Just went there. Amazing waitress good salsa and cheese dip but that's about it. Ordered Steak Fajitas with no bell peppers. Upon first arrival it had them so we sent it back. Tried the steak and it was like leather, no flavor and just tough. The beans looked grey, sad, and bad and tasted the same as well as the rice which had no flavor at all. Tried Casa Grande for dinner on a Thursday night. We had immediate seating at a booth by the bar. I was not impressed by the $7 house margarita as it was made from a mix and not very strong. My husband and I shared the double order of Texanas Fajitas (chicken, steak, shrimp) and it was very good. The tortillas are freshly made and hot off the press. We got so much food, we made another meal off of the leftovers the next night. Had great service and our waitress sent us home with extra tortilla shells for our leftovers. read more

We live close to Casa Grande and frequently come here for good Mexican, strong drinks, and their amazing cheese dip with tortillas. A couple dishes have been a little salty but still yummy. I ate here for the first time on 5/18. I told the waiter that I wanted the #10 from the lunch menu. He said, "Number two." I started to say diez but said, "Number 10." He then asked me what meat and I said chicken. He said, "Only chicken?" I said, "Chicken chicken." He came back about ten mins later and said, "Do you want tortillas?" I thought to myself why would I order fajitas if I didn't want tortillas. I said, "Yes." Then he asked flour or corn. I said, "Flour." I was really starting to worry about my order. A few minutes later my fajitas came out sizzling. I packed my tortilla with chicken, onions, bell pepper and beans. All was forgiven after one bite. I normally go to Mexico Lindo on South Cobb Drive but this might be my new hang out for fajitas. I will be back!!! read more

Over priced and over rated. Food is ok. Drinks are not worth what they charge. When they first opened the place was packed but now true Mexican food fans know they are not as good as THEY think they are and the crowds are smaller. My family and I have visited a few times because it's close to our home. I decided to try out the new drive thru on 5/23/2020 because honestly I'm tired of cooking and I was craving fajitas! While I'm happy with the convenience of a drive thru especially during this pandemic, but the food was subpar! I understand they're still working out the kinks of a new drive thru, but they had no idea what I ordered when I got to the window, while ordering the young lady couldn't get the order right? Once I got home my order was incorrect, of course it was! The food was room temperature (now keep in mind I live less than a mile away), and poorly plated like it was just thrown in the containers! The ladies at the drive thru had their mask everywhere but over their face and nose! They were Drinking and eating while working. They were wearing the same gloves inside and outside of the building(when handling food this is unacceptable to me). The manager was right in the midst of it all by the way. I might return when things return to normal and the dining room opens but for now...no way!! Do better! read more

Our waiter didn't write anything down, then brought the wrong meal. Similar, but not what we ordered off the lunch menu. It was more expensive that what my wife ordered and when we called it to their attention they pretended not to understand the complaint and then argued about it. Went to this location on Jan 02, 2017- not very busy, interior was very festive in Hispanic them. Much to my surprise, there was a mixed culture of staff, not typical for a Mexian restaurant. The manager came by our table to see if things were okay, which doesn't happen often. The food was status, not the best, not the worst. I think they should offer 1/2 or whole portions because for lunch it was a large plate of food. I base a Mexican restaurant by how well they serve a tamale, just how I work. They had the worst tamale I've every ordered in many, many Mexican restaurants. Anyone who has been to their other signature restaurants know they are famous for their cake assortments, we passed on cake and pie today. Overall, this is a good option for lunch, prices are somewhat steep for a lunch, but it rates a strong 3 over the board. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE. This was the absolutely the worst Mexican food that I have ever eaten. Honestly I have had much better at taco bell. This was a place I have been wanting to try since they opened, I just couldn't find the time until today. I entered the restaurant at 4:00PM and it took me 15 to be sat. The place was empty and the workers walked by me several times before I finally got sat. Once sat it took another 20 min to get a drink. I almost left at this part but I really wanted to try this place. After an hour I finally got my food, something easy ( taco salad ) I was surprised at the size of the shell it was rather large. As I started to eat I was struck by this strange taste. Not sure what it was I took a second bite and was overcome by this taste that was so strong and horrific I almost threw up. Just to make sure I was right I took a 3rd bite. ( I know I'm crazy ) but I just had to know. Upon this 3rd bite it was confirmed as I threw up in my mouth. I flagged down the waitress and told her something in the Taco Salad was so horrible I couldn't eat it. She commented that they were having a lot of complaints about the sauce they are using in there beef. She said that she thought it was horrible herself and said she would not eat anything from there. Evidently they have a issue that they know about but won't correct or tell people about. The manager did comp. the food but when i didnt eat anything I wouldn't expect to have to pay. A very American version of Mexican food, service is excellent, the noise is unbearable. I had the number one combination a taco, a Burrito and a chili Riano. My wife had a Rollos fajita Burrito. We decided to come here for dinner tonight and it was not a good experience. The food was mediocre and lacked Mexican authenticity. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and we enjoyed the lively music. Our server barely paid attention to us, and when he finally came around I made the comment that he had forgotten about us. It's not amazing, but it's good. Personally, I'm partial to La Parilla, but Casa Grande is a good second choice and it's a lot closer to my house than LP. The food is good, but a bit pricey. We were waiting for a table for 2 hours for Cinco de Mayo. Luckily we were able to grab a drink from the bar. After the drink was finished they let us continue to wait outside as we waited on friends since we needed a table for 8. We had the BEST WAITRESS EVER. Her name was Gloria. I was yelling her name the entire night. She was dancing interacting with people from other tables. It seemed like everybody was tipping her. Even the police officer that was there was a great guy. He was dancing and taking pictures. We had suck a great time with Gloria we had to talk to her supervisor Guss. Guss was very professional and understanding how great of a waitress Gloria was. Had dinner opening weekend, and the place was packed. Service was very good. The bar is large, upbeat, and a lot of fun. Decor very nice and unique. Guac was great. Menu was a bit limited, especially for non-meat eaters. However, the kitchen made me an awesome burrito to my specifications. Truly delicious, and I appreciated the positive "can-do" attitude. My only complaint is that the tables are too close together -- you feel packed in -- and I would like to see a menu that includes more healthy non-meat and non-dairy choices, maybe even a "make your own" section where you choose what to put on a burrito or in a taco. read more
