Ordered the Northwestern, I felt the pizza it was extremely bland. Barely enough prosciutto and pair to taste anything and pretty much tasted like dough with arugula and glaze on it, for it being one of the more expensive items I was extremely disappointed. The dough itself is really good. But unfortunate that the pizza was disappointing overall. I'll come back and try one of the other ones but so far not so good read more

I like good pizza. I even have my own wood-fired pizza oven in my backyard but when you can get pizza like this, why bother. The crust is perfection, somehow chewy, crunchy, and tender, all at the same time. The pizza is sauced with discretion which allows the crust and toppings to shine. I couldn't wait to try this place. I drove by it every day. I finally got the chance to last week. We ordered two pizzas and two beers and went and sat down on the back porch. We got the pizzas and it was very disappointing the bottom was burnt in way too many places and the pizza was so soggy on top you literally couldn't pick it up. It was wet and soggy. I'd have to say that locally this is the best pizza around when they are on their game. But it is disappointing when you feel like you ordered clearly and also had a receptive person taking your order only to not get what you are paying for. To go orders can be rough when you get it home to find out it's wrong, you can't just go back. Asked for extra cheese. Paid for extra cheese. The pizza seemed as though it had less than even the regular amount of cheese. I get that everyone is human and mistakes happen. Just frustrating when you are willing to pay the premium for things and they don't get fulfilled accurately. I've likely had pizza from this company about 20-30 times. This was our 2nd time trying the place. First time was a great pizza experience. Second time, we tried ordering online on Friday. It said it'd take 1.45hrs. We went and it took another 45min. You'd think they'd comp something for such an inconvenience. We ordered 2 pizzas and one was burnt. If it's a new business in town, that's not the best customer service to start. I agree with the first person's review of the soft crust - it was very droopy when I picked up each slice to eat. My pizza was half and half but each half varied with toppings; one half was generous but the other half was kind of skimpy. There were a good variety of pizza options. And I loved that they had dessert pizza; I had the apple one and it was tasty but again, it skimped on the apples. The customer service was great (they even gave us complimentary salads for no reason) and the outdoor seating was nice as well; they have a great set up for that. I will go back sometime to try something else but this was my initial impression. read more

This pizza joint used to be good when they had a small shop in Enumclaw. Now that they're large with three stores they've turned to garbage. My last three orders were exceptionally late and they regularly forget toppings I order. They also need to quit asking for tips on online orders. I just left an eight dollar online tip and my order was 30 minutes late and more missed toppings. There are better pizza places. read more

Crust was awesome, we had the butcher and northwest. I'm a carnivore and found the Northwest to be amazing. The execution was on point with the ingredients. 1st time ordering from here. We got a Small Buckley & Small Tahoma (added prosciutto & Roma tomato to the Tahoma) with a couple sides Red Sauce because I wanted to try their sauce not on a pizza. I am not a fan of thick crusts or overly bready crusts...so I was in absolute heaven with their pizza crust!! The Tahoma was soooo much better than I had expected it to be, toppings were perfect. I gave my son a small bite & his reaction was "damn, that's good!!". He said his Buckley was really good too, it was gone before I could ask to try it & he certainly didn't offer any which usually means it's a huge hit. I told him I'll no longer complain about ordering pizza if this is where he wants to get it from. My only wish is that they offered a way to do a half & half at least on the large pizzas. The smalls were a great personal pizza size (cut into 4 slices) & would be a good size for a couple kids to share. That crust btw...soft & that perfect thickness...not too thin & not too thick. The small was also cut in a way you could fold your slice. I have finally found a pizza I love. Oh & the red sauce...really good! read more

I don't normally leave reviews but Cascadia Pizza Co deserves one. Not only is the food amazing (the apple pie?! ) Sarah and her team are incredible. The food was delicious, the pizzas and wings alike have the signature wood fire flavor. The ingredients are high quality and the view of the river made for the perfect evening. This was the quintessential, "oh that looks cool, let's stop there" place and it did not disappoint. Again, big shout out to Sarah, and her team, Lexi, Jersey and the whole group. We came with our son, they were so friendly to him and he couldn't get enough of the food either. I cannot recommend Cascadia Pizza Co. enough. This place is the best keep secret! My guy drove by this place the other day and knows I am a huge wood fired pizza fan/snob, so we came to try it and it was worth the 30 minute drive! First of all, Sarah and the boys in the back are all just so sweet and welcoming. They definitely added value to the whole perfect experience. Second, she brought us to the heated back patio seating area and WOW! Not only is it darling but it looks out onto the river and just is SUCH a great view! I guess they open up even more space in the summer and have a whole beer garden area. So cool. Third, THE PIZZA IS TOP NOTCH. I am such a snob about pizza and seriously they nailed it all. The perfect crust, the perfect bake, amazing toppings... 10/10. We will definitely be back and will bring friends/family too.
