Would I return? - 100% yes. Now I know how CBA works, I can better set my personal expectations that I will not have a car for the entire day after drop off (I dropped off at 9AM). I had a good experience buying a truck. But when I got home I realized it did not have anything…read morenecessary to change a tire. I called and was told they would take care of me... after a month of waiting and following up to see if the stuff was in the mail I went and bought it myself. It's not a big deal- but I like it when people follow through on their word and it was a bummer to spend $25,000 on a truck and then have to go get the things so I would not get stranded on the side of the road. The tire lugs also requried a special key to take them off that did not come in the truck- maybe they were unaware of this but that also cost $260 to get them removed and replaced. I like the truck but would not go back to Sterling in the future.
