Great service, drink, and ham and cheese croissant. Plenty of parking. I had a seasonal horchata latte which was great.

Went here a couple of days ago ; There was no wait everything was fairly quick. I like that I can order a mimosas or sangria . But I'm not a fan of the bagel sandwich. My go to is the Joe special and the ratio of eggs and bacon is very off putting. Other than that pretty good. But my egg was also a little under cooked

    Horchata latte

*****Latte review***** I saw a sign on the counter saying their Horchata latte was back, so decided on that one. It wasn't bad - it just wasn't a horchata latte. Just tasted like a latte with no flavor whatsoever- maybe a hint of vanilla. Not for me. If I came back, I didn't skip these latte and try a different one. Their bagel sandwiches look good, so may give those a try next time.

This is a coffee shop inside the LBX Hangar mall. I tried their Hawaiian blend and it was tasty. They also sell pastries and sandwiches. Customer service was also good. Overall good experience.

    joe's special with sausage

Been coming to this location practically since it opened and have always had a wonderful experience here. The service is always great and the Joe's special can't be beat!! I normally get the Joe's with bacon but the nice cashier suggested I try it with sausage and it was amazing. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area

Located inside the Hangar at Long Beach Exchange. This is one of the spots inside that opens early before all the other places. They have a good selection of bagels and bagel sandwiches. I got the bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich and a plain bagel w/ cream cheese. Service was pretty quick and the staff were nice and helpful. Overall had a good experience and good food oh and the freshly squeezed OJ was excellent.

    Horchata Latte & Cassidy's Club

This is my 2nd time trying out this spot! First time I tried it was a bit bland don't remember what I ordered. This second time around I ordered the club sandwich and horchata latte. Unfortunately the horchata latte was way too sweet and this is from someone who loves a sweetened coffee. I did ask if they could fix it but it didn't change much, I threw it away. Now the sandwich was so yummy I would definitely get it again! The staff was friendly and food came out quick but overall my experience has been OK. It's in a nice area so I may explore other places nearby.

    "Veggie" cream cheese.

I love the Cassidy's on Atlantic in Bixby. I go there very frequently... I was at LBX today so I decided to grab my 8oz veggie cream cheese refill while here at this location. Big mistake.. first off, it wasn't mixed well. It was basically half plain.. which whatever. But the recipe is completely different than the other Cassidy's. This one didn't taste like veggie, it tasted like some kind of odd, sour chili pepper cream cheese? It was just gross. So now I have to throw away 8oz of CC. Welp, go to the other Cassidy's.

I've been to this location a few times. Not my favorite Cassidy's around but also not to the worst. Staff are nice and friendly. Located in the Hanger at LBX gives you choices if someone doesn't want a bagel. Be aware it can get busy, especially on the weekends and holidays. Parking can also be a struggle but there are lots all around. The struggle here for me is consistency. Sometimes my orders are great and perfect and sometimes there is a mix up. I've had barely any cream cheese when I ordered extra, and it once got a bagel with nothing on it when a sandwich was ordered. I will still come here but make sure to check your order before you leave.

The bagels are great. But I ordered a bagel with bacon, cheddar, egg whites, and sweet cream cheese. They did not put cheddar on my bagel. And they slobbered the hot bagel with cream cheese making it disgustingly messy. Also, the bacon was nothing but fat and undercooked. I've had several bagels from this location and others and they've never been this underwhelming.

    "gluten free bagel"

Eeeeyuck!!! I never write reviews but I absolutely had to when this thing arrived. This is the smallest "gluten free bagel" I've ever seen. I'm not kidding it's the size of a mini donut. Also look how messy and unappetizing it looks. Honestly so devastated, because I love Cassidy's. This is just not it

Stopped into the LBX hanger for a quick caffeine fix and was pleasantly satisfied with their coffee. I like how they had samples at the counter to try their specialty to help you make your decision. It worked, because I ended up ordering the 4-2-1 signature coffee with almond milk which was delicious! The person working was super nice, even found out we both went to USC (fight on)! I will definitely be back to try out their bagels that they are also known for!

Plain bagel "with cream cheese" and jam. Where's the cream cheese???
    Rosalyn K.

Why advertise cream cheese if you're just going to serve plain bread with jam? This isn't the first time it's happened, but I'm honestly over it now. We ordered two plain bagels with plain cream cheese and strawberry jam, and once again... barely any cream cheese. Before I even pulled the slices apart, I could tell. And sure enough, when I opened it up, it was exactly what I thought, basically just bread with jam. All we could taste was the jam, no balance at all. A bagel with cream cheese shouldn't feel like a guessing game. The bagels themselves are actually good, which is why we've kept coming back, but this keeps happening. Please address this with your staff, because if I order cream cheese, I'd really like to taste it.

The pineapple added to what's basically a Cuban style sandwich sounds different at first, but it works perfectly. The balance of sweet, savory, crispy, and smoky was spot on. Everything tasted super fresh and the bread held everything together perfectly without getting soggy. My original plan was to eat half and save the rest for later... yeah, that didn't happen. Ended up finishing the whole thing because it was that good. Service was friendly, food came out quick, and the whole spot had a really chill local vibe. Definitely a hidden gem if you're in the area. Highly recommend this place and I'll for sure be back to try more off the menu.

