We had the breakfast burrito and the chile verde plate. Burrito was good but not memorable. Didn't stand out like other breakfast burritos I've had so probably don't recommend this burrito. As for the chile verde , all the meat was just bones. Literally every bite has bones due to the kind of meat offered here which is the riblets. 90% bone and 10% meat. I don't know if I'll be back, but I recommend ordering different items from what I ordered. read more

Ordered the steak breakfast burrito with extra cheese, avocado, and light potatoes. Paid around $13-$14 which isn't bad at all. Overall, the burrito was decent but still had too many potatoes for my liking. I'd probably return to the establishment to try more menu items but only if I was already in the area. Honestly, a really solid Mexican food place. I really enjoyed the carne asada fries here, the asada is well seasoned and the chilaquiles are so good! I would also reorder the huevos rancheros. This place isn't over priced which i appreciate in this economy. What I didn't like was the menudo unfortunately. Honestly it is a preference thing. Loved this spot so much! Truly a hidden gem. I was craving chilaquiles for breakfast and this place popped up after doom scrolling through Yelp (thank you to my algorithm). The moment you walk in, you're greeted with such warmth and the inside reminded me so much of my humble hometown in Calexico. This is a family-owned business and you can tell how much effort and care they put into their food. Every dish is made to order but I only had to wait ~10 minutes and my food was piping hot! The chilaquiles were delicious; perfectly coated in the addicting sauce while still maintaining its crunch. The eggs were cooked to my exact liking and the cheese, crema, and frijoles added a nice contrast to the sauce which did a kick. They also provided a side of free chips and salsa which was yummy. Came across this gem over a year ago, always called in my order. Today I had the pleasure to dine in. The ambience was very familiar to that of a traditional Mexican Fonda. Rosa A. Yes I understand that everything is listed, and that my friend made a mistake and shorted by requesting no onions. However, to keep pointing that out over and over again and not being polite about it is where I have the issue. If she wasn't so argumentative and just said it in a friendly manner, it would be a whole different story. However, she did not her point was more about embarrassing, my friend that she did it incorrectly. Again, people make mistakes people ordering as well as establishment. Everyone is human however you don't have to be argumentative and make a person feel bad by a simple mistake. The first server that sure no problem I took the plate. It was the second girl wearing the Mexico jersey that kept saying it over and over at least three times. It was her whole attitude and demeanor that was not pleasant again, very argumentative. All my guests raved about food, and the cafe de la olla was amazing. We opted to use 3 of the servers and they did an amazing job, they kept the tables clean and were friendly and helpful. Just had a great breakfast burrito and horchata here at Casa Rositas! The restaurant is clean and comfortable, with a nice seating area outside. The young woman at the counter who took my order was helpful, friendly, and let me try the two Agua Fresca flavors available. The Orange was very good and not overly sweet, like a naranjada. I ended up choosing the banana horchata, and I'm excited to come back for their Chilaquiles and Huevos Rancheros. There were quite a few phone and pickup orders while I was eating, so it seems like it's popular. Finally, this is a family-owned and -run business, and it's great to see them thriving! I live close by & made this my morning to go spot when I have a chance to stop by & dine in. I have tried their Chilaquiles 6/10, menudo 4/10, chile Relleno 9/10 & the Green enchiladas 7/10. I really love their coffee but today the young pretty lady wanted to charge me $1.50 for a to go cup of coffee (never been charged before) which is disappointing cause like really! Very cute mom Mexican restaurant! They have a small shop in there as well? You have options of buying different candies and sweets, as well as if you homemade desserts. This place used to be a donut shop and I never would've thought to have turned into a little restaurant. There city area was the perfect size for about five or six little intimate tables. The spouse ordered carne asada taco and cheese quesadilla to go. We sat at one the tables to wait for our order. The lady at the register brought chips and dip, which was good, while we waited. Established in 2024.

My dream has always been to create a restaurant where people feel welcome and just at home. It all began when my girls were small, and I started making meals for parents and teachers as a way to balance being a mom, wife, and also providing for my family. The food was a hit, and soon, customers began asking me to cater their events. That’s when Rosie’s Party Treats was born. After a few years of hard work and dedication, an opportunity opened up to bring my dream to life with Casa Rosita’s here in Fullerton. We’re so grateful for the love and support we’ve received, and we can’t wait to share our home-cooked meals with even more of our wonderful community!

When the food came out, nothing was labeled / not the drinks, not the burritos- and staff couldn't tell us which was which. When I explained that one of us has a dairy allergy and asked them to identify the allergen-free items, I got a blank stare. We opened both burritos: both had cheese, despite my explicit no-cheese request. Their solution? "Can you pick it out?" No. You cannot pick out melted cheese from an allergen order. I was not offered a fresh burrito, just another blank stare until I specifically stated "I need you to remake this with the proper ingredients and confirm what you put in." Once again the burrito came out with no label, and when I asked for clarity on what was in it I was again met me with a blank stare. My partner's burrito was also wrong (pico she'd asked to have removed), but by then the 40-minute wait had made her late for work. When I asked for a refund on her incorrect meal, I was told they couldn't refund it "because she left." When I asked to leave written feedback: "we don't accept written feedback." Manager? Not in. Manager's phone number? Don't have it. But here's what pushed this from bad service to abominable: there is no way to hold this place accountable. At no point did anyone acknowledge a mistake had been made or make any real attempt to fix it- every wrong order was met with a shrug and the expectation that I'd just live with it. When I asked to leave written feedback, I was told they don't accept it. When I asked for the manager, they weren't in. When I asked for a manager's phone number or someone to contact, the employee "didn't have access to that." A business that serves people with food allergies MUST have a way for customers to flag problems in real time and reach management. This place has built a system where mistakes can't be reported, refunds can't be issued, and no one is responsible for anything. To be clear, this isn't on the line staff - one employee clearly hadn't been given the language support or training to succeed, and that's a management failure. The other younger employee was just incompetent and unhelpful, even though she was clearly aware of the requests. If you advertise allergen accommodations, you have to execute them, label them, and answer for it when you don't. Until this place fixes its ordering system, its labeling, and its total lack of accountability, spend your money literally anywhere else.

It reminded me of the kind of small town restaurant you might find in the mid-west, unassuming but friendly, with a nice family and "after church" kind of vibe. Service was prompt, the waitress friendly. Coffee and drinks came very quick. I had a California omelette with roasted portables. A good choice, it was tasty and filling. Definitely try the banana bread as a side. It is excellent! Also worth getting one to go. Overall, eating at the Scratch Xafe was a good experience, and I look forward to eating there again soon.

My family and I have always been loyal customers, we always tip generously, and we have never given this establishment a reason to treat us with anything but respect. Today, that streak ended. We came in with a party of 9. Our usual, normal spot was completely open and ready, but the host looked visibly bothered that we wanted to sit there. Instead of seating us, they made all 9 of us stand right next to literally 10 wide-open seats for over 5 minutes. To make matters worse, the staff kept giving us looks that made us feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome. In over a decade, we have never been made to feel like a burden here until today. It wasn't cool, and it completely ruined what is usually a great family tradition. It hurts to say this after 10 years of loyalty, but if you have a big party, don't go here. They clearly cannot handle it, or simply do not want the business.

I had to pause after the first bite because it was like an explosion of flavor all at once. I loved the mix of savory and saucy and I never thought I'd enjoy shrimp in a taco! The lime gives it a nice sour touch to it as well. So good! I'm definitely coming back to try something else since this taco sold it for me.
