    Tried to buy a 2024 Q5 over weekend...low miles, used...offered within a few HUNDRED of the arbitrary price (of almost 46K) set by dealer, to be refused my offer. Laughable sales manager to walk away from ANY Q5 sale right now with a lot full of new Q5s and Audi about to release a redesigned Audi to replace their lot full of new and soon to be outdated vehicles. Do NOT buy a new Audi off the lot from these guys (or anyone). Let the new model Q5 come out, it's going to blow the current body style, interior design and technology features away! New model will make current Q5 look 10 or 15 years old with 2018 technology. Bet the new ones currently on lot drop $10K+ once the 2025 redesigned Q5 hits the streets if you are intent on driving old technology! Also bet their salespeople wont tell you to wait on a new redesigned Audi Q5 purchase!!! From reviews and interaction Dominion is a lame dealership, so I am staying local with actual purchase, and definitely waiting for the newly designed Q5 to be released!

    usually don't leave reviews, but seriously, everything went sideways this time! I just moved from Europe to the US. Bought my first car here, and after a month, the Check Engine light came on (a $2700 fix). Then I bought a second car here with an extended warranty, and less than two months later, the Check Engine light came on again (an $1100 fix). And guess what? Both times it came out of my pocket, obviously! Still waiting for it to get fixed, no loaner car, asked them a bunch of times but nothing! Basically I have to take Uber everyday to get to work and home. Really frustrating, especially having 2 small kids and the car being the only vehicle in the family. This is honestly the worst experience I've had since I got in to the US. I'm never buying anything from here again, ever! Update: My car still isn't fixed... They totally tried to scam me with diagnostic fees, adding in charges and taxes! When I asked their manager if I'd still pay for diagnostics if I got the car fixed there, he said "No." But then they tried to change it, saying it wasn't diagnostics, just "store fees and taxes"?! And when I asked for an itemized bill, they just ignored me! When I showed up, no one would even talk to me, and no one called me back! So basically, I paid for diagnostics and went home with a broken car and the check engine light still on! I will attach some screenshots to illustrate the service I received.     Worked with Christian Gomez. Typical car salesperson. He took six days and multiple calls to get back to me and tried forcing me to spend an extra $2k in worthless, overpriced add-ons. To add insult to injury, he told me he might sell the car underneath me while paperwork is in the mail for me to sign (buying out of state), if we were to reach a deal. Do not get duped by this dealership and their overpriced tinted window fees and "Diamond" protection packages ($2k in "obligatory add-ons"). None of this is standard practice. Honestly, just go elsewhere. No shortage of honest Audi dealers with competent salespeople out there. The Yelp rating paints a pretty accurate picture of this subpar dealership

She has her car towed to Chad Miller Auto Care and calls me to say she needs a new battery and is being quoted $645. I ask her to hand her phone to an employee, and when I asked why this is so expensive the employee raised their voice at me. I asked for a manager and was informed it was Chad himself I was talking to. I would NOT suggest this mechanic. He is unprofessional and perpetuates the negative stereotype of crooked mechanics preying on young women.

From what I read, they seemed like they knew what they were…read moredoing and maybe they do, but of the two vehicles I took there, both over 10 years old and with a variety of problems, they were able to fix some things,but not all. Mine has an oil leak at least 4 different places haven't been able to figure out. Chad's garage gave me some hope, but they were never able to fix it. I take pretty much all "guarantees" with a grain of salt. "Bring it back"...pffft why would I? You couldn't fix it the First time? More likely, I'll just be dumping more money in sonl you can "half fix it" a 2nd time. One mechanic even told my wife to "hit the dash when her A/C wasn't kicking on...AFTER they fixed it. GTFO... Really!? Cost wasn't exactly on the cheap side...maybe fair, but ONLY if they fix the problem. My impression is they had way more cars than they could handle and were trying to rush them outa there. Fair enough, but I will not be taking either of ours back. Fair warning to those that do.

Honest and fair…read more Thought I had issues with transmission as I felt a 'thump' a couple seconds after pressing on the accelerator from a stand still but no so much going down the road and accelerating. My vehicle make/model/year is known to have transmission issues around 150k miles. A/C was working intermittently. Worked fine for the first few minutes of driving and then would turn off automatically. When it turned off, I would press the button, and the light would blink three times, and the a/c would not turn on. Online search resulted in several possibilities that created this problem. On Tuesday, the engine overheated as I was driving on 281. Tried all the normal stuff but overheated again within two miles. At this point, being stuck on the side of 281, I decided to get it to a repair shop. I first called Hendrix; however, they could not get to my vehicle for about 7 days as they were backed up. I then called Gear Guys and they said it would be about 5 days before they could take a look as they were backed up with work. My friends recommended Ritchie Automotive (they have used them for 15+ years). Called Ritchie Automotive, explained the situation and that it was my only vehicle. I had it towed to their shop and they looked at it on Wednesday. Called me with the repair quote and started work that day. It was ready on Thursday. Turned out to be a problem with the motor mounts and not the transmission. There was a very small crack in the radiator that allowed the coolant to leak out slowly so it was not noticeable (like a broken radiator hose would be). This caused the engine to overheat which in turn, cause the AC to turn off. Very pleased with the level of customer service, the work, the fairness in pricing and the honesty! Ritchie Automotive will be my 'go to' for any future repairs that I can't (or simply do not want to) fix myself. For what it is worth, they are a Christian based company.
