Cascade Auto Glass is an exceptional company. I have had many many windshields replaced in my time and the other companies seem to use a cheaper glass that chips the glass shortly after it's been replaced. On top of that they typically have you go to one of their shops to make it easier for them. Cascade is awesome in the fact that they seem to use great quality glass and always go out of their way to make the experience better for you. Today, Cade came out to replace a windshield on my Ford F-150 and not only did he arrive within the stated install timeframe, but he also called when he was 10 minutes out, just like he was supposed to. On top of that, he came and did the install in my work parking lot at no additional charges, and offered clearly experienced advice and tips regarding the windshield and installation. Cade was on-time, friendly, extremely helpful and made sure any questions I had were answered. I would definitely recommend Cascade, and Cade in particular to any of my friends or family in addition to adding a review here. They are top notch. My insurance agent spoke very highly about Cascade Auto Glass and she was correct, they are wonderful. I called late in the afternoon to schedule my windshield to be replaced, and after a polite and helpful gal (sorry I do not remember her name) took all my information, I had an appointment made for the very next morning. Dylan the Auto Glass Technician showed up on time, was extremely professional, seemed to really know how to do his job, and just a delightful young man. The cracked windshield that Dylan had to take off my car had been installed incorrectly by a different company a few years back, they did not connect the rain sensor properly and have not worked since. My husband had a delivery at Cascade and decided to ask about getting my window fixed on my VW. I was a bit concerned about having "anyone" mess with my car. The fellow my husband spoke with was on the phone that day with me and my insurance company. scheduled the appointment for a Monday between 8-12. At 7:55 Cade was at my front door ready to go. He got right to work, we had a tiny issue on the car, but he took care of everything, cleaned up any mess and was done in an hour. I was a pest and watched him do the work, ( mainly because I am fascinated how a car is taken apart) and he explained the process and assured me the car would be all clean wig no evidence he was there. I have no issue with the work that was performed. It was done in a timely fashion at my place of employment. I am disappointed that I had an appointment scheduled for my day off, but the day before the appointment, I was told my appointment was being rescheduled since there weren't enough customers in my area that day. I had already re-worked my schedule to accommodate this appointment and was frustrated when I had to reschedule to the following week. I was pleased though that when I presented my must be drivable time, the company was able to accommodate my need. No problems with the work that was performed and the technician went above the call of duty to clean up a poor job by the previous windshield replacement prior to my ownership of the vehicle. I had an excellent experience dealing with Cascade Auto Glass. They answered the phone promptly and their customer service person, Mike Olivas, was extremely courteous and professional. The chip repair was arranged at my convenience and at my office. They showed up on time and were done in 20 minutes. They explained to me what they were going to do prior to starting. I found Cascade auto glass through group-on and so I saved 100.00 on the windshield replacement for my 93 Suburban. The scheduling was so simple and everyone I dealt with were polite and courteous. They also called back to confirm the time and location for the mobile service. The technician was on time and very knowledgeable. He found the source of the windshield leak and made extra repair work before installing the new windshield. I am very pleased with the overall experience. I purchased the Groupon deal for $100 towards a new windshield. I called the same day and was helped right away. We were able to schedule as soon as possible for them to come replace the windshield at my husbands place of work. The next day we had a change of plans and I called to see if they could come to our house instead and they were actually able to come a full day earlier. Thank you so much,it's wonderful to find a company that stands behind their warranty.Cascade had replaced my windshield approx.a year and a half ago then one day the review mirror fell off and took a chunk of glass with it.I contacted cascade they sent out a tech within a couple of day to fix it.Cascade said that they would look into the problem and get back with me,it was less than a week when they called me to let me know that they were going to replace the windshield at my convenience.Thank you again for your prompt service with this matter. They did great. Installing guy was on time. They contacted my wife who was home alone. And let her know who was coming. Windshield looks great and so far no leaks (been about 3 weeks). Only issue and not to their fault. There is a little wrinkle in the glass near my eye sight. Don't pay attention to it anymore besides the first 2 days. That's the fault of the manufacture of the glass not the installation. Smooth easy process all the way around. read more

I needed to replace my windshield soon and found these guys on Groupon so thought I would give it a go. Turns out they were very friendly and amazing to work with. A couple of days later I noticed a noise like wind coming through so I called them back and they said they would come out and fix it as it was part of the warranty at no cost extra. The technician showed up on time and replaced my cracked windshield quickly. No issues with the new windshield after a few weeks. I saved about $80 with the Groupon, as well, and had no issues using it. The technician and the phone representative were both professional and friendly. I never had my windshield replaced before I called Cascade after getting hit by a huge rock on I-5. I called in and talked to Ryan and he was really nice and helpful. He took care of everything for me. The call lasted 10 minutes, including the insurance claim. While I was at work, cascade came by and replaced my windshield and it was like new.
