A friend and I stopped in for dinner a few days ago and were very pleased with our experience! I also had 2 dogs with me, which was honestly part of the reason we went there since I knew that their patio area was dog friendly! Our waitress, Christy (may or may not be spelling that right), was wonderful and brought water and 2 small bowls out for my dogs immediately. Chips and salsa were served, and were solid (and not stale, thank heavens!!). I couldn't narrow down my choices sufficiently, so I asked Christy what her favorite menu item was. She recommended the Quesadilla a la Diabla, so I went with that. She was not wrong! It was flavorful (not even remotely spicy, though, which I'd have expected from the name), and very filling! My friend had the Pollo Hawaiian and loved it, as well! We both also got banana daiquiris, and they were refreshing! I didn't get pictures because we pretty much inhaled everything that wasn't nailed down! This might be the very definition of a 3 star review on Yelp. "OK" is the perfect adjective for the food here. It's not bad, but it's also not that good. I ate here for lunch earlier this month with my aunt and younger cousins for girls day and had such a great time. All of the staff working were really sweet and kept making sure we had plenty of refills on our drinks since it was so hot outside. We all tried something different, but I got the rice bowl with steak and really enjoyed it. It was super filling, had fresh ingredients, and I loved the different textures with the added crispy tortilla bits. They also have great chips and queso! I hesitated between three and four stars for this place. If they didn't have a patio, it would be a solid 3 stars. But they do have a patio, and that's what made this place great. Food - 2.5-3 stars I had the enchilada trio so I could try the green chicken, queso beef, and red cheese enchiladas. They were not very flavorful. The rice was fine, the beans were very good. Service - 4 Our server was friendly, chatty, and checked on us often (but not too often). She brought our dog a cup of water, too. Patio - 5 Tons of seating and the tables are far apart, which was great because so many people bring their dogs. We were there for an early dinner around 4:45 pm. There was already a family there with a dog and two more families brought their pups while we were there. This is one of the bigger Mexican restaurants that is located in Brown county, Nashville, Indiana. They have large variety of options for lunch on their menu, but I did not find as many vegetarian or even any vegan options, but I didn't specifically ask for vegan options. They have a huge parking in front of them and they have this out. Nice outside decor and comfortable seating inside. Their lunch portion was just perfect. This is the first Mexican restaurant where I was actually able to finish my lunch portion. Normally when we go as a family to eat in Mexican restaurants my husband and I we either come too full or we pack our food and take home or we just get one and share. But this is the first time I was able to finish my own lunch portion which was great. Their customer service was not the greatest. I asked for a homemade tomatillo sauce and the person said he'll bring it and he never brought it. Depression even looked at me twice and I tried reminding through actions and they just never responded. I don't think this is a place where I will visit again. They are family friendly and business casual. They have large seating inside and I think they also have some outside seating but I could be wrong. Their food tasted good. read more

Not sure if they are the only Mexican restaurant in Brown county/Nashville Indiana but they are great as far as I know, it's still owned by a local woman. I'm at six other friends here for taco Tuesday but I got the chicken and shrimp fajita instead and it was delicious. Our food came up pretty quick. Our waitress was on it. My mom and I had a fantastic first experience here. We went around 6:30pm on a Saturday night. SUPER quick service. Chips and salsa and waters were put in front of us within 1 minute of sitting down. Food was out maybe 7 mins later. We were in and out within 45 mins. Everything is affordable. I got the Caribbean Bowl with Shrimp and it was amazing--probably a good 11 pieces of shrimp in it. My mom got some a la carte tacos and enchiladas, she loved what she got. At first, we weren't sure. It grew on us. On a Wednesday evening, it wasn't crowded. This is a fairly standard Mexican restaurant, but the prices are definitely lower than Indy or Bloomington. They have stiff competition just a dozen minutes up the road in Morgantown. My chile rellena cena was fine. Good flavors, and did not have that Sysco flavor to it. My partner had a chicken taco salad and said it was pretty decent. We walked out (drank water) for barely $20. Go on the patio, weather permitting. It has less of the canned music problem and is not crowded, only four tables where other restaurants put 8-12. It's located off the hustle and bustle of the tourist crowds, near a $5 parking lot if the streets are crowded (which during dinner time, most are not). read more

Amazing outside patio!!! The outside area is huge and really clean. They allow dogs on the patio and the staff were very friendly, bringing the dogs water. The margaritas were great and the food is very reasonably priced as well - couldn't believe how cheap it was when we were leaving! read more

Just wasn't feeling this one. To begin with, the salsa was flavorless. I'm not big on spicy, but I do appreciate SOME flavor. The chips were good. They weren't the typical greasy things you usually get at some Mexican restaurants. My arroz con pollo (chicken with rice) was fairly good. If you aren't familiar with Nashville, IN then you don't realize how awesome it is for a place of business to have its own dedicated parking. It's not a large parking and is gravel but they get to call it there own. The atmosphere is typical of a Mexican restaurant in the area, pricing is reasonable and portions will not leave you hungry or disappointed. The food is average so basically it's good but not out of this world. The staff is so attentive, sweet and helpful. There are a few TVs to show sports and there are drink specials daily. read more
