On August 1, 2018, An agent named KATE help me send a remittance to my Mom in Cash 1, located at San Pablo Towne Center in San Pablo. So, I handed KATE $1020 to send a $1000 to my Mom and to cover the $12 service fee from Western Union. KATE, the agent handed me $8 change. I signed the paper and trusted the agent. The following day after checking the remittance, my Mom was complaining that the remittance was converted to pesos instead of dollars. I instructed the agent KATE to send the money is dollars.
