We decided to head on over here since we were unable to get a karaoke room at another location (my fault for not making a reservation). The area at night is kind of dimly lit and the other businesses in the plaza are not open as well so it's a pretty quiet area. Before you walk in, you will get a whiff of cigarettes. Maybe more than a whiff. Once I walked it, the lights were bring and everywhere. It was a nice vibe. I've never been to a karaoke place really before so this was like a first. We were able to squeeze 1-hour session for about $45. Since it was my first time at a place like this, I didn't know there was a gratuity charge, which brought up the bill to about $60. It was a good selection of songs: Chinese, English, Korean. It was hard to not find a song that I wanted. The system itself is a little tricky at first but we got the hang of it. The room I had was a little laggy with the YouTube app so we decided to not use that feature. There is a food menu, but did not order here since we wanted to make the most out of our 1 hour session. Overall, it was a nice vibe, not sure if I would come here again though.

What's up beautiful and sexy people? Where should I begin? Went here yesterday 8-31-24 with my beautiful and lovely Mom. 1. Since there were only the 2 of us. We had a excellent and wonderful time. And each at least got to sing 30 songs. 2. I got to sing to a lot of Backstreet Boys and Nsync songs. It brought back memories of high school. TCHS Class of 2001. I feel old for saying that. I am giving 5 stars not because it's perfect but for the price and the value. I went on a Wednesday and the happy hour karaoke is only $15 including tips and tax from 3pm-8pm. There is also a drink included. Choosing from green tea, winter melon tea, and orange juice. But the green tea is very sweet. It's such a great deal to have this entertainment activity for 5 hours! The sound system is very decent and the mic sounds pretty good too! The only improvement they should make is to have more new cantonese songs!! Also, I wish they can add this new song called "Drunk Text" from a UK singer named "Henry Moodie". I will definitely come back soon!! read more

Really disappointed. The staff was super rude and completely unhelpful when we asked for assistance. On top of that, the sound quality was terrible, muffled speakers and constant feedback made it hard to enjoy anything. Wouldn't recommend. read more

This is my go to spot for karaoke. This place is extremely spacious and clean. They give you a free drink as a complementary refreshment. This also has a wide selection of music and titles. The service here is great. Everyone is extremely friendly and as far as reservation. Highly recommend for small to large groups! read more

Cleanliness- Rooms- yes Song choices - yes , if you try to use the YouTube app it lags so we stick with what's available, which that have new and old songs. Restroom - Dirty - use at your own risk! Happy hour is 3pm to 8pm Monday - Thursday $12 plus tax and tip $16/per person not bad if you just want to sing. Came here for karaoke and was completely let down by the selection of music they had. The front desk person did not show us how to use the interface which took us a few minutes to figure out and ate into our time. The variety of music was so limited that we needed to use the YouTube function, but even then just using the interface was time consuming. read more

It's a nice small place. Price was good, the song selection was good too. But the room we had smelled pretty strong of cigarettes (a smell that give me headaches) and there were burnt holes on the sofa seats. The microphones keep making screeching sounds, but the room was not very large so we can't keep it too far from the speaker. After a while I grew used to the smell and the screeching sound and did had a good time with friends. Oh, and the drinks were not very good, it didn't taste fresh. But it's no big deal, we were not there specifically for the drinks. I wouldn't say no to coming back again if I were to get invited to the same place, for it has its pros. But it wouldn't be my first choice if I have other options. read more

The food was good but kinda overpriced. service was also excellent. The ambiance of the place is ok and I love the happy hour price but the choice of song was not the best. They were missing a bunch of songs that were not even new. In fact some artists have their profiles completely missing which i wasn't able to sing their songs. read more

It is a very good KTV. The biggest impression I have about this KTV is that it is very quiet in the private room. It is not like other KTVs where the sound insulation effect is not good and I can always hear the music from other private rooms. Not only that, the staff here are very competent. My phone ran out of battery and I wanted to borrow a power bank, but the machine was out of service today. The staff gave me his own charger for me to use without saying a word. I highly recommend coming here with friends! read more

This is a great KTV. Its system is very new and you can find many recent songs. Not only that, the temperature in the room is also very even, which makes me feel very comfortable when singing. First thing you notice when you come in is that it smells like cigarettes. Then you realize it's not clean anywhere and the dim lighting is just to cover it up. Our room had dirty cups lying around and stains on the table that they didn't clean beforehand and had to remove before we came in. The song choice for English songs is poor and the devices are slow and glitchy, kept skipping to random songs. The mics are not synced and volume is off/randomly shuts off. Also, they put an automatic gratuity and say it's required since it's a service charge, even though we received no service. read more

The overall rooms are clean with updated song banks in many languages. Service is just like any typical karaoke service (minimal but just enough). Overall food quality is good BUT sushi is only available on selected days so be sure to check before you go. Was originally going to give 3.5 star but there's no half star option. -1 star due to weekday happy hour only 6-8 so very short happy hour time yet the store does not open 10 min in advance but instead opens right at 6 so after checking in (they make you provide your phone number to send you a very long text to read before you're assigned a room) you'll be at your room around 6:10 (could be even later if there's more parties present at same time). -0.5 because since happy hour is only 2 hours (technically speaking), you have to place ALL your order before 7. Any orders placed after 7 are considered additional purchases and cannot be deducted by the food credit. So you have to spend another 10 min to decide your food options so for large parties, I don't recommend weekday happy hour, not worth your time for 1.5 hours. Their weekend happy hour is longer but busier so might find a chance to give that a try.

I told her I literally asked her for the fries at the table and she ignored me. Instead of apologizing, she just said "okay" and walked away. Making a mistake is one thing. Acting like you don't care and refusing to take any responsibility is another. Nobody apologized, nobody tried to make it right, and the attitude was awful the entire time. Definitely won't be back.

Bartender Chad was friendly and attentive. I liked his vibe. I sipped my vodka soda while soaking in the ambience. I would have stayed for another, but this place is cash only and I don't carry much on me these days. There is an ATM machine in the back, but I'm old school and don't have an ATM card. LOL!

The best ktv I have ever been. Not like other places in LA, this karaoke is so clean and comfortable. Their songs have been updated fast. Lots of selection of songs. We went there by reservation of 6 people. The price was $21/person. The server gave us a fruit plate for free. He said right now they have a promotion. My parents were happy. The fruit plate was so fancy with led lights. The decorations are nice. They said they offer free birthday decoration if we let them know 3 days ahead. This place is literally a good place for birthday parties. The employees there were friendly as well. They always knock the door before coming in. We came here and the first warning sign was that it was completely empty on a Friday night. The employees were out smoking and the place reeked of cigarettes, the employees looked rather annoyed that they had to help up. Once we got in the room, we quickly realized that there was a poor song selection and no AC, neither the men's or women's bathroom locked. We ordered 1 bottle of soju and they ended up charging us two $25 bottles of soju. The only fair price was the price of the room. Staffs: not friendly, couldn't care less about their customers, rude. System: in simplified Chinese, remote control nowhere to be found, singers misplaced in wrong regions making it super inefficient to find. But worst of all: some customers smoked in there and they just let them. We left early smelling like ashtrays and we all started to feel sick. Oh ya, and mandatory tips, really? We had an amazing time at cash box Karaoke! My friends and I booked a small room but they upgraded us to a medium for free due to no small rooms left. It was a pleasant surprise! You're allowed to bring in your own food and drinks so we did just that But there is an extra service charge.we had an amazing time.
