Great food, great people, and it feels the same every single time I walk in. You have to sit at the bar and ask for Caleb or Derek. They're the best. Both of them know exactly what they're doing, from the drinks to the food, and they make you feel taken care of right away. Derek especially knows his way around the grill, and the burgers always come out perfect. The burger itself is thick and juicy, cooked just right, with melted American cheese sitting perfectly on the patty. The bun is soft, lightly toasted, and holds everything together without falling apart. Crisp lettuce, fresh tomato, raw onion, and pickles are stacked clean, nothing sloppy, nothing overloaded. There's something about the grill they cook on that gives the meat a flavor you can't really explain. It's just different, and once you taste it, you know. Then there's that homemade green salsa they keep in bottles behind the bar. I pour it on everything. Burgers, hot dogs, fries. It cuts through the richness and pulls the whole thing together. My friend used to be a regular here and she always talks about the hamburgers...ALWAYS. So we decided to do a foodie day because she was coming into town and our first stop was Cassidy's for their hamburger. The guy cooking the burger was absolutely gorgeous so that was a good start. They handed us a bottle of sauce and I asked if it was ketchup and my friend goes no it's a pepper sauce so I put some on my burger and I took a bite. WOW OK OK I GET IT NOW!! This is the most perfect bar. The bartenders are so great and don't even get me started on the food. I'm not local, so when I'm in town I make it my top priority to come here for a patty melt. The BLT was LOADED with crisp delicious bacon, and her patty melt with their secret sauce was great! Should be called Insecure men bar and grill , the bouncers are ridiculously rude for no reason . My daughter who is autistic wanted to come here and play pool on her 21st birthday because her name is cassidy and she loves pool and the bouncers yelled at her while she was finishing up and game of pool and then decided to kick her out for literally doing nothing. They just ran over to the pool table and cussed at her and put a cone on a table . And then proceeded to laugh and point at her and me as we were leaving . Bouncers are supposed to protect and keep the bar safe not create a cruel and rude environment, these power hungry men need a lesson on how to treat people with respect. I tried to complain while I was there and although the bartenders were nice they just ignored my complaint and said they don't have a manager . A manger or owner really needs to rethink there hiring process and get some real men security. read more
