A decent pizza spot! Staff was friendly but a bit slow with the orders and had to ask a couple of times to remind them what we ordered (we were the only table besides two other families). They ran out of gluten free crust and my friend can only eat gluten free so that was a huge bummer for her and she was only able to eat a salad. HOWEVER- the staff felt awful and compensated her alongside giving us free dessert which I thought was excellent customer service to make up for the lack of gluten free crust and I appreciated their kindness! I wish the salad I ordered was a little more flavorful- it was majority lettuce and not much toppings/fillings. The Nona pizza was delicious I definitely think everybody should atleast try this place!

Solid but could've been a little better. Awesome selection of pizzas & dessert. We did to go but I liked the vibe & would eat in there in the future! The hot honey pepperoni ricotta was my favorite. The bbq chicken was solid but too many toppings made it flimsy & a bit overkill on onions. The desert apple pie pizza would've been 10/10 but overcooked it so it didn't really work as well as it should have. Garlic knots were a 12/10!

Cascadia, we go together like sauce and mozzarella. Starting in 2015 in the PNW, Cascadia as since expanded from WA to ID, OR, AZ, and soon TX. They have a great menu. Small and large pizzas, salads, wings, and dessert is offered. One our first visit: - Small Margherita ($11): Red sauce, fresh mozzarella, and basil. Classic, delicious, and the basil was aromatic. - Small Nona ($14): Red sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and topped with Mike's Hot Honey, ricotta cheese, and chiffonade basil. Love that they use the smaller pepperonis here that cups. This was a flavor bomb and this pizza was demolished easily. - Strawberry Goat Cheese Salad ($12): Great salad! I wanted some leafy greens and while solid, I thought the portion was on the smaller side for the price point. - S'mores Pie ($11): Now this is a solid dessert pizza. The toastiness on the marshmallow was perfection. There was a good amount of cinnamon used as well. - Full order of Buffalo Chicken Wings ($18): These birds were juicy. The wood fire cook on the wings made these wings super flavorful. Get the wings. You won't regret it. While I love the two pizza spot predecessors, I hope this new spot much success! Their menu is amazing and I would love to come back and try more. It's mostly a self-serve place so if you're expecting table service, this ain't it. I'm enjoying this casual pizza joint! Welcome to the desert, Cascadia Pizza!

Cascadia Pizza Co. did not come to play. - Small Margherita ($11): Classic. The basil on top was fresh and herbaceous. - Small Nona ($14): Amazing. It was cheesy, the hot honey gave it a nice balance of sweet and heat, and the basil on top was perfect. - Srawberry Goat Cheese Salad ($12): Good classic salad with plenty of dressing and good toppings. Although we felt it was a bit small for $12. - Full Order Buffalo Wings ($18): Plump, juicy fire roasted, and flavorful. This is Big Bird after going on a vacation. - S'mores Pie ($11): We got this to go so it wasn't eaten fresh from their wood oven. It did make the car smell amazing though. - Fountain soda ($3): Self-serve soda. Only note is that the Barq Root Beer seemed to be running low. I love that they started in the PNW in 2015 and are now in WA, ID, OR, AZ, with TX coming soon. We'll be back.

I'm so happy Cascadia opened here! I love pizza but am very picky about it and I love theirs. I've had it in WA and am happy I can get it close to home now. I ordered to go over the phone and pick up was quick and easy. And my Margherita pizza was delicious! I love that they put plenty of basil on it. There's a cute bar area in the back so I'll need to come have pizza and a draft beer soon.

Great pizza, loved the flavor of fresh mozarella with the charred crust and pesto. The wings were pretty solid and well cooked as well, good sauce on them as well. Would've liked the pizza to have been bit a bit warmer but very solid overall!

First time here and wasn't disappointed. Best pizza in Arizona, especially that it's wood fired. If you love a good buffalo chicken pizza, I highly recommend the Big G. My wife got the Nona minus the hot honey, but plenty of ricotta cheese, which was amazing

Went late afternoon on a Saturday to visit this pizza spot. This is the third pizza place that has been in the space and hopefully this one stays. You walk up and order at the counter and then find a table/seats. Staff delivers food / beer to your table. It looked like the soda was self serve. The staff was very friendly. The pizza was good. We did two individual pizza but great flavor and one order of wings. The wings were very meaty with good seasoning and flavor! Inside and outside seating as well as a bar counter.

Third visit this week as I'm loving the pizza. However today it is just too cold to be having the garage doors open . Lady in front of me has a blanket wrapped around her. I'll be back but not on cooler days. It's 58 degrees outside and about that inside would guess.

