I would give this place 5 stars but I'm extremely disappointed in the fact that they seem to constantly be playing Fox News in the lobby whenever we arrive. Taking a bite of bagel while looking an orange clown in the face...in what world is that a comforting eating environment? The bagels are excellent and the service is great, but the ambiance is lacking when you are playing political propaganda news to your patrons. Today, my 2 friends & I went for breakfast after church as we usually did in the past. We noticed change in Customer Service. Coffee was out. We had to request but the woman who seem to be the manager said they'll have them replenished in 3 minutes. When the coffees were out, we kept trying to get coffee but to no avail. Then we found out, the pump wasn't installed back. She wasn't apologetic even. We were so disappointed with the Customer Service today. read more

I've tried Cassidy's 3 times now really wanting to give the place a chance. Each time the wait has been unreasonable. If the bagels and coffee were the best I'd ever had I wouldn't complain but they are just okay. Today I went in to get 2 bagels, latte and espresso. 45 mins later we got our order. It doesn't make sense to have a long queue for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. The shop is also very small leaving people all waiting on top of each other. The bagel this time wasn't even good and the amount of cream cheese for the $2 was sad. The past ones were very good. We won't come again. read more

The bagels are a big portion and delicious. You can tell they are made fresh. I tried the Desi bagel sandwich and loved it. I love myself a good coffee, I tried the 3.2.1 and thought it was better than your typical Starbucks drink. I'm not a huge fan of super sweet coffee so it was on the sweeter side but it still tasted good if you're into the sweeter side. There are other coffee options so I'll try them next time! read more

Good bagel sandwiches. Eastvale needed this little gem. A few kinks to work out because they're SO busy with new staff but they've only been here a week so I'm sure the wait time will get better. My friend and I have been here a few times in that week they have great customer service. Once it isn't so busy it'll be nice to eat there. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Cassidy's has quickly become a weekend tradition for my family (usually after sports practice). I can say I've been here about 7 times now and have never been disappointed. Great bagels, clean and pretty location. For the bagel sandwiches I usually get the Desi or Joe's special. Both great. Coffee, they do a great iced coffee and normally get the 4-2-1. BUT..... the wait is way too long , they need an additional cashier and not the cashier making the coffees etc. when you try to order online , it always says your missing a step when picking the named sandwich and doesn't add to the cart. ( I've tried 1 0 times to do it online ) I've tried to call and order on line and pretty much can't get through. ( which I get there busy, but why offer call ahead then ). EVERYTIME I've gone, only 2-3 people in line in front of me but there is 7+ waiting still and it's been 30+ mins , before I get my 1 sandwich . I gave a 4 star because there bagels are so good, but.... service .... They need to step up, people want their bagels but some of us have to go to work and don't have the time to wait, 30+minutes. read more

Overall good, but needs improvement. I realize they have just opened so they work out their kinks. It took 20 mins to get my bagel. I got the joes special. The bagel itself was excellent. A great size soft just absolutely yummy. However, it came with cream cheese, and I literally could not taste the cream cheese in the bagel. I ended up having to open and look in the bagel and I couldn't even really tell there was any there. That part was truly disappointing. One of the things that turned me off, was listening to what I could perceive as the owner or manager yelling at one of the workers. I just feel like they're new to the process as well as the owners and should be allowed some room for error and they could've used a little little bit more of a professional tone. Long story short I will definitely return because again I think they'll work a lot of these issues out as they get their footing, but I'll definitely have to ask for more cream cheese next time lol read more

Went here today for lunch with my bf. I got the Studebaker and he got the Joe's special and the 4-2-1 iced signature coffee. We both liked our sandwiches, good portions and tasty, but thought the coffee was a bit too sweet. Service was friendly and we got our order fairly quickly. We will definitely come back to try the different bagel flavors. I read another reviewer's suggestion about a pizza bagel and I think that would be a great addition for kids and adults alike :) read more

Staff is friendly! They have so many options of bagels and I love that you can build your own. I tried the Joe's Special and it was delicious. Didn't give them the full 5 stars though because their lattes are mostly milk and no coffee...the ratio is off. Didn't make it worth the money for me as I felt like I was paying $6 for milk. I have tried this place twice because I absolutely love bagels and it's close by. Both times the bagels had very little flavor, bland. The amount of time it takes to get your order is too long. I ordered a bagel and cream cheese and it took like 20 minutes at 11am. I wouldn't dare go on the way to work or a lunch break because of this. read more

So excited to have a new bagel spot in town! The lady at the register was extremely helpful as this was my first time in a Cassidy Corner Cafe. I ordered a Desi sandwich on an Asiago bagel with a regular size 421. Bomb! When I went, the store was busy yet my order came out pretty fast. The soccer table is a nice touch since there is a soccer field across the street. I'll be back to try out the other bagel options they have available. read more

We made the mistake of going here on a Sunday and it was pretty horrific. The people are nice and bagels are good but the service is seriously terrible. The line took about 8-10 minutes to wait on, which isn't bad considering that it was crowded but we waited FOREVER! After 40 minutes I went to the counter and asked for an update on my ticket number. The manager (I think) asked the teenagers making bagels who was working on my order number. This one guy said "I'll do it now!" and took the ticket. The counter was filled with probably 20-30 order tickets, in no particular order, it seemed. The kids working there seemed to be grabbing them at random to work on them and customers were waiting all over the tiny dining room, out front, and on the side area...probably 30 people total. After 55 minutes, we finally got our order of two bagels with cream cheese and a coffee. Even with the crowd, that should've taken 10 minutes max to make, not nearly an hour! I really think this place has potential with decent bagels and a little more room than most bagel places but the staff is totally inept, at this point. They need some serious training and organization. I kept my cool but a guy waiting near me was talking under his breath about how ridiculous the wait was. Then, when he finally got his food, he said it loudly to make sure everyone nearby heard him. I really hope they can turn it around over there. Delicious! So many bagels to choose from. I had the sourdough bagel with lox. Never thought of that combo before and it went perfectly together. All the ingredients tasted fresh! I am a big fan of Cassidy's but usually go to the Bixby Knolls location so I already came with certain expectations. I got the 421 and it was a bit sweeter than usual and a jalapeño bagel with plain cream cheese. The bagel barely came with any cream cheese! The bixby location stuffs it to the point where I have to take some off. I wouldn't complain if this was a smaller business but they have several locations so I assumed the standards would be the same for all. The staff was made up of young individuals who seem to need more practice in customer service which is not a problem but a more experienced individual should be supervising them to limit play behavior.