The server (owner?) asked if we wanted cheese and Cole slaw, and that's how we got it. The sandwich was big enough to share so if the sandwich seems pricey, consider sharing. Although on a hungry day, I could probably eat it all with no problem. Dilly's has a fairly decent amount of craft beers on draft. I wasn't in a beer-drinking mood so I didn't look too closely at the list. I love it when restaurants support local brewers, and this looks like the kind of place that would do just that.

Heard about Dilly's Sandwiches having the most unique rotating set of beers on tap in Long Beach,…read moreso had to come to try it. The taste portions were very reasonably priced, allowing to create your own flight (or two). Specifically scheduled an early afternoon to come to the Lakewood Village neighborhood of East Long Beach. My wife found an angled parking spot right in front. It wasn't too crowded inside and the four of us found easy, comfortable seating in the brightly decorated dining room. One places and pays for the order at the counter, with the proprietors being very friendly and engaged. They brought out our beers after the pour, and the sandwiches a bit after (since each is individually carefully made). Beers: - Northern Lager [Oxbow] - ($5 for 13oz pour) was clean, crisp and a hoppy aftertaste. - Infinite Hotel [The Wayfinder X Bierstadt] (marked as $3 but charged $4) is a rice lager and was the favorite of the group for its drinkability - Winteruption [JK's Farmhouse] ($3) is a cider with very strong maple syrup overtones: never tasted anything like it. - Hyper Paradise [Rare Barrel] ($4) - saison and ale with mango and passion fruit. I liked this beer very much. - A Place Like Home [Pure Project] ($3) - Nitro poured Extra Special Bitter. - Double Negative [Grimm] ($4) - Imperial Stout, which I really enjoyed. - Amongst Friends [Sante Adairius] ($4) - a cherry saison, unusual and was glad to sample. A lot of work was put into creating this flight, with the careful pours and markings to make sure I knew what was what. I really appreciated the opportunity to sample all of these on-tap. In terms of the food, the group as a whole really liked them, though I guess I wasn't as impressed with my two samples, mainly because it used non-descript deli meat in OK quantities, heating them up when necessary. Hot Beef ($18) was my wife's, and it had been griddled with cheese to form a crispy lattice. The Ham and Cheese ($16) was served cold and had potato chips inside which my mother-in-law liked (saving the other half for home). Our friend and I split the Hot Turkey ($16) and Pastrami No 19 style ($20). The pastrami meat was piled high and the cole slaw was crisp and good, but was served cold (should have read the description more closely) and mediocre rye bread broke apart quickly. The Hot Turkey ($16) was served on ciabatta that had been grill pressed for a long time, creating a wonderful crust as good as any sandwich I've had. But the filling was OK, using standard turkey breast slices from a loaf and an ok stuffing...using hand carved turkey would have made a big difference here, but understand it's hard to do. Strangely, even though it's a pickle adorned shop, each sandwich just came with an ordinary pickle spear, what one would expect from a diner, not a deli. And the prices are on the higher side, especially with no sides and most not being particularly ginormous. But I loved how each sandwich used different breads, and how some of them were toasted very well. And having the opportunity to try these unique beers made it a really good experience.

It's located in Bixby Knolls, surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants, bars and breweries, yet it's the only true wine bar right there. Honestly, Long Beach has more wine bars than most surrounding areas, and since the South Bay is packed with breweries, if you're tired of beer this is your sign to switch it up. You will not regret it. The food menu has cheese boards, salads and sandwiches, and everything I've had here has been delicious. The cheese boards are better than sex. There is seating indoors and outdoors. It's minimal, but somehow we always manage to find a table. The service is consistently great and the owner is wonderful. She will be leaving soon and she will absolutely be missed, but what she has built here will definitely be cherished. After a quick perusal, I thought the Peruvian Steak sandwich best whet my appetite. Peruvian Steak sandwich- Spicy aji amarillo marinated steak with Oaxacan cheese, herb aioli, red onions, tomatoes, shredded romaine on a toasted potato roll. I quite liked this. Tender steak, with fatty cheese. The vegetables provided contrast & texture. For my purchase, I went with a side of Southern Potato Salad. It was good, but similar to grocery deli potato salad. In hindsight, I should've purchased avocado added to my Peruvian Steak sandwich. Service was excellent. All hands were on deck, as Mendocino Farms opened only a few days prior. Each employee had a name badge, specifying their name & which entree was their favorite, helping indecisive customers choose what to get. Plenty of seating indoors & al fresco. Parking is at LBX, with Mendocino Farms being across Georgia's and facing the Hangar at LBX. I found the Peruvian Steak sandwich delicious, yet meager in quantity, considering the regular price. It's more of a substantial snack, than a full meal, in my case. However, it's great to have another quality food option in the area, and I look forward to coming back & exploring the rest of menu.
