The staff is always nice and it is clean. I am usually able to get scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. The only reason I gave a four is that the machine has went on the blitz several times in the middle of the testing. They have gotten it worked out during those times but I despise the testing because it takes longer than a typical test so I've had to prolong the testing.

This visit our usual Dr. , Whom we love Was full so I was referred to Dr. Diggs who was amazing, he took the time to explain everything so well. And additionally, the person who helped select my glasses was so very sweet and helpful! I highly recommend eye associates they truly are an awesome place! They were supposed to schedule follow up's after the surgery and never did (shame on me for not following up). They sold me on a 2 year 0% interest credit card with monthly payments to complete payments and been paying my auto payments with interest charged from day one and they told me that was agreement.....and just realized (after no billing statements) that I have paid $4000 on a $5200 procedure and still owe $4500 in credit debt!!!!! When I requested a script for glasses he said, "No. Your eyes are all over the place, not explaining what he meant." As an APRN, I know his tx & condescending manner is not how you treat any patient..ever. I called his office mgr to tell her about the visit & we decided that my husband (a pulmonologist) & I would meet with him. There were so many excuses but bottom line, I paid several thousand dollars to wear glasses at all times for the rest of my life. It was not what I was promised. I would have had the same results with full coverage (no cost) from another ophthalmologist.

He's very personable, cares about his patients, and takes the time to explain things. I've greatly appreciated the samples he's provided to treat Dry Eye. When he let me know this time that there may be a promising new treatment in the works, it gave me hope that my years of almost constantly red eyes could end. While my insurance allows me to see him for specific 'medical' eye problems or symptoms, unfortunately it will no longer cover an appointment with him or other doctors at Discover Vision to have my eyes checked and refraction for glasses.
