Victor makes some of the best gyro sandwiches I've had. And I've tried them all--in SF, NYC, and Philly. Who would have thought Portland would be among the top spots? We were passing by Portland and I had heard of this place so we decided to try it. I come from the middleeast and haven't been able to find a decent kabab place anywhere around here since I moved here. This is the best kabab I've had here, actually it's better than most places back home. One of the great things about this food truck is that it's really clean. The owner is really nice and meticulous about how he prepares the food and puts everything together. You definitely want to try this place. read more

Hands down one of my best food experiences since my recent move to Portland. When the owner of a business is so nice and genuine, you really really hope the food comes out good. At Caspian Kabob, the food comes out PHENOMENAL. I was in the San Francisco bay area prior to my move here, and this tops every Persian joint I had a chance to try down there. I feel as though I have a new friend in the owner, and can't wait to stop back with my girlfriend for her to try the juicy kabobs here.
