire repair, they're reasonable and professional, knowledgeable and conveniently located with two different locations! Why they would give me a tire with a nail in it, I don't understand. So they patched it - or something - and now I'm on the side of the road with a flat tire. I'm definitely going to get my money back and never buy tires from them again. They don't care what you drive off with or if you die in a car accident because of their tires.

The technician working on my car informed me and showed me first-hand that both of my front rims were bent badly (most likely due to the crappy roads in VA) and referred me to another shop for repair. Greatly appreciated the information and brought to light why my steering wheel would shake badly when going above 40mph. Ended up shifting the newly replaced tires from the front to the back as the tech advised to reduce the "shaking" until i could repair the rim damage. Any other shop would have just replaced the tires as requested and not inform me of the rim damage. Highly recommend their service.

I stopped in to get my fluids checked and to get an oil change just to clear my mind for an upcoming road trip and what I was met with was the warmest group of guys imaginable. The oil change I received was on par with my expectations, but the service kinda blew me away. I found myself in a deep conversation about life with the assistant Wood (owner and also veteranhad in the shop that day and since it was hot Wood offered me a bottle of water. When I asked him later how much he declined to make money because he said it was too hot outside for me not to drink it..... wait what? You mean to tell me that I came in for a simple service and you not only did not try to upsell me or gouge me on the price of the change, but you gave me free water?... Where have you been all my life? He suggested a few mods to my bike from admiration and not from (where is my next dollar coming from) this right here is how you keep a customer. I had to replace one of my tires and wheels and went to Pungo Offroad because they were close by…read moreand I needed new A/T wheels so I thought it made sense. I asked for an estimate of a new tire and wheel; they quoted me for a tire and they said they would find a wheel laying around and would throw that in for free. The tire was more expensive than I could have gotten on my own but thought it was convenient if they threw in the wheel and did the work to replace it. They ordered the tire, called me to let me know it came in, and also informed me that they do not have a wheel laying around. I was told to "search online for one." I find it weird that an offroad shop that mentions tire work would not help me find a new/used wheel. They just put the tire in the back of my car and that was it. I could have bought the tire myself and for a little cheaper; I wanted to go to them to help find a wheel and install the tire and wheel. I do not think I have ever been told by a shop that I was essentially on my own for finding parts. Maybe there was miscommunication somewhere, but I still find the whole interaction weird and bizarre that an auto shop won't help me find parts. If I was able and had time to find parts on my own, I would not have gone to them in the first place.