We used to frequent this location back when it was artichoke pizza. When it changed over to crust, we kind of lost interest, but Cascadia has renewed our love of the location. From the sauce to the crust, this is top quality pizza. Can't wait to go back and try more of the menu.

The pizzas were always good, so we figured why not go eat there and try some other items. There were 12 of us, so we made sure to make a reservation ahead of time. Upon arriving, we had no issues. A couple of tables were ready and waiting for us. First impressions: The restaurant is big. There's a ton of space and seating. The vibes are nice. This location also has a big parking lot, so parking was not an issue at all. Once we were all seated, our waitress offered us drinks and gave us time to look through the menu. I must say, there's some pretty affordable happy hour items on there. However, I was really hungry and opted for a regular menu Toasted Da Vinci sandwich with a side of chips. No drink. The sandwich was delicious. I really liked it. The bread was toasted to perfection and it was quite flavorful. The chips were also excellent. They were perfectly crisp and seasoned. Probably some of the best I've had. The meal was a good portion and very filling (and I'm a big guy!). Overall, I had a good experience. I'd come here again for that sandwich.

The bartending really has taken a step backwards though. Instead of only one cheap Rye, now they have none. How do you make a Manhattan? Sazerac? I ordered an Old Fashioned and it came shaken with macerated luxardo and then strained. The pic below is a correctly made Manhattan from a couple years ago. The bartender gave us some great service and knows her stuff but the bar program doesn't get the attention it deserves. My wife says that it's a family pizzaria not a gastropub and to chill out. She is usually right.

We ordered a couple of sodas and the same slices we ordered last time, pepperoni and vodka slices. The slices were delivered in no time! They were hot and crispy! I don't know what happened, but the quality just wasn't there. I could not taste the sauce on my pizza. It was non existent. It was like eating pizza bread with cheese and pepperoni. The Vodka pizza had no detectable sauce on it either. It also tasted just like cheese bread. I don't know if its because of different pizza makers or the new standard, but I was disappointed. I was very impressed last visit and even made a statement that the Vodka slice may be my new favorite. I was a little let down this time around!

You can also get a whole pie of your choice. They grate fresh parm on all the slices which I thought was a nice touch. The girl at the register seemed very knowledgeable about all the pizzas and gave us lots of details and recommendations which we appreciated. First we got the green, di Parma, and the Phoenix. The green has pistachios and fresh arugula on it, I thought the overall flavor was too sweet and the pistachios weren't crush enough. The Phoenix was good, very honey forward and overall the flavor didn't stick out to me. The di Parma was a cheese pizza with procuttio and ricotta, overall a little plain to me. I think they all would've tasted better hot, but I understand that's not super realistic for a slice shop. For our second order we got the vodka sauce slice, which was for sure my favorite. First of all it was piping hot, and that elevated the whole experience. I thought the sauce was so flavorful and savory, and the basil made a perfect bite. I would go back for a whole pie of this! I really liked the prices here, we got dinner for less than $25 for 2. I wouldn't mind coming back to try some other slices and get a pie of the vodka!

We finished a long evening of shopping & I just wanted to grab a nice pizza plus a couple of those addicting chocolate chip cookies... OMG!!! I called in my order, caught them right before closing & ordered the Uncle Louie plus a couple of the cookies! I got there 10 minutes before closing, pulled up as they were putting our pizza in the box, opened the box & of course had zero complaints! The Uncle Louie was a new choice for us, the pie was nice & thin the way that we like it... not all that heavy dough that makes you feel bloated after you eat one slice! The quality of products that Crust uses really makes a difference, this pizza is 20" & they put the big deli sliced pepperoni on the pizza plus they put sliced sausage not ground! Personally I'm a basil lover therefore I'd request extra basil next time, other than that the pizza was delish as we expected! So there you have it, now we know that whether we're north Phoenix or south it's confirmed that both Crust locations are consistent with each other which is nice to know! Oh & yes those cookies were very delish as always, have to eat half so I can always save the other half for the next day... they're that good!

I stopped in at this location because I was seeing a movie right after. I ordered the Spicy Knots and Happy Hour Buffalo Wings (extra crispy), and both were absolute winners. The Spicy Knots were perfectly baked--soft on the inside with a deliciously crisp bite on the outside--and packed just the right amount of heat. Paired with their dipping sauce, they were impossible to resist! The Buffalo Wings were equally impressive. Extra crispy, just as I had asked, with that classic tangy, spicy kick that makes buffalo wings so addictive. They nailed the texture and flavor, making them one of the best wing options around. Our server, Giana, was outstanding. Friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right throughout our meal. The relaxed atmosphere, combined with great food and service, made for an awesome experience.
