Very good food. Order for Diner for Super Bowl. The food delivered hot and delicious. We ordered online and it was quick and easy to do. We got a pepperoni and sausage pizza. Not sure the ambience since we did not go to store to eat. I definitely recommend this pizza place. read more

Lots of Cassano's nearby, and our Cassano's is in nearby Bellbrook Pizza Three Star Service Four Star Ambience Three Star We like pizza squares; we like pizza triangles as well. The place sells pizza, pasta and Sandwitches over the counter. There are Tables and booths that you can sit down to eat, no service at the table. Everything appears to be clean and there is a window to the kitchen through which customers see how they cook. The pizza is the problem. Burnt, dry, greasy and oversalted. See photo. We had a salad which was fine. Point of sale machine was asking for up to 25% tip for a sale over the counter. read more

Wow, I was a lifelong Cassanos fan but they just treated us like crap and we are done with them. We order 4 to 5+ pizzas, depending on how many of the kids friends are over, usually a couple times a month. So we are talking close to $1k spent a year for the last 15+ years. During that time we have had trouble here and there with wrong orders, cold orders, stuff missing but their service was good so it could be chalked up to mistakes. This time we ordered 4 pizzas and they arrived cold with very little cheese and sparse toppings. We have had pretty spotty service from the Bellbrook location since we moved into their service area this summer. We are only 4 minutes from their store, our orders should never be cold. We learned when we returned the pizzas that their delivery driver was out on a run when our pizzas finished so they set our pies on the counter waiting for him to get back. So after sitting there getting cold they still delivered knowing they were substandard. Inexcusable. This is a problem with caring about how they present their product and that kind of non-caring attitude usually comes from management. If you overwork your employees and never instill a sense of pride and accomplishment, then you suck as a manager. We called in to the service center to get it fixed and the customer support rep offers us $17 on a $65 order. We informed them that we have more than 75% of the pizzas left and expect a full refund as it says on their boxes. The call center refused to refund us and said we had to take the pizzas back to the store. Then gave the old "I'm just the employee... ". Any Customer Support Center worth a darn will have software that keeps historical data on their customers. This kind of software is invaluable in making sure you treat high value customers in the best manner and to flag customers that are a burden. They should have been able to quickly see that we are long time repeat customers that rarely have issues and then based on that immediately refunded our money and apologized for the poor service from the local store. Instead they threw up unnecessary roadblocks and hid behind "Just being an employee (just following orders). This lack of essential CSR software or maybe just training again points to failings in management. Their cheapskate return policy and lack of ability to see a customers history and poorly trained service center workers and employees at the local store that just don't care, cost them all future business with me instead of $65 bucks. Idiocy. This is a problem from the top of the organization and cannot be fixed without seriously re-evaluating how they want to treat customers. read more

We Should be able to give zero stars for this business. What kind of business only offers 75% refund on a delivery where they screwed up the order. It was delivery and they told us to bring the pizza back for a 75% delivery. It was for a freaking birthday party and they wanted us to bring it back for the refund. Crap customer service here. We visit Cassanos 2-3 times per month. That will now be zero. read more

Come home from a day of traveling and have just enough energy to order a pizza and salad online. Hour and a half later I call to see why it hasn't been delivered and was told "I'll check on that." Came back and basically said "Something happened with your order. You card had been processed but it was refunded and you'll see that refund in 3 - 5 days." "Let me get this straight...I get no dinner and you refund my money in maybe 5 days?" "Yes, sorry. I can still get you a pizza if you're interested." Um...no. I'm over it. I will never order from here again and you shouldn't either. This location is the WORST and this was unacceptable. read more

Just tried Cassano's for the first time. The order was ready in the time frame estimated for self pick up. It was hot and tasted delicious. The herbs and salt on the crust. Would definitely give them our business again. read more

Terrible told me 30 mins and I was late so waiting another half hour I got my pizza so an hour total. Said the computer was down when I walked in no one at the register and not a lot of activity pizza not cooked to my liking. Going to have to pass at this location going forward I recommend others do too. They actually refunded my purchase not even sure it was goo for free! Good luck going there. read more

Ordered two pizzas late Sunday night, spent nearly $50. They delivered the wrong pizzas. It was late, we ate some of one. The call center told us we could not get a refund since we ate over 25% of a pizza we didn't order. Didn't want a remake as it was 11:00. Couldn't convince anyone on the phone that they can't keep my money for items they did not deliver, and that I was not financially responsible for random items brought to my home. Finally gave up after three calls to the call center. Went to the store the next day. Luckily the guy in charge was willing to spend some time to get this resolved. He made a couple phone calls to the store manager and the call center. At first the call center tried to get away with a $15 credit, but again I explained I spent nearly $50 for items that weren't delivered, and they finally agreed to refund my money. I cannot believe the hassle they put me through, like this was some kind of scam I worked up. How can they legally think they can keep your money when they don't deliver the items paid for. Customer service at Cassano's is a joke, and one I will not fall for again. read more

Excellent, three times in the last few weeks. The folks working the service center were kind and patient while I ordered for my teenager and his overnight guests. I was told 40 minutes, but the pizza arrived piping hot in 30. The ham and cheese sub was modified for us and was perfect. My chef salad was freshly made, with lots of goodies and plenty of lettuce. I had my first taste of "Pizza Pie" in the 50's and Cassano's still tastes the same. read more

Worst cassano's pizza I have ever had!! Cheese was only in the middle of the pizza NO salt at all on the crust... Who orders Cassano's pizza and doesn't expect it to be salty :0.. cheese sauce for the bread was ice cold and of course it's in a non-microwavable container. Called the King to ask what the **** .?. and they said The cheese sauce is refrigerated and comes cold! But the pizza should have had salt and cheese, the gave me 25% back. Not worth it at all!!!! I've lived here for 6 years and not until recently did I discover Cassano's. They are less than a mile from my house and I'm lovin' it. Great pizza......prepared in no time. I don't go anywhere else now. read more

I recently had the displeasure of eating a Cassano's pizza, or I should say I have now eaten a Cassano's pizza twice. The first time and the Last time. The one star rating is only because I can't give this place a negative rating and the web site won't let me post without a rating. First off The crust had all the taste of cardboard crossed with soda cracker and was dry as a desert! Second there was no, none, nada, nothing like any kind of pizza sauce under the thin coating of what they are trying to pass off as cheese. Thirdly I don't know what kind of cheese it was supposed to be masquerading as but it sure wasn't mozzarella. Fourth I do have to admit there was an adequate amount of pepperoni on this thing. But I feel that had more to do with the fact I ordered double pepperoni rather than an ordinary pie. Fifth although I asked/ordered the pizza to be cut into wedges (Like a normal Pizza) it was cut into 1 and 1/2 inch, that's right one and a half inch squares! If Cassano's is supposed to be the king of pizza it must be the joker king! They could learn a lot about how to make a good pizza by taking a look at "Mountain Mikes Pizza" of the Western United States, Marco's Pizza right here in Ohio, Mama Rosa's also right here in Ohio, and Inkies Pizza of Toledo, Ohio. The only good things about this entire experience was the delivery person was bright, cheerful and friendly and the two Pepsi's I ordered with the pizza were cold!
