This carvel is always very clean and the staff is always helpful. I absolutely love the soft serve ice cream. This time I ordered thr twist with vanilla and chocolate. The temperature and texture of the ice cream is always perfect. I highly recommend carvel as it is always delicious and is pretty affordable.

Carvel is another shop that doesn't change that much for location to location. The factors that make these different are their size and team members. This location was big, bright and filled with a very efficient team. We have been coming to this shop here for a while now and they always have a good team here that greets you with a smile, ready to let you sample any flavor and eager to serve. There is a small spot if you dine in. Clearly this place is for take out... In the Summer many people just stand around the parking lot eat their ice cream and speak with their friends and family. Here in Florida standing outside, day or night is not really an option of you don't want to eating melting ice cream./ If you're local to the area and get an urge for Carvel, i definitely recommend that you check out this location. For the record... I do not understand the one star reviews. This is a carvel where you get the ice cream you order. I do not understand the issues that people are bringing up here.

Live down the street. Every time I go in whoever is working is annoyed I'm there. So decided to just do Togo. I'm about 2 miles away. Got my carvelanche aka a blizzard. They didn't even fill it up 70% of the way. It's crazy that I paid for a 16 oz blizzard and the cup doesn't go past 10oz. How is this ok

The young lady working the shop was the best. My wife came home from the hospital on her birthday and she wanted this nostalgic childhood cake. Not all of the text would fit, but the hearts were a great alternative. Well done. We will be back for treats. The shop looks super clean and ready to serve nice treats. Everything looks in its place.

Ordered: Tie-Dye Thick Shake/ Pistachio & Grapenut Ice - Cream Go to for Sunday night ice - cream. Specials are offered but specific to what they have listed. I would have liked to have a richer flavor in their ice - cream flavor, however good enough. Customer service is pretty good and consistent.

Ordered a birthday cake for our son's birthday and it turned out AMAZING. Staff was unbelievably helpful and responsive we will definitely be ordering from them more often!

What's not to love about Carvel?! It's a classic ice cream shop that's been around for a while- at least ever since I can remember. They have some of the greatest soft serve ice cream I've ever tasted- so creamy and soft. I also love their crunchies. I believe it's one of their signature toppings. They have amazing ice cream cakes and ice cream sandwiches. They also have a variety of different hard serve ice cream so there's plenty to choose from. You can also create a shake out of any of their ice cream flavors and toppings. What's also great is that they have really great weekly deals for every day of the week. For example one of the days you can get a free sundae with the purchase of one. That's amazing value! It's a great ice cream shop to bring your family and friends.

Carvel is good, but pricey compared to other ice cream shops I've reviewed. They do offer specials, but those are only good if they're on what you're having. I had the Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Sundae Dasher. I have to say, it was delicious. Although I should have bought the small. I feel like a pig trying to eat all this. But I'm on a mission!

My absolute favorite location!!! The owners are amazing and go above and beyond for their customers! I had to order a cake for my husband's 35th birthday at the last minute and they were still able to have it customized to our suiting. I went back for my boy's black panther themed cake and again they went above and beyond! We are so happy with their service! They will definitely be seeing more of my family and friends!!! read more

We love Carvel Sunrise West! We have become frequent guests since they opened, and my husband and I make it our destination at least once a week while walking our dogs. The team is always friendly and welcoming, and are so eager to help. They are constantly rotating their flavors so we always have something new to choose from! They also have a "frequent guest" card so you can get rewarded with a free tasty treat as a valued guest! One suggestion: doggie sized portion on the menu for our pups! read more

We just moved to Florida and think this Carvel is fabulous. We have gone here every Monday night for more than 8 weeks. Timothy is fantastic. He is the always so friendly and professional. I come here a lot because it's Carvel and the punch cards they give at this location. But the service sucks. I came in with a BOGO coupon and after ordering 2 ice creams and presenting the coupon. The teenager told me I was confused and that my "Buy One Get One" coupon was actually a "Buy any size and get a junior free". Now I AM confused as to why the coupon didn't say that. The other thing is the amount of ice cream and toppings vary greatly by the server. If the managers give a bigger serving than some servers do than that's an issue!!! read more

