    Lunch special
    Joyce H.

The meat is juicy and love the rice. It's not too salty which is hard to find nowadays. The sauces are so yummy and I personally love the tzatziki sauce. I always mix the sauce with the rice and chicken and salad. It's PERFECTION. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is also a nice searing area but I usually get takeout here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The workers always make sure the food is out quickly and I appreciate that. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It looks like a normal restaurant and pretty clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nothing too special with the decor but I really enjoy the food and hope you guys do too![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

    Steak kabob wrap

Where has this place been all of my life? The place is nice only negative thing I can say is it's not particularly close to me but it is WELL WORTH the drive. The place was clean which is very important during these times. The service was great and friendly. I wasn't able to eat my order until about an hour after I received it since I had to drive home and take care of some things. I was expecting it to have been dry and less good since it was no longer fresh. I was completely wrong...I ordered a steak kabob wrap. It was so flavorful and tasted completely fresh. So many fresh ingredients, cucumber, onions, tomato and a side of a light creamy sauce. I also ordered baklava, which was equally delicious. Generous portions and a great prices. I am excited to explore the rest of the menu. This place makes me feel like I've gone too easy on all my previous reviews. If I could rate it higher, I would.

    Lentil soup

We came for dinner and they were not busy but seemed to only have one waiter which is what made it busy. We started with lentil soup and it was okay. It was thick and not the traditional lentil soup one thinks of. We got the Persian stew platter which was allowed us to sample three stews. They missed the mark. They were just strange. We also ordered a mixed platter. The meat was good. Definetly not the best Persian food. I would stick to the grilled meats.

Went here on a whim for a late lunch. The food was definitely tasty and the hummus was to die for. The service needs a bit of work. Our server was pleasant but she could have checked in a bit more. Cause I tried signaling her for 15 mins for the bill . They make you pay the bill in front, which I don't mind. All in all I would return here.

Very good Persian food - authentic + they offer a good lunch buffet. I had a meeting in the area and wanted to grab lunch nearby. We are big fans of good Persian food and this place is the best we have found so far in S. Florida. It's located in an older shopping center fronting Sunrise Blvd. There's plenty of parking too. They weren't too busy when I arrived but by the time I left they had about 10 tables enjoying lunch. The buffet had both cold and hot items and I was able to find my good items to enjoy. It was good value given the selection, quality and taste. I started with some salads, grape leaves and hummus. Then I had the chicken kabob, rice, a spinach dish and some of their hot eggplant. Everything was fresh and very good. They also had a yogurt sauce, grilled tomato and onions too. They kept bringing out more of the meats as it hot and fresh vs. sitting out there for a while. The service was also good. They even brought me out some Persian tea to try. I will certainly be back next time I'm in the area or bring the family for dinner.

I'm a bit conflicted with this review. The food we were able to eat was pretty good. Came in last week to try the food out. I'd been here a few years ago but haven't been recently. I ordered the tahdig, one of their stews, ice cream, and the rice sticks dessert. The tahdig was really wonderful, and while we didn't enjoy the dessert we totally understand that rose water is an acquired taste. The bread that we got was a bit stale, but the basmati rice made up for that in flavor. However, the biggest issue was that our server said one of their stews could be made vegetarian, and that's the one we ordered. My mother is a vegetarian and it's very important to her. Once we started eating the stew we quickly realized that not only was the stew not vegetarian, there were large chunks of meat inside. We had already left and couldn't come back to talk to the server. Other than this experience, the food and tea that we got were pretty good. Can't earnestly give a good rating based on my experience though :(

Always 10/10! I love Persian food and this place always delivers! My family and I love coming here and I order the Koobideh kabob it's my favorite! Recently came and they are taking the necessary precautions for COVID. Everyone wears masks and no one is seated close to you which made me feel comfortable.

This place is amazing, one of the top 10 best restaurants that I have ever eaten at. We started with the Baba Ghanouj which was out of this world, The garlic yogurt (I think) and pickled vegies made it that much more special. I had the lamb Shish Kabob and my friend had Chicken Kabab both with kabsa rice and we both loved it. The kabsa rice was so tasty and aromatic, loved the cardamon. The portions were very generous, enough that we had enough for dinner the next night. What topped the dinner was the fresh baklava, so many delicious varieties. We bought a lot to take home. The young man who waited on us was so friendly and accommodating, and had a wonderful smile. Service was impeccable and we had a few nice discussions of language and culture. Once again young man, welcome to America. We will now be regulars. What a gem!

I wish I had more pictures, but I usually dive in before I can snap them. Everything we've tried has been incredible, but I'll name a few personal favorites. The corn ribs - I don't know what they do to this corn, but we literally fight over these at the table. They have a sour tang to the spice and an addictive roasted flavor, and are perfect with the garlic sauce. The hummus - theirs is nutty and earthy with a smooth texture and served with chickpeas and garlic on top. It's a great starter too with the pita! The gyro - they actually use lamb for theirs, which is a huge plus for me since I can't eat the beef/lamb blend at most other places. The balance of fillings is perfect and the flavor is spot on here. The mint lemonade - so refreshing and not too sweet. I think about this stuff every time it's hot out and wish I had some. I order it every time I visit. The restaurant itself has more seating than you'd think, and offers a relaxing atmosphere where you can unwind. Everything comes out really fast, and the owner/manager is truly the best. He insisted on helping me and my mom to the car last time we got a big takeout order and is always very attentive to the table's needs. I know the plaza has some construction going on, but don't let that out you off of a visit. This place is absolutely worth it!

I decided to get the Media Luna which is half chicken and half beef shawarma with a side of fries or salad. I opted for the salad. The chicken half was heavenly and the chicken was seasoned nicely. The pita itself was soft and stuffed beyond belief with the chicken. The beef half was also amazing and the meat was cooked perfectly and nicely tender. the salad had a very nice vinigerette that had a nice bite to it and was perfect on the fresh salad. The media Luna was about $18 and well worth every penny. The place was super clean and nicely spaced out so I didn't feel like I was sitting shoulder to shoulder with anyone. The place was nicely decorated and was very clean. I liked also being able to see into the area where the kitchen and meat were on spits, slowly rotating and cooking. I will be stopping here again as soon as I am in the mood for some amazing shawarma!

The food was wonderful from start to finish, and the atmosphere made the experience even more special. There was something about the ambiance that took me right back to France, to those moments of breaking bread with my North African friends, surrounded by warmth, conversation, and the kind of hospitality that makes a place feel familiar the moment you walk in. I felt right at home. Fatima deserves special recognition. She was so kind to me and made me feel completely welcome. Her presence was gentle, warm, and sincere, and it elevated the entire experience. It honestly felt like I was being looked after at my Moroccan auntie's house. That kind of feeling cannot be faked, and it means a great deal. As for the food, it was amazing. The pastilla with chicken and almonds, dusted with sugar and cinnamon, was absolutely delicious, with that beautiful balance of savory richness and gentle sweetness that makes the dish so memorable. The msemmen was warm, comforting, and deeply satisfying. The merguez tajine was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The Moroccan harira had that soulful, nourishing quality that makes a great soup feel like part of the heart of the meal.
