Placed an order ahead of time for pick up 45min later. Arrived to pick it up on time, called when I got there, 15 min later still no food brought out. Called again, their excuse they just have a lot of orders. Called after another 20 min, this time the manager insisted I was in the wrong location to pick up, until I showed the online order receipt for where the order had been placed. Always my go-to restaurant. I've never ever had any issues here. The waiters/waitresses are very friendly and attentive. I always get the Juarez when I'm there. It's so good! I am 31 years of age and I had never ever visited a casa ole! And man had I been missing out! Starting off with the Chile con queso, so delicious! And the sweet tea so fresh! Love this place. Only able to go when passing through Georgetown area but I grew up on this food when I longed in Houston.

I would have given 5 stars but it's always the same thing when I order to go. Their food is great! Their green sauce is amazing, their queso is delicious! I usually get the beef fajita chimichanga and it's great every time . Their sweet tea is great! I can drink it all day. However every single time I place an order to go they forget something! It never fails and every time I give them the benefit of the doubt but nope I should have learned by now to check everything. But then I think that I'm paying for the food so it should all be in there. I placed an order today and again they forgot the side of sour cream and the side of guacamole and the flour tortillas that came with the plate I ordered. Food is great I would just recommend double check you get everything before you leave. It's very frustrating when your about to eat and you realize your missing all these things. read more

Don't come here if you're looking for any sort of "authentic" or "good" Mexican food. I get the same exact thing here every time I come - the Juarez with green onions. I recently took my boyfriend for the first time, he had some sort of spinach enchiladas and I thought they were pretty gross. The green sauce is amazing. I mostly have great memories of this place from high school since it's a big Deer Park hangout. Oh! And the margaritas are actually pretty good at a good price. read more

I stopped in today to get a to go order. I'm not from the area, but I was going to a party and wanted to get something that I could eat since I just had my wisdom teeth pulled a few days ago. Casa Ole has always been my favorite, and I knew they had something soft that I could eat. The young lady who took my order was very nice, and courteous. The lady who was with her made a joke about how they were super busy, and it would take a hour. It got a smile out of me! We eat here pretty regularly. I personally love the food, and it's inexpensive. Service here will vary. Sometimes we get excellent service, and other times we wonder if our server went into hiding. Overall though... I recommend this place to people because the positives outweigh the negatives. read more

Casa Ole' has been a part of our family for 42 years. Our daughters' ate many meals following softball, volleyball, basketball, and soccer games. It was a favorite gathering place for friends and family. Now, we take our grandchildren. The service is always excellent and the quality and price are great. read more

this has always been my favorite casa, however, a while back we had some "not so great" service....the wait staff that night seemed to be new or asking to get fired. the waiter was sarcastic and arguing when he was in the wrong....he even argued with the floor manager right in front of us!!! (& we were a group of about 12, which has NEVER been an issue before!) i have returned multiple times since, and glad to see that waiter is gone, but some of the staff seem new and not trained well. before this incident i would have given 4 or even 5 stars...maybe i will visit a few more times and do a new review if i feel they deserve it. read more