I'm not a person who like sweets that much but I truly enjoyed my experience here. Customer service was top notch, greeted with a smile and abundance of patience while u decide ur treat lol. They have a great selection of flavors and friendly atmosphere, I brought my niece for a sundae and she loved it and she loved being there. This location is brand new and really nice and upscale. The regular ice cream is great and they specialize in soft which is also really good. I bought an ice cream cake here and it was way better than the ones in Publix . I highly recommend this place, fresh really good ice cream. read more

Kevin C, you are 100% correct about Saul not knowing what he's talking about. He fails to mention that 1-of the workers is his girlfriends good friend and he was mad at his girlfriend so he took it out on everyone. I've been a loyal customer since the first moment the Management opened the door, I've been through the step-by-step initial training. Anyone who has COMMON SENSE would see how hard and FRIENDLY the work. My whole family grew up on Carvel and we couldn't be any happier they opened up. Many people don't realize that Carvel is true Ice Cream unlike DQ. So anyone who wants real Ice Cream at a Family owned and operated with a family atmosphere, then this is the place you want to go. This is my second review of THIS Carvel. We Jody an I were there yesterday for the Grand opening on Saturday. It was wonderful.. My chocolate ice cream and Jody's Vanilla chocolate swirls were both perfect . They had all the products we remember, Freezers full of cakes including Cookie puss and Fudgie the Whale who was also there for pictures . There were flying saucers AND Brown and Cherry bonnets available to. If your a New Yorker or other Northeaster that misses Carvel you really need to go. Two thumbs up.. read more

Did not accept widely used coupon, manager didnt bother talking to me about it. Management got upset at my colleagues trying free samples, i have came to this carvel multiple times and have always purchased ice cream for me or them, but the look on their face when we try samples is uncalled for. I have also had multiple occasions where staff makes a false account to harass me. read more

TIPPING? WTF...All I came in for is an ice cream cone. The cashier points to the iPad point of sale kiosk and says "you can tip any amount" what!!! I didn't order a medium rare porter house with a glass of wine. What's going on Carvel? Are you not paying your employees a living wage? They have to resort to guilting customers into tipping??? I'll just go next door to Publix and buy ice cream from them, you get more bang for your buck and the only guilt I have is the pounds I gain. read more

Carvel is back with a bang. This place is super clean and friendly from the owner to the employees. When I was growing up we had soft serve vanilla and chocolate. This store has 12 different soft serves on a daily basis plus chocolate and vanilla. Just got off work and I am heading there now on my day off for at least my 10th visit. We've been going to this Carvel location for a little over a year. The place is always clean and the staff is always friendly. The owner Brian is such a nice man and he'll make sure your experience is nothing but positive. For high tea they have The Royal Madison which offers you choice of tea, pastries, homemade scones with lemon curd and clotted cream, assorted finger sandwiches and fresh fruit. For $10 more you can get Megan's High Tea which also includes a slice of quiche, a cup of soup and champagne, a mimosa or fruit juice. We opted for the Megan's High Tea and I'm so glad we did. The spinach/feta quiche and the carrot ginger soup were both very good. My mimosa was perfect and was the perfect accompaniment for the finger sandwiches. The scones were warm right out of the oven and were so delicious that I'm still thinking about them a day later. I really enjoyed all the finger sandwiches with their different fillings, it's hard to pick a favorite. The tea was perfect the hardest part was picking one from the vast array of choices. They also have a cute little gift shop area that's worth checking out. Among the things they sell are a nice selection of assorted teas. I can't recommend this place enough and like I said, Brian will do whatever it takes to make sure you have a memorable experience.

Fresh but no flavor unless drenched in wasabi , soy sauce and ginger. Even the spicy mayo was a bit bland. I liked the place but don't think is I'd return. The cost for the one roll was $13 and water came to $17 plus tip was $21. I just know for almost the same cost I could go to an AUCE buffet.
