The patio is a great spot for summer happy hour. Our servers were very friendly and attentive this go around, checking in regularly. The service is quick as well. The margarita is ok, not amazing. The food is Defitnely premade Sysco items they just throw in a fryer. Mid quality wings and tenders but at a decent price. And the sauces saved them. You come for the vibes, not for great food or cocktails.

We had a great lunch at Malarkys Irish Pub in Newport Beach. I had the Cobb salad which was full of nice chicken & plenty of avocado The girls ordered Fish n Chips and were also pleased with their dishes. Good size portions. I really look forward to returning to this spot. We all bought t-shirts as they had a nice selection

Tuesday Prime Rob Dinner Special that can't be beat!

Came in on Tuesday for their Prime Rib dinner special. I can't believe I forgot how good it really is! The cut was perfectly cooked medium rare with a side of horseradish and Aujus with a side of steamed veggies and a loaded baked potato. You also get a side salad with dressing of choice. It is the best Prime rib deal in SoCal with no competitors for a price of $21!!!!!! The wife and my buddy ordered the same thing and they also agreed it was awesome. Our server was a sweetheart and was always checking on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Great location on the peninsula with plenty to do walking distance. Already planning on coming back next week!

Always a great vibe, always flavorful food and wonderful service! For a smaller place, this one gives big love, every time I've visited!

Great place to go watch the games. The have Guiness and 805 on tap. The appetizer plate was excellent. Not a lot of parking around.

The restaurant has a warm, inviting atmosphere with a beautiful design that strikes a nice balance between upscale and comfortable. It's the kind of place where you can settle in and enjoy a leisurely meal. We started with the roasted bone marrow, which was pure indulgence. I spread that rich, nutty, buttery goodness over the crispy toast points, and every bite was better than the last. Next came the prawns. The chefs did an outstanding job highlighting the natural umami from the shrimp head before the sweetness of the corn and shallots blended perfectly with the tender, succulent shrimp. It was a dish that kept evolving with every bite. The smoked short rib was the star of the meal. I asked for the sauce on the side, but it was clear the meat had already been cooked sous vide with the sauce, allowing those deep, savory flavors to fully penetrate every bite. The result was an incredibly tender short rib that practically melted in my mouth. Absolutely delicious. From the welcoming ambiance to the thoughtfully executed dishes, Fable and Spirit delivered a memorable dining experience. I'll definitely be making a return visit the next time I'm in the area.

Long before Yelp was even a thing, and long before the internet really was put into the hands of the cow in person, this was the hub. This is where you went to meet people, exchange ideas, have conversation and more. The harp is really an institution in Orange county. And not just because it has longevity, there's a reason that it has sustained power. This place is probably one of the most authentic Irish pubs I've been to. Having been to Ireland. I can attest that this is right there with a standard pub in a small town. Which makes it wonderful. The people that run the place, especially Paul, is one of the reasons why I keep coming back here. He's personable, funny, and no-nonsense right. I like his way of thinking and his approach to customer service a second to none. Now let's talk about the food and drinks. From a drink standpoint. You cannot go wrong with this place, the drinks are thoughtfully made, this guy knows how to pour a beer. As far as food goes. I highly recommend the beefeater sandwich, and you cannot go wrong with the chicken wings. Some of the best wings I've had ever. Friday and Saturday nights is usually popping pretty hard when they have bands playing. So, good luck trying to find a seat anywhere in the place. When there is an event that night. You will have to get there early for sure. The bottom line? This is a go-to hangout. If you are looking for a good watering hole to meet people, just hang out and have a good time, or watch a game on the big screen TVs. F*** I would highly recommend the harp to anybody and everyone in the Orange county area.

We got there a little before the game and had plenty of choices for seats. It definitely filled up as kickoff got closer, but with TVs everywhere, this place is pretty much built for watching sports. The food was surprisingly good, plenty of choices, good beer selection, and the service was excellent. Our waitresses were friendly and attentive even as the place got busier. I will say the espresso martini was not 5 star, but other drinks were good. We tried the blood orange marg, the spicy strawberry marg, and the cowboy marg. It was on the sweeter side but refreshing. For food. We had an assortment. Standouts were the steak dinner and onion rings! I would come back to try other things. The short rib grilled cheese was mid, but would be great to soak up alcohol. Cassidy was an excellent server, even as it got really busy for a UFC fight. Ambiance is definitely fun and unique. Generally, the experience was good. I would give it another shot to try other food and drinks.
